After a simple consultation (where I waited over an hour to be graced with her time) I was left with a non sypathetic we will get back to you. In a town full of directness I am surprised to have encountered such flakiness. Not impressed- and disappointed in the extreme lack of follow up or at least human caring or empathy- for someone who brags about their background in psychology I believe they are missing a compassion and understanding in their interaction with others. Can only hope others are treated better than I was.

Danielle is a compassionate, caring and present family law attorney. She is responsive, timely and actually cares about the best interest of your child. Before I started working with her I referred a few clients to her based on a recommendation, and I’m happy that I hired her as well once I had respond to litigation for the first time in four years. James is a professional, who cares about his clients. Throughout my case, James was persistent and precise with each situation that came our way. However, he was always conscience of what was most important to me. I never had a question that was unanswered with detailed information. I learned of Mr. Kusnetz services after my divorces was finalized but I wish I had Mr. Kusnetz from day one. His firm has been tremendous in helping me with some of the things I didn’t original consider when my uncontested divorce was done by another firm. He has helped me with all of my post-divorce issues such as visitation with my son and my child support obligations. Phil Kusnetz is an attorney like no other. From the moment I calls his office, I knew this was the attorney for me. My case was dismissed years ago on the issue of grounds. I felt like there was no hope.

I hired Mr.Ford after consulting 10 lawyers prior.He listened to what I wanted out of my divorce and educated me on the process and my rights in this matter. I found that Mr.Ford also was their for support and was able to leave the worrying aside.He filed all the papers and documents on a very timely schedule,court dates and what to expect.Mr.Ford was very professional and his office kept me up to date every step of the way.My case was complicated and other issues were addressed concerning property and maintenance.Mr.Ford called or emailed me with information and he stayed on top of things,which is very important as the court system is backed up so time was very important to me. Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job representing me and my small business when we needed a civil litigation attorney. I would absolutely recommend Neil and his firm Horn Wright, LLP to my friends and family.

Hiring Joel Sunshine took away the worry and fear. From the moment I met with Joel and his team I knew I was in good hands with my Separation case. The intefgrity came through when he spoke and this was of the utmost importance to me. I did not want someone representing me who was going to spin lies. And this is what came through with my husbands lawyer-they lied and made up stories from the beginning. During deposition Joel was so smooth as extremely caring and courteous to my husband. I have known Heather for close to 20-years. Without hesitation Heather is one of the most honest people I have ever known. When it comes to the practice of law Heather is unequivocally at the top of my list of attorney’s to consult and hire.
I have hired Heather twice. The first time was in 2005 when I needed an experienced matrimonial attorney. The second time was in in 2015 when I needed a real estate lawyer that knew every nook and cranny of the home selling process. Both times I retained Heather at the moment that I knew I would need an expert to guide me through two of the more difficult aspects of life that one sometimes has to contend with legally. As it related to my real estate transaction, Heather was there for me from before the house was listed with a Real Estate Broker to the afternoon when I signed the last document of the sale. Throughout the process Heather made sure that I understood how the home selling process would take place (it was my first time selling a home) and what the legal aspects would entail.
I have also consulted Heather over the years on several legal questions including what constituted an emergency when I needed to have a Power-of-Attorney drawn up extremely quickly. Heather drove to where I was with the papers in hand to be sure that the legal issues I was facing could be dealt with as smoothly as possible and within the legal boundaries needed.

I met Mr. Lo Piccolo after a very difficult and unsavory experience with another attorney. I was having a difficult time, and was facing a charge that was quite frightening for me. Mr. Lo Piccolo was extraordinarily professional and thorough from the start. At no time did he pass judgements about my situation, just looked at all the facts and went from there. He was very clear with me about what my options were, the potential outcomes, and demonstrated a keen knowledge of and extensive experience with the law. His office ALWAYS contacted me with a reminder the day before a court appearance, and everything I needed to know was provided to me in writing. In the end, the result he helped to obtain was highly satisfactory in both his opinion and mine.

My boyfriend and I both used Rich years ago for criminal charges when he was working at a previous firm. We were truly blessed that we had Rich to work our cases. I hired Rich Toscani to handle my fiancé’s case, who happened to have charged in two separate counties. Divorce is obviously a quite stressful time, so it is VITAL that your lawyer does their job professionally, swiftly, and for lack of a better word expertly. My stress level was quite high during this time period, but Mr. Levine made the process easier to deal with. I was well informed all the way thru the process, and I never felt as though it would not be resolved to my satisfaction. While I had worked with a few attorneys, I did not get the results I now have in place until I met and hired Mr. Levine. I met him through chance and and consider myself extremly fortunate to have met him. It might not have been great circumstances given the situation with my ex-wife but it turned around very quickly once Mr. Levine was able to use his years of experience and savy negotiation skills. Mr. Levine returned calls promptly and even offered advice to me DURING THE SUPER BOWL. I know of very few attorneys who would have spoken to one of their clients during the Super Bowl. There was not a time in which I called him that I had to wait too long for a response.
The staff at Mr. Levine's firm was equally responsive and professional while dealing with my case. I am glad now when I have to deal with my ex-wife because I know I have Mr. Levine and his firm on my side if I needed them again. I must also say that knowing I haqve Mr. Levine's on my side has kept my ex-wife in check and not so ready to go to lawyers to try to deal with any issues we might disagree with about our children,. I used him in 2010. He helped me. He didn't judge me or make me feel like I was the worst person for getting in trouble. He even helped me a few years later when I tried to get a job and at the end of my training they tried to tell me I couldn't get the job because of what I went through.
