Evan handled my case. He is a local attorney who skis and worked my case digitally. I am so grateful to have had Christina on my team representing me in my divorce case. She always responded to my questions promptly, called me to keep me informed of how the case was progressing, and really listened to my concerns. Even though my case wasn't overly complicated, Christina still treated everything with importance and had great tactics to protect my income, she explained every process to make sure I understood what was going on and provided solid advice when I wanted to purchase a house during the divorce process. Christina's organization and preparedness was above and beyond and made me feel I was in good hands. I hired Keller from my hospital room when I was injured on 5/5/20. One of the very best decisions I could have ever made!
Literally I have zero complaints regarding Keller, and Brooke.
From the very same day I was injured i retained Doehling Law. That same week Brooke came to my home to sign the paperwork and made it so simple.
I am an autistic woman and cannot emphasize enough how simple, and transparent Keller and Brooke made this entire process for me.
Though all the neurologist appointments, MRI, neck injections to the final few months where Keller really ramped up the pressure on the insurance agency to get the full demand I was in the best of hands. Brooke is amazing at same day emails and calls. Keller has an amazing team.
No hidden fees, and he took care of the medical bills and argued them down to half their costs.
I'm immensely grateful all I had to do was just take check and deposit it.
Not only that, but as a personal touch the day I went to their office to get my check, Brooke took a while to explain to me what I need to include in auto insurance to make sure I have higher coverage to sue if I'm injured in an auto accident again.

I felt completely overwhelmed after being involved in a hit and run accident with both my medical bills and dealing with the insurance companies. Keller was an incredible attorney and friend during a time that was stressful, confusing, and just plain hard. I had picked Mr. Husson out of a few others on a list that was sent to me from MetLife Law services. Needing to get a Will executed, I thought that the closest lawyer to me would be beneficial. That was a bit of a hiccup, because Mr. Husson works from his home, which is not the address I had on the list. All in all, he and his assistant came to MY home to get the final papers signed. That was kind of a bonus! Regardless of any misunderstandings, Mr. Husson and his assistant had gone above and beyond with the papers that they drew up for me and the processes that they gave me direction to follow through on. After everything was satisfied in the terms of what I had requested, I have to give him an excellent rating not only for his knowledge on this subject but for the overall execution of the paperwork involved.

John created estate documents for us, and was very patient and took time to explain the whole process and details/tradeoffs about each document (without driving up billing.) He even agreed to take up a 2nd issue (name change) that he doesn't normally cover, yet he was very familiar with the process and carefully shepherded the process through the courts to successful conclusion.
It was like having a very close & knowledgeable friend work these issues for us, knowing he had our best interests at heart - so comfortable working with him. Couldn't recommend enough!

Getting a divorce is hard...being divorced can be pretty great though (if you have a good lawyer!) That's where Emily at Ellison Law came in for me. I had an extremely contentious and drawn out divorce due to my ex not wanting to cooperate and be civil. In times where it felt like my entire life way in full chaos, Emily's sound advice, level minded strategies, and keen awareness of the divorce process was my only saving grace. While divorce is ultimately painful, sad, expensive, and life-changing for everyone involved, having a good lawyer to help you through it and to help plan for what your life looks like after divorce is so critical, especially if you are divorcing someone who wants to make the process as difficult as possible. Emily had my back at every turn, she fought hard for me in court, and was so thoroughly prepared that it truly saved my life, the life I have now, the stability my kids have now. I had to put so much trust into Emily's guidance and knowledge of the system, and I'm so glad I did. I want to start by saying that I did not know whether my case even had a chance of going in my favor, even a little bit. I had never really had a lawyer that I had worked with this closely before, so I didn't know what to do.
I was probably one of the most difficult clients that they've had. Meredith was very patient with me, even though I kept getting frustrated and angry about all of this. She wasn't the type of person to be super effusive and overly reassuring - she was very practical and I needed that. "No, he can't do that." "Yes, that's correct." I was frustrated with the process over and over again, because my ex would say one thing to my face, and then turn around and say something else to her, the mediator, the children, or the court. I want to be clear that I had a lot of responsibility for the situation that required legal proceedings to begin with.
But because of Meredith, I feel like the judge was able to see all of the hard work that I've put in and I ended up getting the most favorable ruling I could have imagined for myself and my children. There's still a long road to go. I have to keep proving every day that I deserve what the judge has granted me, but I don't mind. Meredith had the faith in me that I hadn't experienced from someone involved with this case and she helped me show the court that it was in the children's best interest that the court have faith in me too.
Meredith did her job and she was good at it. But what made Meredith's work on my case so meaningful was that she could look at me like the mother and human being that I am. I didn't feel like a paycheck to her.
I also want to mention Kimberly Kendle. She was Meredith's paralegal for most of the case and she always took the time out to call me and answer the questions that I had. That was really important to me, just to hear back.
I can't go into a lot more details because unfortunately the case is still going in another manner. I can't afford representation anymore, because I honestly couldn't afford it to begin with. But I did want to say that if you are in a similar situation and aren't sure whether or not you can really afford New Leaf I might at least just talk to them. They don't do hourly billing, but monthly and there were fewer surprises. Ultimately I would recommend specifically Meredith and/or Kimberly and even though I can't afford representation anymore I feel like Meredith gave me advice I can take into my pro se part of this journey.

Mr. Travis and his paralegal Dauna were wonderful in representing me in my divorce and child custody case. They were both very knowledgeable about laws, and detail oriented in preparing my case. I was extremely impressed with their explanations of all of my questions. Mr. Travis spent time talking with me about a situation that could have potentially gone negative on me with my kids, and helped me form a positive plan to present in my hearing. Kim went above and beyond for me. I was fired unjustly, and we received a settlement. Kim was compassionate and wanted to help me due to her ethical and empathetic nature. Kim took my case, knowing that she may not be commpensated at all. She let me know she wanted to at least stand up to them. If we hadn't reached a settlement outside of court, then she wasn't going to charge me anything. I really am grateful for Kim being there for me. I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. My ex and her attorney were very antagonistic, liked to draw out the process, and did everything they could to drive up legal fees. Jenni was great in understanding what was happening and the likely outcomes or consequences. She avoided emotional arguments, and instead made sound legal ones. More importantly, she advised me when I was making an emotional decision and gave recommendations on what actions I could take that would be legally successful. Having someone in your corner that was willing to tell you what you needed to hear, instead of what you wanted to hear saved me thousands of dollars.
This is not a law firm that will needlessly drive up costs. For example, I was never charged for attorneys fees for anyone Jenni may have consulted with (this is a frequent tactic of less reputable law firms). I was never given a weekly 'update' that created billing hours even if nothing was happening in the case. Jenni never had me make needless discovery requests, subpoenas or motions that are typical and drive up costs.
I had a more experienced and higher hourly rate attorney than my ex, but my ex's legal fees were 30% higher because of all the shenanigans they played.
Jenni will give you the legal experience you need without driving up costs.

Mitch Geller defended me in an agreement dispute with a real estate company in the early 90's. He was so much better than the other attorney it was embarrassing.
