Wendy was excellent. I wouldn't have prevailed without her. There is still another issue on my journey in dealing with the discrimination against by my employer that I am attempting to resolve on my own. If I am unsuccessful in my attempt to resolve this on my own then I intend to re-hire Wendy for her further assistance. Her office is extremely busy, so patience with her schedule is necessary, but well worth the time.

Ms. Earle has demonstrated her excellent skills both inside and out of the courtroom. Her communication skills have been excellent. She answers every question, and remarkably, often states the exact code or statute applicable in support of her answer. She is absolutely focused on the tasks at hand. As a type A personality myself, I can assure you of the thorough, exacting, accurate, error-free, complete, and timely work products she provides. At the same time, while she is very personable, there is no "wasting" of time to "pad" the billing and charge more in fees. I have never felt any of the fees charged have been unreasonable or exaggerated in any way. Before hiring Ms. Earle, and with an awareness she has a litigation practice, we questioned Ms. Earle about her experience. We were amazed at the amount and variety of cases as well as the levels of courts she has had very successful experiences with. Wendy replaced an attorney who did incredible damage to our interests. I didn't realize the true extent of the damage until hiring a thoroughly competent attorney, Wendy Earle. Our unfortunate situation would have been entirely different had Ms. Earle handled the issues in the first place. Lesson well learned but at a severe cost both financially and emotionally as the other attorney was well paid for her incompetence. Was professional and thorough in advising me on legal matters. She helped me understand the law based on the context of my unique situation and offered multiple legal perspectives where I could then come to my own decision. She also provided empathy and understood that legal matters are messy and that sometimes clients just need to be listened to. She answered all my questions and returned phone calls in a timeline manner. I hired her smaller office because I like professionals that provide individualized attention to complex matters instead of outsourcing staff to do their work for them. While dating someone in Idaho, her ex husband hired Jake to help with enforcing a divorce decree. Jake was excellent and the woman I was dating was penalized for delaying her obligations.
Two years later I am in a situation that required a very strong attorney to help me. I spoke to an associate at the firm who said Jake is going to be your best bet. Jake knew I was under a very tight deadline and managed to save me from what would have been a devastating outcome. He got me in front of the judge in record time and was able to turn the entire situation around. The favorable outcome was everything I could have hoped for. Jake has represented me in custody case for over three years. I have five kids and a very high contentious case. Jake did an excellent job. I retained Dan in a very complex child custody case, after years of multiple other attorneys that didn't help much, or had made things worse at times.

I am so thankful for the day I walked into Kelso's office and met Camille. These two are amazing. They didn't fit a single stigma I had in my head of what a lawyer and their team would be like. Kelso is straight forward and honest, even if it's bad news. Our case was long and convoluted (the fault of the parties not Kelso) but Kelso and Camille were with us every step of the way. At the end of it all we got the arrangement that Kelso predicted we would and we are thankful for it. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs true skill in the court room. I hired Chuck and went from every other weekend visitations to sole legal and physical custody. It didn't happen over night, and it took diligence and perseverance from both of us and I couldn't have done it without his representation. I have had many lawyers in the past and it's truly hard to get a lawyer who has in-court experience, and my custody battle.was ferocious. My ex never would agree to mediation and this is when a top of the line lawyer is truly necessary.

Michael Johnson was able to take on an extremely complicated case on short notice and complete what was requested in a reasonable period of time. I had spent a bunch of money with another law firm who kept saying they were doing things but never actually doing what was asked. Michael picked up the case and was able to figure out what was going on and complete what was requested in the amount of time requested and did it for an extremely reasonable price! My wife and I hired Michael to facilitate the adoption of our grand-daughter. A few years prior, we had a different lawyer help us establish guardianship of her and we were not at all pleased with that lawyer so, needless to say, we were skeptical of lawyers prior to meeting with Michael. In our first meeting, Michael told us what to expect in this process from beginning to end and stated his fee up front and advised us to expect a few other court costs as well. Everything he said on day one is pretty much how the entire process unfolded. No unexpected charges or unexpected hoops to jump through. A lot had to be done to accomplish the adoption, but none of it was unexpected. Also, Michael was very patient with us, answered phone calls or returned them promptly and always answered emails promptly. For our needs and expectations, Michael was and will be a great asset. We plan on using him again early next year for some estate planning. Highly recommended.

This Attorney it’s not cheap. For the money I expected more help in getting stimulus and retirement money from my ex. After the divorce was final and my account closed, he wasn’t responsive to my emails or calls. I needed more help and when he finally responded, he wanted $1000 to 1500 more. Had to just hope and wait 6 months for funds to be turned over to me. Still waiting.
