Mr Sager & Patsy have been such a great help to me and my family. They were able to help me get certificate for u visa that a prior attorney was not able to get and said he couldn’t do anything else for me. I knew during my initial consultation Mr. Walters was the right man for the job. Mr. Walters didn't sugar coat anything and told me how it was. Not saying any divorce/child custody battle is easy, but my ex wife did things seasoned lawyers couldn't believe. Todd did his due diligence and was always prepared. I don't remember a single instance when Todd wasn't accessible. When you're going through a highly volatile, sensitive and emotional situation that requires guidance, accessibility is everything. I was connected to Alex Moskovic through an Employer referral service at my work. I hired him regarding a no contact staking order against a former employee who harassed me and my family electronically and exerted multiple threats. This was an emotionally very draining time. In short, Alex helped me to obtain a 2 year plenary order by agreement, a rare achievement thanks to his great knowledge of the law. With the order in place I feel protected from the harasser and can continue living my life. As someone who never faced any legal situation, Alex guided me through the process and was available to talk when I needed him. He calmly answered all my questions and explained happenings in court, their implications and next steps in a way I could understand, which was important to me. Alex also multiple times provided his professional opinion on a parallel criminal case against the same individual that was ongoing. With his dedication, I wish Alex could have represented me in this case too. Overall, I’m very happy with Alex service and will recommend him to anyone seeking representation for an order of protection. I hope I will never need such legal services again, but if I do I will surely get back to Moskovic Law!

Alex was my attorney handling my post-divorce action for college expenses. It was a very difficult situation with an uncooperative co-parent and unorthodox opposing attorney. I was very happy with how Alex handled my ex and his attorney. He was always responsive to me and knowledgeable about the law, the judge and provided excellent advice to get the matter settled. He understood my case and what my goals were. He knew when to 'play hardball' and when to tell me to make concessions. I highly recommend Alex to anyone. He is a great attorney.

Alex Moskovic - Moskovic Law is by far the best, well prepared, meticulous, experienced lawyer I have ever had. To support my statement I will tell you why I feel this way... My legal needs started in Florida when I was going through a high conflict divorce. I had two lawyers in Florida before moving back to Illinois where I needed to basically go through the mediation and divorce process all over again in order to transfer my child support guidelines and parenting plan to the state of illinois where my Ex and children relocated to and I moved to to be closer to my kids. Going through this process again (Mediation, Parenting Plan changes, etc) was extremely stressful initially beacuse I feared it wouldn't go well, as that was my experience in Florida. I soon realized because of Alex's experience, care, and insightful and timely communication, this go round was going to be different for me. I felt hamstrung somewhat, due to my actions in the past and the previous outcomes of emergency motions, relocation hearing, awarded child sharing time previously, etc, that things would not work out in my favor again. That was not the case this time around. I had made changes in my life to better myself as a person, however in the legal field / court room the past will always resurface. Mr. Moskovic has exceptional skill in the divorce / Family Law field. Wether it be his attention to detail, timely response to client communications, ability to work through tense and sometimes high conflict situations with my EX and her counsel, Alex is top notch, well prepared, and did not let anything slip through the cracks. He literally helped me achieve what i thought may not be possible, additional time with my kids without the unnecessary drawn out legal fight. These processes are never a walk in the park. But I honestly feel with Alex Moskovic - Moskovic Law at my side supporting me, fighting for my rights as a parent, I gained back what I missed so much, time with my kids. I went to Kelly wanting to gain more time with my son. Thanks to Kelly and Lauren I was able to successfully gain 50/50 custody. The process was exhausting at times, due to the opposing counsel dragging their feet, but Kelly and Lauren were persistent and ensured that things on our end were done and they never backed down. I couldn’t be more grateful for the guidance by them, and the work they put into my situation. I’m grateful for how understanding Kelly was and how much she worked with me with my case. Great communication, great attention to details, and very professional. Everything that I needed was completed. Cyrus didn't make me feel like a number he was very caring and made me feel like I was his most important client. After the case he called and checked on me and that showed excellent support and understanding of my situation. Cyrus listened to all my concerns, asked great questions, gave specifics to my case and he was completely honest about my situation. He listened to my needs and came up with very effective strategies. Cyrus made sure my kids received a good payout for child support and offered to assist me if my ex-husband refuses to pay. Divorce is a very difficult time in ones life. Janice was referred to me and I'm so happy I contacted her. My divorce was difficult in that my ex. is very controlling (Narcissist) and wanted to play mind games. He stalled at every stage. Janice was always there to calm me down and tell me she'll "take care of it" she didn't take his nonsense and called his lawyer out, reminding them of the law. It was a long hard process, but it's finally over and I've never been happier. I would highly recommend Janice. She is personable and she knows what she's doing!

Wish he could run for President! Too many events coming and this 2019 was the beginning. Probate an almost done lock down courthouse 2020. He did what was promised and expected with calm leadership to get it done months later because of Corvid 19 Then one month later roofing extensive damages inside out. Contractor disappears with$6500.00 and more more more. I hired Blake! He does what he is hired to provide. Trustworthy. I got a traffic ticket for driving 26-34 mph over limit and was required to show up on court in Kankakee. I found Mr. Lawson on Avvo.com and immediately hired him after a brief consultation. I did what he advises me to do and the fine was reduced to a minimum. He took good care of me on the court day. He is trustable and definitely recommendable.

I recently finalized my divorce and hired Anthony Giudice very early on in the process and I was sure happy that I did. David Sternfield was a fair and honest Lawyer. He focused primarily on the goal and did his best to accommodate my needs. In the end I got the custody I wanted along with a very fair agreement on transportation. David was capable of handling most of the work while I was in Nevada. Any and all issues were addressed and he was willing to work me through any questions I had. Very easy going and if I needed anything he was a simple text away. I went from having no custody to having every school break and can now spend Christmas with my son that I’ve missed for 6 years.

I'd highly recommend Mike for anyone entering the divorce process. He's extremely knowledgeable of the law, always quick to respond, can be tough when he needs to be, but also serves to keep his cool in what can be some emotional circumstances. I was referred to Mike by a friend, also an attorney, who had known him for many years, and advised that he liked, trusted, and respected Mike. I can't begin to state enough positive things about Mike. My divorce was extremely contentious. My ex-wife lost her custodial parenting rights. She was not even awarded court supervised visits with my children. My ex went through three attorneys, while Mike continued to be a stabilizing influence, advocate and voice of reason through the most difficult time in my life. Mike immediately responded to calls, messages and even texts. He was very open, honest and did not present false, or unlikely outcomes. Quite honestly, Mike is very much a person who over delivers. We had a terrible Guardian ad litem assigned to my divorce. The GAL was absolutely determined to have the kids remain with their mother, even though she was the perpetrator of unspeakable child abuse. Mike managed this issue in a wonderful manner, assured the kids were well protected and that I was well represented. Mike's rates are fair. There is absolutely no over billing. I highly recommend Mike! Also, the staff at Chapski Law was always kind and very responsive. All very good people to work with!

I have hired attorneys in the past and was left with the feeling that my voice didn't matter. Being charged for the smallest things, even making a single copy and postage to mail a letter, seemed to be more of a priority. I had the exact opposite experience with Ms. Baluch. I honestly can't praise or recommend Susan Butler and her staff enough! From 2006 through 2013 we hired her to represent us in a guardianship case. In 2008, I hired her to represent me in a divorce from my ex-husband. In 2012, my husband and I hired her in his child custody case. In 2013, we hired her to represent us in our adoption case. Each time we were able to obtain the outcome we wanted for our children and ourselves. Susan is extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. She holds herself to the highest degree of professionalism, and it shows in how she carries herself in and outside of the courtroom. Her care and compassion for those she represents is beyond comparison. The care and time she puts into the cases she takes shows in her representation of her clients, and in the handling of her cases. Her compassionate and knowledgeable staff have also been amazing! Her paralegal, Denise, has heard me cry in times of struggle, but encouraged me that Susan would see us through and fight for what was right. Susan fights for what is in the children's best interest, and won't back down! We've always said she was our BEST advocate for our children, and for ourselves!!! To this day our children will occasionally ask about her, and we've taken a few trips to her office to see her. She has made a positive impact on our children and their lives, and they adore her. It is difficult to express my full appreciation of the work that Ms. Bennett and her team accomplished in what I would consider a difficult divorce. Although, by definition it was a collaborative divorce process, it seemed at times to press the boundaries. Ms. Bennett’s strengths that successfully brought my case to a close were her knowledge of the law, her scope of experience and skills, her compassion and professionalism, and most of all her tenacity. I got in touch with Attorney Ray based on his reviews and that little voice inside us all. I had a very ugly divorce that most other attorneys were afraid to take on, Attorney Ray went to work and got my ugly divorce done in short order, against a tough opposing attorney. Attorney Ray is the real deal. He is professional, to the point, very knowledgeable, and doesn't mince words, if you are looking for sugar coating he isn't your guy. But if you want an "A" game attorney, he's at another level compared to others I have worked with. His fees are more than fair, and Attorney Ray really cares. I interviewed several lawyers and all were great, however what set Shana apart from the rest is she understood my case and fears and showed she wanted to help me protect my children. She knew that my children were my priority and she never lost sight of that. Together we accomplished my goal at 110%. Her team she has behind her is responsive and very well orginized and never delayed a filing or delivery of documents to me and communicated the opposing sides responses to me immediatly. I filded just before covid lock down of 12/2019 so this took a bit longer than she had said it would--court being shut down, this was not something she could foresee, regardless we still worked on bulding our case and getting all documents shared--she used the time of shut down to orginize and stratigize my case. When I felt like it wasnt going well, she assured me of the process and that we were on target. Trust her and the process!! It might take a bit longer than you want--but when there are children and assets involved it takes a lawyer who is calm and expirenced--Thats Shana!!

Shana Vitek ad. her team represented me in finalizing my divorce. Due to Covid, the Cook County courts appearances were all conducted via Zoom. Shana was diligent, thorough, and persistent in getting through the frustrating process of working with the court system via Zoom Calls. The presiding judge was unreasonable, rude, and quick to set unnecessary continuances. Thankfully, Shana and her team remained focused and resilient and were able to finalize my divorce.
