I used Taylor Law and Mediation for a quick custody modification here in Boise, Idaho. I have to say, the service was affordable, very timely, and Taylor Law was super responsive. We did all of our mediation via Zoom and email and the whole process took less than a few weeks from beginning to end. I would 100% recommend this law practice for anyone looking for legal services.

My adult daughter was arrested. I panicked. I hired Mr. Carlos Rodriguez to represent her in answer to some serious charges. My daughter and i both found Mr. Rodriguez to be: - knowledgeable in law (and if did not know, had the resources and determination to find out) - dependable. Showed up for phone calls or visits as schedulled, or in rare cases reschedulled - refreshingly honest. He did not sugar coat any situation or potential consequence - available. If not immediately available, he or support staff would respond in timely matter - didn't totally discard us once court "all said and done". We were welcomed to call with any further questions or concerns. He assured my daughter he was still there for her, which seems "above and beyond" the standard. I would note that my daughter is one who takes responsibility for her errors. She and I treated "Mr. Carlos" with the respect and gratitude he rightly deserves. I had an unusual DUI case in CdA in 2020, and Sean Walsh represented me. He is an excellent listener, so understood the unusual nature of the case. I sat with him while we did a court "appearance" via telephone. Sean suggested going the route of a withheld judgement, and the prosecutor went along. Sean is excellent in working with the legal system, and I am certain has a good reputation within it. He explained options clearly. Everything went well in complying with the court demands, and I assumed it was all over by late 2021. However, Washington State DOL finally learned of it, and wanted to impose a suspension, ignition interlock and 3 years of expensive insurance in early April of 2024 - to go into effect May 4. I contacted Jessica of Sean's team, and she worked quickly to file an affidavit of compliance with the Idaho court, and then quickly passed on the filed action removing the guilty plea. Washington DOL gave me an administrative hearing via telephone on April 24, and agreed to wait a few days to allow Idaho Licensing to produce a "negate" order based on the court action. This all fell into place on May 3. I would have faced a number of "not fun" penalties on May 4 if Sean's team, the court, and Idaho licensing had not been helpful and quick acting. I highly recommend Sean Walsh.

I contacted Sean regarding a family member facing a misdemeanor charge in Moscow. He explained the possible outcomes from best to worst, assuring me that even the "worst" would not ruin any future opportunities. He offered to take the case but recommended I try some local attorneys who would not incur costs for travel. One of the options worked out great for us and I am very appreciative of Sean's time and advice!

I worked through an unexpected divorce. I am Army Active duty, and currently on overseas assignment. My now ExWife has decided she did not want to join and would rather divorce me. I was scared, and had no idea what to. I went on a hunt for lawyers. I sat down with several. Out of all of them, I liked Jake Hardee, of Hardee, Piñol and Kracke. His enthusiasm and optimism made me feel like I had a chance to get what I needed, and boy did we. Hands down, I fully believe we navigated and dealt our way to a wonderful deal. All thank to Jake and his team. They were available even whilst I was overseas. And when the times didn't line up, I was able to email them and knew they would follow up ASAP. They have a great team over there, and I would recommend to anyone dealing with the fallout of a divorce

If you are going through a divorce or have any family law issues, these are the attorneys to use. I used Dan & Jake Hardee, and they were absolutely amazing and on point with their knowledge and care for my daughter and me. They both were attentive to my needs and the fact that it was an ever-changing issue, they never backed off because of that, instead, they listened and helped! They were right there ready to help and defend me every step of the way. They also never did anything to prolong the case. I cannot say the same for the opposing counsel! These guys are superlative at what they do!

He did exactly what I needed for my case. The other party didn't get what he wanted, I still get to have my daughter. I would appreciate it if Mr. Tilley would contact me. I understand he's a busy man, but he gave my his personal cell number to give him updates on the case.

After being arrested and held in jail for a month, we hired mr. tilley to help out. He filed a suppress motion and we won. The case was dismissed. Mr. tilley did a very good job. We are very happy.

Mr. Tilley was hired by my family to represent my son in a complicated criminal/divorce case. My son was going through a very difficult divorce and was falsely accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife to gain an advantage in the custody/divorce case. Mr. Tilley took the criminal matter to jury trial and got an acquittal. Then he was able to get a fair equal split of custody of my grandson. Mr. Tilley helped my son have the courage to fight against the false accusations when my son felt like giving up. I cannot recommend Mr. Tilley enough for this type of case.

I really appreciated the high level overview of the entire ROBS funding process at the start of my interactions with Guidant. They offer clear information by recorded video and in pamphlets. Once I was in the weeds, they were also very responsive answering my questions.

I just wanted to help the people in very tough situation and in uncertain condition of their life. I know the pain and uncertainty in identifying a right attorney which is the most important step during this period. My case is an unique of it's kind and a complex one. I can’t express my painful situation when I initially contacted and met Shelley, honestly there are no words. I was in completely uncertain condition and pro se and nearing the due date to respond to the court for a petition from my ex. That was when I met Shelly. She was very kind, patient and discussed all the case background in detail. Immediately after that she started working and clearly defined the path to an amazing outcome of the case in detail. I can’t imagine where I am today and for sure it would not have happened without Shelley. She is very talented, patient, well organized and extremely dedicative. I could just forget about my case as it was in her hands. She was always used to be very proactive, responsive and taken care of all of my case beyond an attorney and helped me to bring me to the situation where I am today. She is very unique attorney for such a reasonable fee. For sure she deserves multiple times higher fee than what she actually charges for her work and that too with no compromise on the work that she does. I am sure her intention is to do the service to the community for a nominal fee and so she is helping the community like that, otherwise it’s impossible to get such a great attorney with that much of high quality work. One can just pick Shelley as one’s attorney when in need without doing any research. Lastly one most important point: Due to some personal constraints, she had to take break from her work, but my case was seriously in progress. The day when I heard about her withdrawal news, I was almost like collapsed with that news. But she transitioned very very smoothly and carefully, and made me feel like I am completely safe and after that only, she withdrew from the case. During this process, I could not think of her dedication and sincerity in making sure that she referred and transferred my case to the best attorney, transferred all my case documents, expressed her interest to provide all case details as and when needed to later attorney and made sure that the transfer happened very carefully and smoothly and after that only, she exited from my case. Just because of her and my later attorney, I am living my life peacefully today, otherwise I can’t even imagine my situation. I appreciate all your help, Shelley and I don’t have any words to convey my sincere thanks to you. You literally saved me completely. Anybody in need, please don’t waste time and money in searching multiple attorneys. Contact Shelly right away and if she is available and accepts your case, then I am sure you are the luckiest person and will be placed at the safe place finally.

I chose Mr. Hadzic to represent me in a custody case after several dangerous incidents with my daughter's father. The whole situation was a tricky one and there were many things that required a creative approcach, but none of it even seemed to phase him. No matter what issue arose in the case, he was prepared and ready with a solution. Not very happy with my divorce with Melanie who represented me. I asked her not to answer any questions from my ex who would call her wanting something explained regarding issues in the procedure. Any time he called her it racked up my fees. She had no business explaining anything to him as she represented me not him. He did not get an atty and I ended up paying for this. This was a tatic he was using on purpose to get back at me for filing for divorce. She continued to do so regardless of my request which added over $600 more to my atty fees. This was half way thru the divorce and I felt that she did not represent me as the one who hired her and did what she wanted regardless of my request. It still upsets me 3 years later. Be cautious of her integrity and make it clear who she represents and that it's not the other party.

I set up a consultation and had canceled all other scheduled consultations with all other attorneys, as they said they'd be able to see me in just a week's time, and my issue is time-sensitive. They canceled and rescheduled our initial consultation, which I understand due to a scheduling conflict - these things do happen. However, the next day, they canceled the consultation altogether as their caseload is too full, and they would not be able to see me at all... why would they have scheduled me in the first place? I was truly relying on them, and now I can't find anyone for even a consultation for months out. It is absolutely ridiculous to string a potential client along. These are people's and families' lives and livelihoods. I will not recommend them, and I advise being careful when setting up any appointments.

I set up a consultation and had canceled all other scheduled consultations with all other attorneys, as they said they'd be able to see me in just a week's time, and my issue is time-sensitive. They canceled and rescheduled our initial consultation, which I understand due to a scheduling conflict - these things do happen. However, the next day, they canceled the consultation altogether as their caseload is too full, and they would not be able to see me at all... why would they have scheduled me in the first place? I was truly relying on them, and now I can't find anyone for even a consultation for months out. It is absolutely ridiculous to string a potential client along. These are people's and families' lives and livelihoods. I will not recommend them, and I advise being careful when setting up any appointments.

We hired Mr. Waite to assist with a divorce situation. Sad to say working with him created tremendous additional stress due to poor advice and guidance, clarity on the process, lack of timely communication and his not being properly prepared to represent our information in hearings. Ultimately we parted company, but it cost us a lot of time and money for minimal benefit. I can safely say I personally would never hire Mr. Waite for any type legal needs in the future.

Angels office and Justin Walters are a JOKE, Walters doesn't understand HIPAA law or even ADA Law under the courts perview. We have drug addicts, and they are wasting the tax payers money, on an ADA dog violation. That should have NEVER happened as Angell is the City Atty, of Rigby, and should have instructed the Mayor and the Police Chief the definition of neighborhood nuience, Tasha and Brenda Lane, I an ADA can not take my ADA dog out in a back yard I perched, because there's agressive dogs that attack the fence, pushing the fence boards into my yard, and those dogs already jumped the fence and attacked another neighbors dogs.So, I took my dog out front and Tasha and Brenda Lane, along with Matthew Polk have been playing games since the day I moved in Angell himself has been named in a Tort, and reported to the BAR so this is just good ole boy retaliation. So, your tax dollars are going to prosecute an ADA person because Angell, didn't council the Mayor, City Council, or the Chief of Police and it's officers of ordinances to get the neighbors under control, of course they didn't, they want to prosecute a dog off a leash for pissing. That's how money grubbing these Zealots are. Wasting YOUR tax dollars to fill thier pockets over perry incident of neighbors that appear to be above the law themselves in Chief Fullmor's eyes I think it's called selective prosecutions, when the law is only applies to specific parties, Oh actually the police manuals already address this, how do I know? I read them ALL. I also went to the PD Academy about 30 years ago and have my 911 dispatcher certs. I have been studying law 23 years. This is nothing but good ole boy retaliation for naming Angell in a Tort, and reporting him to the BAR. Happy he's playing retaliation for a 156.00 fine? This will probably expose the underground of the criminal complex of back scratching of we will let our friends violate the laws but go after those that we want to make an example of. Tax Payers I'm here to tell you, Angells Firm has already billed the city more than 156.50 on your dime, to prosecute a dog needing a place to take a piss. As a tax payer you should be pissed that Angell, our little Mayor and self proclaimed "oversight" with ZERO experience in either law or policing knows what the heck Chief Fullmor's doing. Oh, but I sure know what's going on. Because I have combined 30 years of both knowledge of both law and PD knowledge. Unlike our Mayor or even Angell himself. Justin Walters is a rude little miscreant that does not understand HIPAA or ADA Laws. This law firm is preditory and seeks to abuse it's power within the community off the community's tax dollars. To bad the Police Chief and gang didn't focus on getting drugs off the street, instead they are worried about an ADA dog needing to piss. Oh side note Allen Fillmor and gang of cops don't seem to be able to find former City Atty Dunn with Fentanyl cuz they are to busy trying to nail ADA people and thier dogs needing to go to the bathroom. This is how our tax dollars are spent people. It's only going to get worse. As I investigate, I found out Angell is rolling in our tax dollars. I public record requested his city contract and just this contract brings in 6k PLUS 3500.00 per misdimeanor. I've found three illegal revenue streams involving citations and fees, he and Justin Walters know what they are doing to the people of Rigby, this goes all the way to the top and through our current government and I have the hard copy proof now. I'm going to the Public Corruption Unit of the FBI where I have turned in a dirty cop now doing 40 years in Club Fed. Angell is so glib he thought no one would catch on. PRR public records, Walters is in charge for fees and fines. I caught Walters and Judge picking who and how to punish people. Citations are supposed to go up per citation. They didn't fine to ordaninces. Chief of the PD involved. Corruption. FOIA Dave Swager, City Hall 4 insurance/ bonds. Police Misconduct/ Dishonest Employees 500k each egregious action.
