Extremely smart and quick on her feet. After my last lawyer disaster, she was breath of fresh air! I really have only great things to say about her. She handled my divorce efficiently and discovered assets my husband was hiding. Then she got the court to make him pay some of her fees. Yeah!! Worth every cent.
She has also helped me on and off since the divorce, both in dealing with my ex and with another small matter.

I have had to ask Len Nary about loans to pay off debt. He advised me of the loans to stay away from when needing a loan for my children's college. He also advised me against getting a high interest property loan to pay off taxes. There is a great deal of knowledge from an experienced lawyer that is also a family man and has CPA experience as well.

My children were visiting their mother when she decided not return our daughter. I called 911. The officer meet me at the location. When he looked at my out-of-state court paperwork he said it was worthless in Tx and my best bet was to get a lawyer. My wife and I knew we were in for a long court battle. We rushed home and called every lawyer in the yellow pages. Their fees were beyond our budget. We needed representation and we needed it fast.
My wife was at the deli when she first heard of Brian Tehan. The clerk asked how her day was and she told her our situation. Well it just so happened that the clerk was in the middle of a custody battle. She said she had the best family lawyer in Dallas and gave my wife the info. Hands down easy peasy experience working with this firm! I was referred to Trujillo Gonzalez by my best friend whom had unfortunately been in a similar situation with an auto accident. I used Mr. Gabriel Ogueri as my attorney on my Immigration case. I have since referred him many clients, he is an excellent attorney. I was actually referred to him after having hired an attorney from Cameroon and the secretary there referred me to him after I explained to her what a nightmare Ms. Ndoko (my former attorney) had made of my case. The secretary told me he was a very good attorney and that he would help me sort my situation out. Well she was not lying unlike my previous attorney he returned any and every call I ever made to him. He kept me informed of everything going on with my case. I am still his client and I will be forever grateful for the referral, I have found the attorney to suit all my legal needs. Mr. Ogueri handles Criminal, Immigration, Car Accident and Civil cases. The only word needed to describe his service and work is "EXCELLENT".

I hired Mr Davis to represent me in a probate case. I came to him with a mess of information regarding mishandling of an estate which I stood to inherit from. He worked very diligently with me to ensure we had all the information and supporting documentation to go forward with the deposition to prove our claim. This was a very sensitive family matter and Mr Davis handled everything with an exuberant amount clarity, compassion, poise, and dignity on my behalf. He was very intentional and through during the questioning in deposition which provided absolute clarity as to amount of mismanagement that had taken place. Mr Davis was excellent about communicating with me every step of the way about what to expect without giving false promises as to a possible outcome. Again I cannot praise his efforts enough for the way he handled this! He was an absolute shark when needed while being compassionate to the situation. I highly recommend Mr Davis for any legal needs especially estate planning matters and probate.

I have had a few occassions that I needed a lawyer to handle some divorce situations and Julie is is one of the, if not THE, best I have ever encountered! She advises, counsels, and stands up for her clients with everything she is made of--there is no plowing this woman down! The best thing is that I have sent numerous friends--men and women--and she has represented both sides fairly and vehemently, regardless of their "side" of the divorce. Be honest with her, bring ALL your documentation (even if you think it might be a silly thing, bring it) and share EVERYTHING with her--the more she knows the better she can advise you! Once I became her client there was nothing any other lawyer could try to send me that would make me nervous, she handled all the letters (communication), affidavits, documents, court dates (sometimes I had to go, sometimes not) and did not worry at all. One time I had an ex throw me the proverbial "curve ball" in court, but when Julie finished with them we were more than victorious!!! Nothing ruffles this ladies' feathers, you can't make her blink, and cannot surprise her, she has seen it all! I love her and will send people her way until she retires!!!

Marcus is a lucky guy. He gets to have his fathers 44 years experience and wisdom in best way to handle a case. Marcus is a class act who tells the truth and gets after any work in front of him. He drove all the way to montgomery county by Austin to negotiate and save me $20,000 from the original fine. I paid $2K and was on my way. He understands business and has more diversified approach than his father. If you are struggling financially and have a criminal case that could sit you down for a long while call on jr. He's only been practicing for one year but he has secretary's who have been in the business over 20+ years. So he isn't some young lawyer all by himself in some executive suite. No sir, he has a whole arsenal of weapons to use with the firms 44 years in business. Most of the time I would never do something with a rookie attorney. But here you get the best deal. Save money on the fees because he's new. But get the experience you would pay much for using his father Robert M. Cady senior. I believe you will have the full force of the firm to make sure that junior is a winner. That's how I felt when he settled my case. Dressed to the 9's in 3 piece suit. Robert senior shows up to court in hunting gear. Somehow he gets away with it and comes away a winner for his clients. So I don't care what they wear. Sweat pants and khaki safari shirts work for me as long as we win. Bottom line there are a lot of attorney's that really suck. Marcus sucks much less than the other guys. Give him a call. Don't use a court appointed attorney. This is your life.

I engaged John Dubiel at Bristol & Dubiel LLP to assist me in obtaining a judgement for an overdue debt of close to $1.0 million. John was responsive and did a great job of working with me on the debt. Incredible work. I went through a divorce thinking simplistic and easy (2020). It became complex. I hired a different attorney from an online found firm, ended firing her, greatest choice made, after I found and hired John Kappel. He made this ongoing case of three and a half years to come to an end with the best outcome, more than I believed to come true. Full sole custody (rights signed by “father”), and a satisfactory judgement, including child support arrearage, with interest.
