Wynn Mosman represented me in an out of state criminal defense trial earlier this year and I was blown away by his persistent attitude and ability to communicate at such short notice. Mr. Mosman did an excellent job communicating with prosecutors, court houses and myself to keep everyone updated on the case. Mr. Mosman was able to have my charges dismissed weeks before I was summoned to appear before the court and saved me a great deal of expenses and hassles of traveling out of state. I could not recommend Mr. Mosman enough, worth every single penny.

My adult daughter was arrested. I panicked. I hired Mr. Carlos Rodriguez to represent her in answer to some serious charges. My daughter and i both found Mr. Rodriguez to be:
- knowledgeable in law (and if did not know, had the resources and determination to find out)
- dependable. Showed up for phone calls or visits as schedulled, or in rare cases reschedulled
- refreshingly honest. He did not sugar coat any situation or potential consequence
- available. If not immediately available, he or support staff would respond in timely matter
- didn't totally discard us once court "all said and done". We were welcomed to call with any further questions or concerns. He assured my daughter he was still there for her, which seems "above and beyond" the standard.
I would note that my daughter is one who takes responsibility for her errors. She and I treated "Mr. Carlos" with the respect and gratitude he rightly deserves.

Guidant Financial Group Inc provided excellent customer service to us. We were not pressured into starting the processs. We were well informed from the beginning about the IRS requirements needed to successfully navigate the complex process to funding the growth of our business. Tanzy Ward was our ROBS Onboarding Specialist and she was outstanding in her customer service toward us. She responded quickly to our questions with grace and knowledge. If she didn't know an answer, she researched it and responded in a timely manner. She was readily available via a phone call or email as appropriate. Guidant offers in house packages, we'd recommend that if you're interested to research the options to determine if they work for your company. The Guidant team is knowledgeable and experienced at what they do. They made a very complex process manageable.

We hired Mr. Waite to assist with a divorce situation. Sad to say working with him created tremendous additional stress due to poor advice and guidance, clarity on the process, lack of timely communication and his not being properly prepared to represent our information in hearings. Ultimately we parted company, but it cost us a lot of time and money for minimal benefit. I can safely say I personally would never hire Mr. Waite for any type legal needs in the future.

Sandra Lockett has represented me 3 times.
First, called me on my attitude. I was still a bit upset concerning the issue at hand. Might still have a bit of that same attitude. Spoke my peace, reviewed Bodycam footage with Ms Lockett, case dismissed. Only took a few weeks (here in Idaho, that was quick). Lockett Law did not yet exist, Ms Lockett was working g for a larger firm at this time.
Next, spoke my peace, reviewed several bodycams, reviewed what the written Laws actually stated. This time, we were at pre-trial motions asking the laws to be reviewed in mind of the actions being alleged. Case dismissed. This time, Ms Lockett was acting under her own banner, LOCKETT LAW.
Third time at bat here. Local Law keeps throwing charges at me hoping something will stick someday, I guess. We're coming up hard at the end now. Tho I had initial doubts that Ms Lockett would be able to see thru the haze of the Slander and Slur of the allegations, she has given me fresh hope. I can see the Fire rising up in her one more time.
It matters not whether your counsel believes in you or even in your cause, it only matters that your counsel is able to rise to the challenge of providing a suitable Defense once accused.
The U.S. CONSTITUTION, 6th ammendment, I believe, provides for a RIGHT to counsel I. CRIMINAL matters. The U.S. Supreme Court has held this to be interpreted as "ADEQUATE, EFFECTIVE, assistance of Counsel". I can affirm that Ms Lockett has risen to this standard twice previously on my behalf, and I am now convinced she will do do a third time.
LOCKETT LAW, straight from the hip and highly recommended.

Angels office and Justin Walters are a JOKE, Walters doesn't understand HIPAA law or even ADA Law under the courts perview. We have drug addicts, and they are wasting the tax payers money, on an ADA dog violation. That should have NEVER happened as Angell is the City Atty, of Rigby, and should have instructed the Mayor and the Police Chief the definition of neighborhood nuience, Tasha and Brenda Lane, I an ADA can not take my ADA dog out in a back yard I perched, because there's agressive dogs that attack the fence, pushing the fence boards into my yard, and those dogs already jumped the fence and attacked another neighbors dogs.So, I took my dog out front and Tasha and Brenda Lane, along with Matthew Polk have been playing games since the day I moved in Angell himself has been named in a Tort, and reported to the BAR so this is just good ole boy retaliation. So, your tax dollars are going to prosecute an ADA person because Angell, didn't council the Mayor, City Council, or the Chief of Police and it's officers of ordinances to get the neighbors under control, of course they didn't, they want to prosecute a dog off a leash for pissing. That's how money grubbing these Zealots are. Wasting YOUR tax dollars to fill thier pockets over perry incident of neighbors that appear to be above the law themselves in Chief Fullmor's eyes I think it's called selective prosecutions, when the law is only applies to specific parties, Oh actually the police manuals already address this, how do I know? I read them ALL. I also went to the PD Academy about 30 years ago and have my 911 dispatcher certs. I have been studying law 23 years. This is nothing but good ole boy retaliation for naming Angell in a Tort, and reporting him to the BAR.
Happy he's playing retaliation for a 156.00 fine? This will probably expose the underground of the criminal complex of back scratching of we will let our friends violate the laws but go after those that we want to make an example of. Tax Payers I'm here to tell you, Angells Firm has already billed the city more than 156.50 on your dime, to prosecute a dog needing a place to take a piss.
As a tax payer you should be pissed that Angell, our little Mayor and self proclaimed "oversight" with ZERO experience in either law or policing knows what the heck Chief Fullmor's doing. Oh, but I sure know what's going on. Because I have combined 30 years of both knowledge of both law and PD knowledge. Unlike our Mayor or even Angell himself.
Justin Walters is a rude little miscreant that does not understand HIPAA or ADA Laws. This law firm is preditory and seeks to abuse it's power within the community off the community's tax dollars. To bad the Police Chief and gang didn't focus on getting drugs off the street, instead they are worried about an ADA dog needing to piss. Oh side note Allen Fillmor and gang of cops don't seem to be able to find former City Atty Dunn with Fentanyl cuz they are to busy trying to nail ADA people and thier dogs needing to go to the bathroom. This is how our tax dollars are spent people. It's only going to get worse.
As I investigate, I found out Angell is rolling in our tax dollars. I public record requested his city contract and just this contract brings in 6k PLUS 3500.00 per misdimeanor. I've found three illegal revenue streams involving citations and fees, he and Justin Walters know what they are doing to the people of Rigby, this goes all the way to the top and through our current government and I have the hard copy proof now. I'm going to the Public Corruption Unit of the FBI where I have turned in a dirty cop now doing 40 years in Club Fed. Angell is so glib he thought no one would catch on. PRR public records, Walters is in charge for fees and fines. I caught Walters and Judge picking who and how to punish people. Citations are supposed to go up per citation. They didn't fine to ordaninces. Chief of the PD involved. Corruption. FOIA Dave Swager, City Hall 4 insurance/ bonds. Police Misconduct/ Dishonest Employees 500k each egregious action.

Went there and they charged me $400 for an initial consultation…They stated that they advised me the cost in a e/m.
I searched my inbox, spam, deleted etc . And there was no record of the e/m.
I never would have agreed to $400 for an initial consultation.
I paid it that day. That was over two weeks ago.
They stated they were going to send me a list of requirements to move forward. They never did
I felt like they were milking me as they wanted to rewrite my entire trust.
Not very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and decided to move.
Update 10/23/24: I contacted Johnson May law and discussed the above issue. To my surprise they agreed it was an unfortunate misunderstanding and have offered a full refund of the consultation fee. I honestly did not expect that. I’m happy with the result and their kind understanding of the issue. They are good folks after all. Much appreciated!!!

Worst attorney. She will promise you the moon and the stars and then not deliver on any of it while spending all your money in the process. She claims to have your back and then will not listen to you, curse at you and share personal information about herself as an excuse for her short comings. Don't be surprised if she fails to deliver on her promises and then drops you as a client, she has apparently done this with numerous clients. Save your money, you are better off doing it on your own.

In our situation she did not comply with the request of her client and continued to stir the pot even though the two parents had come to an agreement. Being a good lawyer is more than just always going after the most you feel you can get, but it also means listening to your clients and working towards a mutual resolution. She seems to want to win at all costs - even when it is not her money being spent!!

Unethical and prone to overbill. I hired them to represent me in a construction defect case. He never did anything and then sent me a letter saying he cannot represent me since he never agreed to represent me. But in the same letter he said I never paid the retainer. Why would he ask for a retainer if he never agreed to repersent me? They also tried to bill me for speaking with an attorney when I called to talk to the receptioist about a previous bill. She just patched me through to the attorney. I never asked to speak to the attorney, yet they tried to bill me for the call. Many attorneys are bad and this guy fits right in that category.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I retained Danielle for a very difficult child custody case. The first document she sent me to get notarized had another client's name on it, which I had to point out. Then she corrected the name and resent me to the document to sign and get notarized again. This time I had to point out that she still left another state, and county on the document. I believe if I pay someone $3,000 to do a good job for me, they could at least make sure MY NAME is on that court document and my state and county are correct. She filed a couple of documents with the court after I had proofread them, and she charged me $1,500 for that. I then had to retain another lawyer and pay another hefty retainer fee in order to feel a little more comfortable that my attorney would be competent enough to provide the services I paid for.

Now that I've hired a new attorney to actually do the job she wont return my retainer & won't sign off to transfer council. I feel as if the people leaving bad reviews are the opposing parties or people that couldn’t afford her.
She is amazing. A family member had a lot of false accusations (very serious ones) and Kim was able to shut it down in court immediately. My family member that had a lot of cards stacked against them got everything they wanted out of the deal and that was because of this office and team.
She is expensive, but worth it when you are fighting for your livelihood and family. I would recommend her a thousand times over for anyone facing a tough court battle.

With the fear of jail and disruption of my family life , I had a public defender that didn't seem to care much about my outcome, after a quick Google search I found Nona , the initial sticker price for a competent lawyer was a shock , but in the end Nona was very informative and tough with the prosecuting attorneys. Everyone was held accountable. After a very stressful period Nona got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for , where the public defender said minimum jail time, Nona ended the case with no jail time. He has the experience and knows the in and outs of the law , and as a plus he has close professional relationships with everyone that will be involved with your case. I can't recommend Nona enough. If you have the option to pay for representation Nona is the choice.
Nona's paralegal Lisa Wilson was beyond helpful as well, constantly reminding me of my appointments and playing tag with phone calls. She was a line of communication when it was needed. And Always with a positive deminor .

We had to face a some nasty situation trying to access resources for one of adopted children. Randy was EXCELLENT and helped us through all of it.
