Being a parent is the greatest gift in life and no one ever wants to be in the position where the other parent of their child is in a place where they don't feel safe having their child with them and having them be able to make (or stand in the way of you making) important decisions for them. When that day came for me, and I knew I needed to file for sole custody and knew I needed an attorney to help, I came to Ryan. He guided me clearly on being articulate my concerns and helped me to set realistic expectations for what to expect from the process. He knew what I was unwilling to waiver on, and guided me through the process of making the best decisions for my child. He spoke with opposing counsel and was able to negotiate thru all the open terms. In the end, I now have sole custody and know I could not have gotten through the process without Ryan.

Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied. I had hired a contactor to do work on my home, and was quoted a fair price. This three day job was then stretched into a 10 day fiasco, with the contractor not showing up for days, and never completing the job.
Fortunately, we had only paid this unscrupulous thief a deposit, but we were completely stunned when we learned that a lien had been placed on our home for an amount 3 times the quoted price!
We asked around, and Mike LoFrumento was recommended as someone who could fix this nightmare.
Fix it he did, and the lien was quickly removed.
Mike is the kind of guy who uses his skills and talents to "right" the "wrongs" life will occasionally throw our way.

"I do not recommend this firm. They are unresponsive and only seem interested in contacting you when it’s about money. They failed to resolve my case and left me feeling like my pockets were emptied for nothing. Communication is terrible—they don’t answer calls, but will text when they want payment.
