I hired Dick to take over a very complicated case nearly 20 years ago. My hearing date was actually on September 11, 2001 And was rescheduled when the court closed after the planes hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. I had a very complex & emotional case. I was young & naive & married a man I thought I knew but didn’t. He was a fantastic liar & could charm anyone by telling them exactly what they wanted to hear. He was able to convince his lawyer & mine that I was the one lying when it was him. I had been severely injured in a car accident not long after I met him. I got a substantial settlement for my injuries & the future medical expenses, the life ahead of me of severe chronic pain and inability to earn the income I would have without the pain. The man I married changed into someone else the moment we returned from our honeymoon. I was foolish & naive & put all of that money in a joint account (legally making it equally his even though the accident & settlement both occurred before we got married.). My ex spent it all. I trusted and believed he worked very long hours and traveled as needed with his job. I was focused on a series of major medical procedures like reconstruction of my jaw and face (5 surgeries and still need a titanium total joint replacement for my jaw). Having to leave my job & find another one before my short term disability ran out while getting my surgeries. I decided to finish my MBA in one semester before going back to work so was very distracted with the pain, procedures, moving and getting my MBA. When that money was gone he turned to credit cards I was unaware of & ran up $50k in debt that I was legally half responsible for. ( Full of charges to places I had never been & things from Victoria’s Secret that I never saw.) I was not around much & when I was I was either doing homework or resting from the constant chronic pain & series of surgeries and recovery. He went from the perfect charming man for me telling me everything I wanted to hear & believe about him to a completely different man the day we got home from our honeymoon. He became increasingly violent and dangerous until the day I left. The day I left he started loading a 9mm gun while screaming at me that he would NEVER let me leave! He demanded instructions to get the money from my life insurance policy from my employer. He had a perfect plan to put my body in a wood chipper after I was dead to destroy my body & all evidence. We were needing to landscape at the new house & it was perfect to just mix my body in with the mulch. He would tell everyone I abandoned him & left everything with him. I managed to get the loaded gun from him & ran out the door with my purse, keys, gun, the clothes on my back and — MY LIFE! I hired a “low cost” attorney who drug things out ran up the retainer & told me I had to return the gun to my ex for HIS 2nd amendment rights. He also got me a restraining order with my location on it! I had to move again & hire a new attorney! I had already spent $10,000 to get nowhere. I found Dick & he fixed everything! In court Dick & his associate had a full day of questioning my ex until he lost track of his lies. He couldn’t fight with a real man when he was used to picking on women. My ex even insulted the judge! Dick came into a mess of a case with deadlines that had passed & I was an emotional, terrified wreck. Dick was able to make me feel safe & return me to as close to financially & emotionally whole again as possible. He was THE BEST Lawyer in 2001, & I can’t begin to imagine how good he is now. He saved my life literally & financially so I could get a new start. He is worth EVERY penny! Dick is extremely knowledgeable of the laws, he is great with negotiating in virtually impossible situations. He is tough as nails, but also sensitive to what his client is going through & gets results.

My divorce took nearly two years. We were weeks away from having to endure the expense and emotional toll of a two day trial. Dick was referred by my ex-husband's attorney for the final mediation attempt. I am grateful that we agreed to use him. His experience and professional, yet direct communication and explaination resulted in the impossible, a settlement. He not only saved our marital estate thousands of dollars, he made the road to rebuilding our sanity, trust and communication for the sake of our children happen that much sooner. I recently went through a divorce and Mr. Rotole was recommended to me but a co-worker. Mr. Rotole was extremely knowledgeable and was not afraid to take on my strange situation as I was a resident of Colorado and my ex husband lived out of state (I am active duty military and my ex-husband was former military). Mr. Rotole and his staff were constantly keeping me informed on communications they had with my now ex-husband. Even though my ex-husband choose not to participate in the divorce Mr. Rotole and his staff made sure he was always aware of what was going on and important court dates. My ex-husband made Mr. Rotole and his staffs job difficult at times, he would claim to not have gotten documents that were sent 3 different ways, he would call yelling at the staff. Mr. Rotole and his staff were never anything but professional and accommodating. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Mr. Rotole and his staff. Divorce is never an easy or fun experience but Mr. Rotole made it as painless as possible. I could not have been any more pleased with the out come. Thank you

We have worked with Miranda Bouchey and can highly highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about our family and works incredibly hard on our case. She can understand the pain and tension we feel as parents as we deal with an ex and can also understand how our situation impacts our kids. She has made herself available to us; previous lawyers we have worked with were very hard to get a hold of, leaving us feeling abandoned at key times. Miranda is the total opposite. She prioritizes us when we need it, responds quickly to emails and makes herself available for phone consultations. We have felt so supported by her. She is also incredibly smart and competent. Miranda was amazing! I knew I had an uphill battle going into our case since I wasn’t the primary care taker and my ex wife wanted to relocate with our son. I knew that I also had a lot going for me since I have always been there and have provided for my son since his birth as well. Miranda took my case on short notice and short preparation, but got up to speed quicker than I anticipated. She gave me the best possible legal advice (the to-do’s and not to-do’s) the entire 5-6 months she worked with me. When it came down to actually going to court, she guided and prepared me on exactly what was going to happen before even getting into the courtroom, so all I had to do was remember and execute what she told me to do. She was already in the courthouse before I arrive at the courthouse (which I’m always early) and I really appreciated that. She was attentive in the courtroom and honed in on what was important to the judge’s decision making. She won my case for me because she’s an amazing attorney and knew what to say and what not to say. I will be forever grateful for Miranda and her talent as an attorney! I hired Catherine after my former counsel quit 29 days before my final orders hearing. It was a complete shock she could even take my case on such short notice. My ex was out to make my life hell and opposing counsel was the same. Catherine was able to get us a 30 day continuance. During that time she prepped and did amazing work for me. She really prepared for my case in that short time and caught up on over a year of drama in less then 2 months. The day of final orders we got an offer that was garbage, so we went to trial. Catherine was amazing and caught my ex in so many lies. She objected whwn needed and truly fought to keep the hearing about division of assests. In divorce cases its never east to know what the judge will award. In this case, the judge sided with Catherine. I was awarded spousal maintenance, which honestly we were not sure the judge was going to do. I didn't get everything I wanted but spousal maintenance was a huge win. I can't recommend Catherine and her team enough!

After being injured on the job, breaking my toe, the retail company that I worked for refused to get involved and help me get my workers compensation medical claims paid. The bills continued to pile up and were adversely affecting my credit. After numerous calls to the H.R. dept. and visits in person to the company, I was unable to get them to resolve the unpaid claims. This situation went on for over a year. I finally decided it was time to seek an attorney to help me with this. After hiring Mr. Secrist, the matter was resolved within just a few weeks. He contacted my former employer, medical providers and workers compensation to ensure that ALL of the bills were paid and there was not any outstanding medical bills on my accounts. Not only did Mr. Secrist resolve my case in a professional and timely manner but he also got me an financial settlement for my bodily injury! In January of 2010, I was involved in a sporting accident that put me in the hospital for 20 days, then in rehab for another 10 days. Upon release, I applied and received Social Security Disability. However, my medical bills were enormous. Cameron examined my situation and determined that the sports facility was negligent in the design of its equipment, so he launched a civil suit to recover compensation for my injuries. He was successful in negotiating a financial settlement that covered all my medical expenses. He was very detail-oriented about receiving all my medical records and documenting my injuries, so that the sports facility's insurance company was clearly faced with my ongoing disability and their client's responsibility. I am grateful for the generous help he was to our family, and the compassionate and considerate manner in which he communicated with me. Today, six years later, I am almost fully recovered but I will never forget the assistance Cameron was in my time of need.

Working with Law Offices of Said Sharbini, has been pleasant from start to finish. I live in Florida had a couple of warrants that needed to be taken care of and Contacted a few lawyers there; a couple were a bit cheaper. Called Mr. Sharbini and we had a nice conversation. I was concerned he was a little bit more expensive than the others, but like he said, "You pay for what you get". I took the chance; I'm glad I did he got Amanda Borsman on my case she was able to get one settled the next day and took about two months to get the second one handled. During that time, her or the office, never left me waiting responded quickly and explained the law where I understood she was patient and listened to my concerns. I loved the results from both cases; even got a portion of my trust fund back. Very honest firm and Highly Recommend them.

Honestly, hiring Said was a better experience than I even hoped for. I was in a very tough situation. Going into sentencing and my lawyer had just resigned. After reading Ms. Shipley's reviews I decided to give her a call. What an amazing and compassionate lawyer! From the start she was straight forward and honest with me about what was going on while being compassionate and empathetic to my situation. When it came time for my sentencing she did an amazing job with her plea of probation instead of jail time. Though a little pricey for my limited budget it was worth every penny to have Ms. Shipley representing me. I just can't say enough excellent things about this Lawyer other than I wish I had gone with her from the start and maybe justice would have prevailed and my case would have been handled better.

I first hired Lisa more than 6 years ago to handle a child custody case. As a male I knew that the courts/law was weighted against me from the start. As anyone that has gone through a child custody case knows it is never truly over. Over the last 6 years Lisa has been as strong of an ally as I could possibly have had. I went through a 2 year divorce ( the worst ordeal of my life) and Lisa was absolutely fantastic! She was the most knowledge and trustworthy attorney I have ever encountered. I was denied for Social Security Disability. I hired a lawyer (not Jack) to appeal this decision. Unfortunately that lawyer did not file the appeal within the timeframe required. So I was denied again. Through a recommendation I met and hired Jack to continue the appeal process which was extremely difficult at this point. Jack was extremely persistent. He was very patient with me. He is very knowledgeable about the process needed to file and appeal Social Security Disability claims. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone going through this difficult process. My claim was approved and I am very thankful for Jack and the wonderful job he did. He is the best. I can't say thank you enough to this wonderful man.

Chris was our families lawyer for many years. He made sure to inform us regarding the cost of his services and cautioned us when we were pushing for things that would cost us more and have no benefit to us at all. Read what you must about suspension. This lady has sweet southern charm with a barracudas attack. She has gone above and beyond to help me and my family through a very difficult divorce that turned into adoption years later. She is tactical and has impeccable timing. There is no sugar coating with this wonderful lady! My child custody/support and divorce was a painful process with my ex but Madeline made it so much easier! When you act as a good Samaritan, your only wish is to be of assistance to others, particularly if you have a specific skill set that can aid in an emergency. We want to live in a world where we do not hesitate in helping others. For a select few, though, this means making the split-second decision in placing yourself in danger - and that was my husband. The outcome was shocking, horrific, and traumatic; not only for my husband but also for his colleagues (the local fire department) and our entire small-town community. This was a multi-car incident that required multiple emergency agencies to respond. My husband had been hit by a vehicle while rendering aid to an existing person - his condition was critical and we were thrust into a sphere of surgeries, medical bills and insurance claims as this was a complicated, multi-party accident scene. Our world had been turned upside down, we are a private couple and our lives were thrust into the public realm with local newspapers and state media; there was much to process and we needed help. We needed a law firm whom could help us navigate our way through this, not only with us, but quite often for us. Kris is not only an incredibly personable, compassionate person, she is a well experienced, knowledgeable and fair attorney. From the moment we made our first call to Kris, she was prompt in her response and Kris’ caring nature heard our incident that occurred in our family that brought us to a temporary restriction in parenting time. Kris has a very no-nonsense approach to advocating for parenting rights and what is in the best interest of the children involved. In much less time than we expected, more than a few court dates and stipulations, we were relieved on the other side in having the children back 50/50. Additionally, we are a blended family, so having an advocate that is aware of our family dynamic and situation she has been amazing at representing our family at all milestones in the court process. When dealing with our children being fed gluten on a celiac disease restricted diet, Kris advised and represented us in contempt orders for the other parent involved and re evaluating child support as needed. She is an all around amazing attorney that has really brought our family true legal representation that is second to none.
