Kalamaya Gosha handled my divorce for me. What I expected to be a pretty open and shut case became much more complicated when my ex decided to ignore a signed settlement agreement and change law firms mid-case. Throughout the process, my attorney, Amy Goscha, managed to stay focused on my objectives and push hard while maintaining a very calm and professional approach to the other side. This review a bit overdue; Kendra did an excellent job for me -handling my divorce. She was a mix of working nicely with the other attorney, but also being a 'bulldog' on my interest. I thought it was an excellent, intelligent mix of those two qualities. Her, and her staff, paid attention to every detail, all the paperwork, etc., was expertly handled in a timely fashion. I thought her costs were reasonable. Most of all, I enjoyed my time and correspondence with her. She is highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms Virginia Henley Gatz, Esq., during the summer of 2015 as she represented me in post divorce child support negotiations. Divorce processes are difficult, and the subsequent negotiations around parenting and child support are laden with a lifetime of baggage while accompanied by an emotional roller coaster. Virginia was ever the consummate professional and advocate. She remained grounded when I wasn’t and provided honest, clear and concise council. One of the things I most appreciated was her frank assessment of the process, and sharing of her indignation when the opposing side became out of line. Nancy was very committed to my case. She was always available to assist with any problems I had regarding the case, questions I may have had, and keeping me up to date with everything I needed to know. In addition, she was very honest with me during the whole process and never gave me false hopes or assurances that could not be guaranteed. Also, the defendant in the case had quite a personality issue and Nancy helped guide me through specific ways I could present myself and the case in court in order to take advantage of it. I hired Craig to help me retrieve earnest money owed to me from a buyer after a failed house closing. The buyer had refused to pay any of the earnest money specified in a real estate contract, though I as seller had met all contract obligations. Craig presented me various options on how to proceed and discussed each option in detail, including cost-benefit analysis. Together we developed a strategy of recovery based on several of those options. In just two short, powerful emails to the buyer, Craig elicited a most favorable outcome. Jay was the third lawyer I had seen that day. After twice being told ‘this will take a lot of “ and the “ well you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t... maybe you just shouldn’t “ I felt completely hopeless. I went online fearful , desperate to find someone to help and I came across Jay’s info and called. I was in his office two hours later. He was everything I needed to help get through this situation. High conflict divorce, spouse not returning child after summer visit etc... He was the balanced, strong person I desperately needed in my corner. He had things resolved sufficiently and quickly. You won’t be disappointed.

Jay handled my divorce case in Colorado Springs. He is very diligent about getting questions answered and in a timely manner; most of the time he replied to a question almost instantly. In my opinion he is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone going through the hell of divorce. He is a very calm and intuitive man; trust his advice. But if you have a number in mind for the settlement let him know upfront and stick with it if you feel confident; he will back you 100%. His paralegal Krista is just a wonderful lady, professional but with a very caring heart. She also answered questions almost instantly and was always available when I called her. I felt that all the people at the law firm that I had contact with were caring and helpful throughout this awful time in my life. I had some very specific questions about a custody case that I am already waste deep in. It boiled down to me making a choice between two possibilites and one of them meant not seeking any legal representation (a.k.a. Mr. Cramner not getting hired or paid). He patiently answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. I felt that he gave me thorough explanations without coming across bias. I expected to be pushed into a certain direction. I was not. I left the lengthy conversation feeling like I got some solid advice from an attorney who seems to genuinely care. I also felt calmed and not in such a panicked state as when I first called. I can only assume Mr. Cramner exudes the same compassion and professionalism with paying clients. I would absolutely use him in the future based off our phone conversation.

I foolish had signed a postnuptial that could have ruined me financially. I had consulted with another lawyer and was told there was nothing that could be done. I was absolutely devastated!! I then met with Andy later that day. He looked over the postnuptial and found so many loop holes. I knew I had found the lawyer I needed for my divorce. He is so incredibly knowledgeable, competent, trustworthy, takes the high road on issues. I highly recommend hiring Andy as your divorce and family attorney. Not only was Andy responsive to my case needs but he was/is, extremely competent and he has several years in practicing divorce and family law; a definite benefit for any case. His experience and years of practice was crucial to many aspects of my divorce. I hired Alan Feldman to represent me in a dispute over my minority shareholder rights and buyout of my stock from my former company which I was the President-CEO. I had an issue with my wedding videographer. We hired them to film our wedding back in August 2016 and our contract had stated a finished film would be completed by October 31, 2016, It was March 2017 and after countless emails to the person, I gave up and needed some professional help. I spoke with Brian about my situation. He had me email the contract to him so he could review and told me there was a breech of contract. He offered to call the videographer for me. The next day, Brian sent me an email letting me know that he was able to get in touch with the guy and got him to commit to an ECD as to when the film would be sent to me. Brian checked in on me a few days after the film was due to make sure I got it. I was not happy with the final product from our videographer and talked to Brian about possible steps I could take if I wanted to sue him. After some advice I got from Brian, I decided the damages were too little for me to sue and stress out about. Brian was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. He was easy to work with and provided great advice.

I was with Brooke for a child custody case that lasted for far to long and in the end she sat down with me, my sons father and his lawyer and we got it all hashed out. It was amazing to me that she took the time to set it up and work it out with me. She also is accepting payments instead of asking for every thing now. I honestly cant give this woman enough praise.

I met with Brooke because she came highly recommended by a friend. I was very impressed. She clearly explained the process and where the concerns were in my case. After I hired her, we went to temporary orders because I needed maintenance ASAP. She was fully prepared. My testimony was clear and well thought out to address all of my needs. My ex's lawyer was not nearly as prepared, and when Brooke got to ask my ex question, she did such a good job of showing his lies to the court. I got more parenting time and temporary maintenance than I thought I would.

I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Olivia Larson and all she has done for my family. My case was extremely complicated as it had both civil and criminal accusations. I knew I was innocent and the accusations against me were an attempt to muddy the water and gain an advantage in the civil case. With Olivia's help, I was able to win against the criminal accusations and hold my accusers accountable. The civil case lasted over a year due to Covid and court procedure. When I first hired Olivia she was with a firm that I won't name, but after a few months she chose to leave that firm and start her own. I asked her to stay on as my lawyer and she thankfully agreed. Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it. My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. I retained Zach as my attorney as I was in a custody battle after my divorce. I had been going it alone for about six months and although I felt I had a good case, there is always the "what if" Many factors regarding my case brought me to Zach. I had relocated to another state, had a new job, paperwork to locate and file, many things had to be addressed and considered. It was overwhelming. From the moment I made the decision to get help, I knew that Zach was the attorney to represent me. The initial conversations we had by phone were comfortable and productive. The fact that I was 1400 miles away and that I was placing my children's future and well being in someone's hands was scary at first but Zach, I felt, was the one that could get it done for me. The biggest concern I had was that I had given him less than 3 months to prepare. In that short amount of time he compiled all the documents, filed all the paperwork, conducted the interviews with the witnesses. He did that and so much more. When we entered the courtroom I was confident and WE were prepared. In court Zach was direct, to the point and was able to "paint the picture" for the Magistrate. Limited to 4000 characters? Stephanie knows this is going to be difficult. Ms. Rikeman came into my case late as I was taking care of this myself. Was doing OK but when a couple of other items came up that I knew were going to require something beyond my capacity - I sought out legal counsel and was fortunate to find Stephanie and have her accept my case. Stephanie is very knowledgable and will pursue your case tenaciously. She has integrity and is absolutely honest - something I thought you only used as a punchline when speaking about an attorney. I was pleasantly surprised to have my faith restored in the legal system and all of that can be attributed to Ms. Rikeman. If you are hiring Stephanie you should be much the same. She will work within the framework of the law. Not that she won't look down every avenue in winning your case but if you are looking for someone that is a little shady ... then there are plenty of those out there. Stephanie will win your case doing what is right and just. Stephanie is diligent in her work. Don't be surprised to get an email from her at 9:00PM ... on a Saturday. She is a work-a-holic. Sometimes that isn't always a good thing, but considering she is working for you - then it is very good. It is a work ethic you don't often see anymore. It needed to be done so she gets it done. Sometimes that is from 9-5, sometimes that isn't enough. Unlike other attornies that will shrug that off and come in the office the next day or the next week or whenever - don't be surprised when you get that late email. Very early on Ms. Rikeman made a suggestion for my case that I really questioned. I didn't see that there was much benefit to it and there was an additional cost associated with it as well and I was already short on funds with everything else going on. Even after speaking with the person that she suggested I was still hesitant that it would help my case and there was even the chance that it would hurt my case. In the end I put trust into Stephanie and went with her suggestion - outside of retaining her it was the best decision I made. In retrospect let me simply say this; you are hiring Ms. Rikeman for her knowledge and expertise, take it! She isn't making a suggestion to make someone else money and it damn sure isn't going into her pocketbook. She is suggesting you do something to make your case have a better chance at success. OF course she can't guarantee it always goes as well as mine, but if she didn't think it was a good idea with a higher probility of success then she isn't going to mention it to you. Now then as far as money and all of that - again I find Ms. Rikeman to be very fair and honest. Her business practice itself is set up well and is absolutely fair in the manner that she has it. I would reccomend though that you hire Stephanie immediately - she is severly underpaying herself. At some point in time she will come to realize what I did quite awhile ago - that she is an awesome attorney and a lot better than the majority of the competition - yet the competition charges significantly more than she does. I know the explanation she gives and this isn't one of those, "Well for the money she is damn good". The fact of the matter is that she is better than damn good - getting her service for what she charges is the bonus. Well 254 characters left - I easily have enough to go on for another 4000 characters - Stephanie will know this is true.If you are still looking for an attorney and you have gotten to this point then I have to ask, "What the hell are you waiting on?" Call her now and get this going, make the best decision you are going to make in a long time and be confident in the decision you made. Thanks Stephanie - you are awesome!

I can't say enough to express how amazing Justin is. 5 stars doesn't even come close to what I think he deserves. I have been involved in an extremely hostile custody situation for a year and half. Bill is an excellent attorney who helped me through a high-conflict divorce with his strategic and calm approach. He is very patient and thinks before he reacts. Suzanne helped me with my divorce last year. She is professional, sharp, and extremely effective. I was able to keep my retirement accounts because she pointed out that my ex and I had always kept our accounts separate from day 1 of the marriage, and that I should be able to retain my own accounts. The judge accepted this and signed off on it, and I feel safe and financially secure as a result. As contentious as divorce can be, she helped keep everything fair and civil. She is a wonderful person who wants to help. I cannot recommend her enough!

It is a pleasure to compliment the legal work that Susanne Ewy has done for me. At 92 years of age my ability to deal with Boulder (Colorado) County authorities is quite limited. When I received notice this year that my home valuation had just risen by 50% I was shocked. This meant my home real estate taxes would also rise by this same 50% amount! Boulder (Colorado) County displayed “comparable” nearby home properties that had recently sold as justification despite the significant differences in comparisons. I engaged Suzanne Ewy to help me deal with Boulder County over this gross exaggeration. She developed a plan, gathered materials, both statistical and visual, and, within the County-stated strict limitations, delivered my request for re-evaluation. She prepared, I think, about forty-five pages of information for the County. The County Assessor rejected her request for re-evaluation completely, requiring her to file an appeal and appear before the Board of Equalization. She prepared me for that virtual hearing, making sure that I could hear and understand the proceedings. Long story shortened, the BOE granted me the totality of my evaluation amount – the entire reduction of 50%. Virtually unheard of in this county. This will result in a reasonable tax amount that will have an immediate and a long-term effect on this aging citizen who has paid Boulder real estate taxes since about 1970. My many thanks and admiration for her reasoned and effective work is unbounded.

He is very informative about law and case perception. He has done nothing short of a top notch job for me. Even when i get frustrated and blow up he still remains calm and collective. He looks for the long game in custody and isn't one of those that swing for the fence the first try. He understands there are processes and in child custody it takes time. He has proved to me over and over again why he does what he does even though i initially disagree, and somehow he is 99.9% of the time right. He is also well rounded his expertise isn't just family law. I would highly recommend him if you want a good attorney that will fight for you.
