I first hired Clyde in 2019 when I first filed for divorce. I subsequently withdrew the divorce proceeding. after my ex-wife talked me into it then I used him. I hired him again for the second divorce filing. Of which has been now completed and very very satisfactorily. he has Demonstrated the professionalism and the personal attention to detail that was desperately needed in my divorce case and then after the divorce was final. We did the trust agreements and and will and medical power of attorney and stuff that I needed done. He did those after that. I would use him again anytime I need a lawyer and highly recommend him.

Mark was referred to us for my husband divorce case and custody case, by Colin, our criminal defense attorney. This divorce and custody case was difficult for my husband to go through, and because a false allegations criminal charge, it made this case more complex.
Mark did his absolute best, we believe, every step of the way. The ex wife made things an absolute nightmare for my husband, and watching him go through this was heart breaking. My husband and I didn’t make things easy for mark either as we were both addicted to heroin and meth at the time. Mark fought for my husband every step of the way until the absolute end, which involved not only the divorce and child custody part of this case, but several protection orders that were filed in different Colorado county’s by his ex wife. Mark made sure to squash those protection orders one by one, and did so with so much passion and care and knowledge and patience. Everyone involved had to have been at their wits end with everything going on. Thankfully, and luckily, during one of the protection order hearings, I believe that’s when, the ex wife said something’s on the stand that we couldn’t believe, and we were just shocked. Mark made note of these things, and was always in constant contact with our criminal Defense attorney Colin. We never had the chance to confirm our thoughts, but my husband and I fully believe that Mark played a substantial role in the criminal defense case being dismissed as requested by the prosecution!
Unfortunately, as we were both addicted at the time this all was happening, the child custody case wasn’t a happy ending, mark would have stayed on with us but due to so many circumstances, one being a second arrest for drugs during the custody case, mark was unable to represent my husband any longer. We regret not getting sober sooner, because my husband would have had custody of his son. That is our fault, our choices.
Mark stayed dedicated to the end, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs his services! He knows what he is doing, he stays in constant contact, and never brushed us off or made us feel like we were terrible people for what was going on. He cares about you like you’re his own family.
From the very first week we spoke to him he gave my husband the best legal advice, and it made things go much better than if we had not spoken to him. My husband would have been forced out of his own house due to a protection order if we wouldn’t have spoken to mark and he hadn’t given us the advice that we desperately needed.
I truly wish things had ended differently, and if Mark was in Colorado Springs right now, and he would allow for it lol, I would 100% be hiring him for custody issues that have risen over the past 4 years to do with my two kids, as well as my husbands ex wife contacting my kids dads.
Hire mark! You will not regret it, he will fight for you, he will do his absolute best no matter the complexity of the case! We will forever be grateful for Mr. Chapleau and the mark he left on our lives. Our only regret is that we cannot say we are 5 years sober, this was a 2019 case, but by the grace of God we are 4 years.

If you don't go with this law group then you are mission out! Not only did they handle my case with grace, but they even went the extra mile when I had an emergency! I have a medically fragile and disabled child that is very hard to take out of the home. The day before my court appearance, all of my child care canceled for the day of court. I needed to file a motion in order to appear virtually instead but being the day before, and with my lack of court understandings, I was lost. I called this office since they were the ones who filed my paperwork with the court to ask for assistance. Of course the lawyer I used was out of office so I left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from another attorney from this office and after I explained my situation, they said that they would have no problem filling out the motion for me and emailing to me! Not only that but they did this from their cell phone! All I asked for was advice, but this office was so understanding and the fact that they went the extra mile to help me was such a relief and an act of kindness and humanity that you don't normally see from people nowadays. From now on I will always use this firm for all of my needs!

Having no experience in this field at all, I was pretty terrified when I was shown to be at fault for a car accident. The entire team was excellent gave me a lot of information helped me to remain calm, and on the day of Katy in particular went way above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate me reaching the courthouse on time. I was very impressed on every level with this operation.
Oh, and they significantly reduced the amount of trouble I was going to get into! Well worth the retainer.

While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact.
My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case.
Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed.
The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.

There are many criticisms about attorneys, that aren't typically positive, that they're out for money and don't really care
That was not my experience working with Griffith's Law.
My case was extremely difficult and high conflict and lasted for several years. I started off with a different firm who I will keep unnamed but is one that likely pops up with a lot of stout advertising, a larger firm. Soon I realized I probably did not have the right representation. I found Griffith's Law. A smaller but mighty boutique firm that is family owned. Quickly it became evident that Suzanne and her team was the right firm for me in my case. This is where Anthony Zarsky and Cailin Degeorge were appointed as my representation, and I was fortunate they were.
Anthony Zarsky gave me more than just representation. He was always honest with me even when it was hard to hear. He gave me a clear picture of what to expect which was not what I had been told previously. It wasn't that it was necessarily negative, it was just more realistic, more clear and defined and he gave a good explanation as to why. Whenever there was a choice for me to make, he spent the time explaining the pros and cons and risk's of each. He always guided me in what things to challenge and what to agree on, to prioritize the best outcome. Throughout the case he kept my head clear, gave me constructive feedback that helped change the way I think, and ultimately helped me be a better person. I think it's important that when we're in an emotional state that somebody gives you good advice and tells what I could be doing better to help myself. This allowed me to be more effective at parenting in an extremely high in conflict emotional circumstance. He gave me the perspectives to think through when co-parenting. Anthony was not just good for me and my case, but he was also better for our child - because he kept that as the focus. There were many times that I wanted to give up, but Anthony was my support and kept me going. He truly became a person to me not just a hired attorney, like a family member. He would often check in on me to make sure I was doing okay, would always check in on my feelings, give encouragement. He's a good person and it's evident he's not just a good attorney, he is passionate about his work which makes him even better. We need to be honest with ourselves, when going through a divorce it's extremely emotional and we're not always thinking the best, it's easy to get fixated on the wrong things. He always treated opposing council and party with respect even when it was not reciprocated, in fact he was often disrespected. Always remained professional.
Anthony uses a strategic approach rather than being blunt and aggressive. This is not to say he's not capable of being aggressive, but he is more surgical. His approach proved to me he was ethical, honest and made every effort to save money when possible. But most importantly he put our child ahead of all else. Nobody ever wins in a high conflict case. But I am certain if I did not have Anthony the outcome would have been much different.
I am so grateful that I ultimately ended up with Anthony at Griffith's Law. It was impressive to realize that when Anthony was not available things were never delayed or left unattended until he returned. It was amazing to see even senior partners getting involved in my case to cover in his absence. The entire staff and everybody involved with this firm are quality people who genuinely care. I have all the confidence that if you choose Griffith's Law you will be happy that you did, your livelihood is what's on the line if you choose wrong. I couldn't imagine myself recommending any other firm.

I cant say thank you enough. Ehren was a savior when my sons was acused of starting a fight on a Platte Canyon School bus. I know that doesn't mean much but when he is getting ready to turn 18 it's a huge deal. Ehren looked at the evidence where a public defender would rather just get it over and not care that this could hurt this young man's future. Let me tell you a little more about this for context. My sons have been bullied at Platte Canyon for years that's how this school operates they have been attacked physically and mentally. The school has time and again turned a blind eye saying no evidence even though their are videos. This young man my son was arguing with was part of the same gang as they call themselves was telling my older son how his brother should be killed over and over. We'll my older son had enough of the crap and yes he stood up and went to speak to the other teen and girl who has verbally harrassed them daily to and from school. When my son went to speak with the other teen the agreeser stood up and was chest bumping my son. At this point the younger son who was the son who was the target of the verbal attack seeing his brother getting chest bumped tried to pull the aggressor off and then a fight between the younger son occurred even though the aggressor started it and threw punches first my sons were both charged. Ehren looked at the video and actually challenged what was being stated. So as of today one sons case has been dropped the other that the public defender is assigned has hardly even communicated with us so if you want a lawyer who actually cares Ehren is your man.

I would give Ehren 6 out of 5 stars if I could. He knows his stuff, is professional, and is very familiar with the court system in Park Co and surrounding areas. He was reassuring to work with, walked through what I could do in advance to mitigate my violation, and what to expect in court. He then represented me in person while I was able to remote in. His cost was reasonable, especially when compared to flying back out to Colorado, renting a car and booking hotels, etc. Everyone makes mistakes on the road at some point, and Ehren was a solid advocate - he has my respect for how he represented my case. I took a chance on hiring Mike Ferrell off the Internet from 1,800 miles away when my son unexpectedly needed a criminal defense attorney in Boulder. We totally lucked out. While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact.
My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case.
Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed.
The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.
