I was in a pinch. I mean I was in a lot of trouble. I went to talk to the DA without a lawyer and it was horrible. I hired Chris and he worked miracles, but what makes him so good is, that I thought I had a great deal and was happy as could be. It wasn’t good enough for him though. He definitely fights for his clients, and gets the best possible outcome.

I first contacted Thomas Ridgely in 2018 as I was going through a very uncomfortable divorce. My ex-wife's family had a lot of money and power behind and it was just me I felt defeated already. So at my mother's insistence I lookup up an attorney to consult with I was lucky enough to get Thomas Ridgely, it completely changed my outlook. It was very honest my first consultation didn't cost me a cent he told me what my options were after I hired him he got to work immediately he was easily accessible always return my phone calls. I'm disabled and he often made arrangements to be able to meet me at my convenience it was a long drawn-out process a division of property. Long story short is he checked them at every turn and soon my ex was willing to settle without even having to go to court anymore. I hired Mr. Ridgely to handle an insurance claim for me after a car accident. He took care of it quickly and got more for me than the insurance company initially offered.

I don't want to get divorced ever again but if I ever do I know to go to Marika. She is very professional and does not make a million useless calls and emails in order to run up a big bill on me. Mitch Geller defended me in an agreement dispute with a real estate company in the early 90's. He was so much better than the other attorney it was embarrassing. He won the case for me, and always advised me to keep the case in perspective. The second case he won for me was a complaint that was filed by my HOA. He was, once again, amazing in court. To watch him perform on my behalf was seriously an honor. He didn't bother me with minutiae, as I am a "micro manager". He told me to trust him, and leave the details to him. He brought up issues that I would never have thought of. He was brilliant. We won the case, hands down. No contest.
I work with attorneys in my business, for my personal requirements (wills, etc) for my clients, but Mitch is who I chose to defend me the two times I had to go to court as a defendant. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you for allowing me to offer my opinion.

I had an extremely high conflict divorce. During the nearly year long nightmare, Barre went above and beyond in handling my case. While my ex was largely able to isolate my young children from me for the entire divorce, in the end my young children got a better parenting plan than was recommended by the PRE and it will ramp up to 50/50. I only wish my ex had hired a competent lawyer, as her lawyer made things far worse than just the malicious behavior of my ex did.

I have a very high-conflict post-divorce situation involving my vulnerable children. My family and I call Barre, "our Super hero." Barre is a human being first with a heart of gold for children and families. As I was a wreck, Barre "cut to the chase" and helped me navigate a very emotionally difficult situation. My daughter was on death's door. By listening to Barre, we won EVERYTHING in court. My daughter is alive and thriving. Unbelievable to me given the fire power of my ex and his willingness to lie and use my kids as pawns. I would not want to play against Barre in a game of chess, but having him on my team was life saving. I have worked with several different attorneys over the last 10 years dealing with parenting and post-divorce issues. Barre has been the best by far. He is level-headed, strategic, informative and a good communicator. He will tell you like it is in his experience, give you options, solid advice and is aggressive when necessary. It is also clear that he does not need to "pad my bill" by trying to stir up unnecessary billable hours. He has advised me on best, and least-expensive options. I highly recommend him.

I never had a need for an attorney before, but David Greenberg came highly recommended so I put my life in his hands. He was very forthcoming with information and what to expect. Always keeping me in the loop and making sure I understood what the proceedings were. When there was decisions to be made (test this, hire an expert, or consider a plea deal) he informed me of my options and what the benefits would be and how much it would cost. I found myself in a situation where I needed an attorney and actually called David Greenberg for a recommendation because I thought my litigation was a different field than I knew he practiced. He informed me of all of his qualifications and I choose to work with him. I highly recommend David Greenberg and the quality people in his office. He (and his partner) went through REAMS of documentation keeping clear the detailed information that was useful to my case. David was readily available to answer any questions I had in a process I knew nothing about as clear communication was important to both of us. He and his team were willing to go farther than I was willing to go (trial) and he heard my goals and kept them at the forefront. He is ethical. His fees are reasonable and worthwhile. At 1st glance, my case was simple. Mom VS dad fighting over custody of our son.
But when you started to look deeper, you would find that this was anything but a simple case.
Key points, I am a naturalized American citizen born and raised in South Korea, my ex and I met and were married and divorced in Korea while he was stationed there with the US Army. When the divorce was finalized (without a parenting plan due to some conflicts between Korean and American law) , our son was living in Colorado with his paternal grandparents against my wishes. Shortly after the divorce I moved from Korea to WA state and my ex was relocated by the Army to Kansas State.
Once I established residency in WA I filed by proxy with Megan Kahn for custody of my son after my ex and his family continued to deny me all contact with my son.
As soon as the case was opened the grandparent's hired a lawyer and joined the case as intervenors. This brought the case up to 3 parties involved.
So to sum up; Divorced with no parenting plan, 2 countries, 3 states, 3 parties and the US Army
With all those factors; I couldn't have hoped for better legal counsel than Megan Kahn.
She was very compassionate, informative, patient (I have a thick accent and it can be difficult to communicate over the phone) and never failed to make me feel like I was family and that she truly cared.
Our day in court couldn't have gone better, thanks to Mrs. Kahn's guidance, a situation that could have been terrifying was still scary but I felt better emotionally prepared for it than I thought possible. And her performance was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for
To sum up, anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position to need legal counsel, will never regret hiring Megan.

A more diligent and trustworthy lawyer, I could not have asked for. I have just completed a highly contested case that the opposing council kept trying to delay. After false promises from opposing council of mediation and settlement negotiations, Megan wisely advised me that we’d need to proceed to trial. With the health of my son, and the future of my parenting involvement with him at stake, Megan focused my energy on obtaining positive results from our trial. She expertly advised me on tasks that kept me on schedule and strengthened our position. Aware of the benefits and risks, we headed to trial.
Her calm courtroom demeanour is quickly apparent. She was intimately familiar with the case and never asked a question without knowing the reply, or the result of the question. She expertly crafted her line of questioning to present evidence to the judge without risk of objection. Our position was tightly woven leaving the opposing council no room to attack and leaving the judge a clear picture of our stance on major topics. Her reasoning and tact was focused and determined.
On redirect, Megan quickly exposed the holes in opposing council’s arguments and rendered many of their points untenable. Her line of questioning was clever and effective in eliciting the needed responses from the other party without provoking hostility. It was very effective in exposing the other party’s faulty reasoning to the judge.
I could not give Megan Kahn a higher recommendation. She has helped set up a foundation with my parenting schedule that will endure the test of time, avoiding future court cases. She was instrumental in the overall success of the case.

I engaged Attorney Pigott recently to help me develop a number of complex, interrelated agreements. He spent a great deal of time understanding the situation under which we were trying to operate. From the day I first started speaking with Dave I felt that he was a true professional but also a down to earth and "normal" guy. With very little to no prior experience with the legal system I was both nervous and confused. I felt that the legal system and other lawyers spoke in their own language or focused on the process, not me and my concerns or needs. This again offered me no comfort nor sense of control of my future! I hired Lauren to coach me for a hearing regarding a very contentious ordeal involving a parenting plan modification and other issues. Lauren's services are fairly priced and the information and advice she gave me was honest and accurate. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. I was able to go into the hearing and hold my own. The outcome was in line with what she told me to expect, and I believe that had I not had prior coaching it would have gone terribly wrong as family law and procedures in court are complicated. I would definitely hire Lauren again.

I had been battling for my child support since 2005. Once I hired Ms. Fennick my child support payments started 6 months later. She had to fight with Child Support Enforcement and Social Security. She was so thorough she even found out that CSE made several mistakes with my Order. Not only did she fix the mistakes she updated my Order. It is my experience that there are very few attorneys that understand, or care to know, how to deal with the dynamics of a high conflict divorce with a psychologically impaired party. With one of those attorneys already hired, and exorbitant fees with little to show, I went to Marcy for a second opinion. She was professional, compassionate and well-educated on the judges, mediators and arbitrators that you might have assigned to you. She was quickly responsive to my calls and did not use assistants to screen for her. After going through an insurance settlement case and the stress of that, I then had the treat of going through a divorce soon afterwards. Oh, I also lost my car, businesses and house right around that time too. I was referred to Marcy by a friend who said she was known to be a "bulldog" in the courtroom. After meeting with her to assess if we were a good match or not, I had a very good feeling about her. My X husband and his attorney went to the extra lengths of deposing me for a divorce amongst other ridiculous steps to come to an agreement. Marcy was always more than prepared for every step of the way. The culminating moment of my divorce court date was entertaining as she made my husbands team look like the Three Stooges. She knows divorce law where my X's attorney had just changed over from ambulance chasing to suddenly "help women" in divorce as his website says. By the way, I would strongly advise not using Robert Biondino as instead of preparing for his client, instead, he yelled and screamed in the courtroom. It was like he thought he was in a wrestling match instead of a court of law.
Regardless, Marcy was professional, compassionate, fair in her pricing and yes, a "Bulldog" in the courtroom. Because of these attributes, this traumatic experience is behind me while my X is still paying up! I strongly recommend Marcy and her team!

Jennie was an extremely helpful attorney. Bruce B. was my SS Disability lawyer. He does not pussy foot around. You might not like what he says, but you can be assured it is the truth. He's quite blunt. He doesn't have a sparkling personality, and he's not going to tell you how wonderful you are. So if that's important to you, look elsewhere. But if you want someone who will tell you exactly how it is, and what you need to do, this is your guy. I appreciated knowing the facts.
I hired him after my disability claim was denied by Social Security even though I was disabled and told by my doctor that I could no longer work. Mental disability is very tricky, so I needed an expert. He knew exactly what to do. In fact, he was so good that the magistrate (judge) called him the day before my hearing to tell him he was awarding me my SSDI. I didn't even have to appear before the magistrate! How good is THAT?!
The paperwork and documentation Bruce had turned in was so complete that the magistrate had no questions about my eligibility.
He is successful. If you want to prevail, do exactly what he tells you to do. He knows what he's doing. MHCD and the local Social Security offices know who he is. He is effective, and that is what I wanted and needed.

I retained this firm after being served with a Motion for Retroactive child support. The Petitioner had filed the motion seeking an additional 16 years of child support for the years before she had originally filed a motion to initiate child support.
David took the time to ensure that he obtain all aspects of my case, and assured me that he would do everything that he could to assist me.
At the hearing, the Court agreed that I was subject to retroactive child support and ordered me and the Petitioner to attend mediation. Before I actually attended mediation with the Petitioner, the Court, on its own volition, revisited our motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support.
They originally filed a motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support because the Petitioner had waited more than two years to seek the retroactive child support after becoming aware that she could.
The Court agreed with our legal argument and event cited the law in her dismissal of the motion for retroactive child support.
Without Davids' assistance and due diligence, (not to mention, his dedication to obtaining a fair judgment and attention to detail) I would have been faced with a dire financial situation. I can say with certainty that I would not have had the same outcome without his representation.
