It's with great pleasure to recommend Trista for any complex Family Law matter. Her attention to detail, impeccable memory, and thorough skillset in the courtroom explains why it was apparent Judges respect and listen to her. Complex cases can be challenging when small details can make or break the outcome, and with Trista leading the strategy, I was fortunate to have a favorable outcome. Her investment in her clients cases is sincere and genuine. I was happy with the outcome, while she was critical of herself wanting more in OUR case (she's in it for you and your family more than I've seen any other attorney invest in their families). Opposing counsel in this case was a stereotypical type of attorney. One who liked to play on words, make assumptions and toe the line of transparency and honesty. Trista was phenomenal at weeding through the drama, their smoke and mirrors courtroom show, and keep the facts of the law clear and concise to the court. At the end of the day, this approach has won her a lot of credibility with Judges across many counties. I absolutely loved Trista and her paralegal Charlie!! They worked very hard, were very professional, yet completely down-to-earth. A divorce frazzles anyone, and to be lost in a sea of legal chaos where you have no idea what the hell is going on, is terrifying. Trista and Charlie completely took care of me like good friends. Divorce is not fun for anyone. It's particularly hard when people get unpleasant and can't cooperate with each other. This is why I love Terri's approach. She's very focused on an approach where conflict and nastiness are avoided in favor of collaboration and cooperation. I have felt like my needs were met as I have worked through this process - Terri has made herself available to me as I needed support or had questions. I've always walked away from our interactions with a clear understanding of what I needed to do to make sure I was taken care of while still maintaining that sense of collaboration. Terri was recommend to me by a friend and she was very supported through the process of reviewing the premarital documents for my upcoming marriage. It was also in a short timeframe that we had to complete the documents. I am a retired women and she was able to explain the details and made me feel like I did come to the table with a stake in the relationship. Her staff is very friendly and helpful when you email or call into the office. I would recommend her for supportive and kind and very up front attorney.

I was injured in an auIto accident and felt ignored by the insurance of the other party. I looked for a local law group instead of large group. The personal touch I immediately felt cannot be emphasized enough. Coupled with the obvious professionalism made this difficult experience much less stressful and I could focus on my recovery.
I was in frequent contact via phone with my attorney and staff. Checked on weekly for my health and recovery. It was a complicated medical situation but they pushed through. In the End, My medical bills were covered, my therapy was covered and I received a total of $75,000 and the attorney fees were very fair and reasonable and upfront. I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them for those who want personalized service and not be lost in a huge law firm only interested in the money. They deserve the incredible service of this Legal Team.

I hired Colleen for a divorce, and during the initial consultation I was told everything I wanted to hear in order for her to get my retainer, then it all went downhill from there. I do not think it is ethical for attorneys to make false promises to clients, and have no accountability for poor performance. Colleen was never on time for a single appointment we arranged, and it was clear that she took on more cases than she could handle to maximize her revenue, even as it diminished the quality of her legal work. I would go into hearings having no idea what was going on, as there was inadequate or no preparation at all. In the end, I was coerced into a settlement agreement I did not want to sign, with Colleen complaining beforehand about collecting more attorneys fees, and her not wanting to do a full day hearing. You'd honestly be better off representing yourself.

She is the one person you want in your corner fighting for you in some of the most difficult situations attorneys have to navigate. I paid Joel Fry to defend me against Connie Matthews on charges of domestic violence. Durango is a small town. Everyone knows everyone. Connie owned a business around the corner from Joel’s office.
I told Joel that Connie attacked me multiple times. That the third time she was attacking me I pushed her off. Police arrived and I was arrested.
Joel continued to tell me to plea guilty, because he said, “The Judge will send you to jail.”. I trusted him and did. It’s now on my record. I remember him saying, “You’re retired. This conviction will not affect you.”
It came to light that Connie, single and 60, knew Joel, single and 60 and they both pretended not to know one another.
From my experience Joel Fry is not honest.
So beware.

I retained this firm to handle a case involving a snowboarder who injured me as a result of recklessness. I'm out of state and got the recommendation from a partner at a well-known local firm, who indicated that Levanthal Puga Braley is the best of the best in Colorado.
My experience was excellent. Very high degree of professionalism and respect for what I prioritized in the process and the settlement they obtained for me. Exactly what you want in these situations.
My case took more than a year to complete, and all along the way there were many legal details and strategies I never would have figured out on my own that this firm was expert in. They also interfaced directly with my medical insurance company which was convenient for me.
I was extremely well represented by this firm, and would recommend to anyone seeking legal expertise after a ski/board injury or other related matter.

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

Kathryn was a terrible lawyer.
I originally talked to Jenn on the phone and was impressed. I ended up with Kathryn, she did nothing but collect a paycheck. Took my case to pre trial for absolutely no reason, as I would’ve been happy pleading out early in the case. She was rude, condescending when spoken with, never responded to messages, I waited a month after requesting an updated bill to get a bill from two months ago. I wish I would’ve gone on AVVO and read the reviews of her.

Run as fast as you can from her representation. What a waste of time and money.

After I was rear-ended, and the pain in my back began to increase, I didn't know where to turn. I reached out to multiple attorney's offices, because medical bills were mounting. I talked to some of the attorneys in the commercials, but they wouldn't help me, even though back surgery was indicated. Then I saw a commercial for Dr. Ramos. From the first phone call, I was treated with empathy, sympathy, and genuine concern.
