I would highly NOT recommend Kyli Willis from this lawfirm. She will bring you in tell you you have a great case and that we should get a GAL and then when she recommends how well the GAL is and the GAL doesn't do a single thing, doesn't call witnesses, doesn't make but one house check, and ignores the real issues...not to mention Kyli told me confidential information about the other persons mental health which makes me worry how much was said between all parties without our consent. I know the other party did not consent the mental health she exposed. She is going to go back and forth with you and do anything she can to get her money for bare minimum work. Please do yourself a favor and work it out with the other parent. These people don't care about the children, just that $200 an hour paycheck. Severely disappointed in anything she did, don't do it for the sake of your children. Learn to get along without these people, your children deserve that. Not custody battles with these people... They will do anything to keep that money rolling.

Attorney Bradley Gregory agreed to take my case. He assured me I had a easy case and he could win in court. After, many months, he decided I didn’t have a case. I paid him over a thousand dollars. He agreed to refund some of my money. I have not received a penny of my refund. He is still calling just about every day stating the check is in the mail game. It’s been two weeks of his empty promises of returning my money. I would not do business with him if he was the only attorney in the world. I feel he is not trustworthy. I feel he plays mind games. Be aware, of who and what you are hiring, when he decides to take your case and money.

when I say Elisha was the bomb on our case. hands down I would hire her again if I had too. she put herself in our shoes and really understood the assignment. We used Cohen & Malad for the adoption of my daughter and couldn't be more pleased. The case itself was pretty straightforward but there were a few speedbumps along the way that they worked out for us flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with their representation.
Tara Cragen, our lawyer, was phenomenal with great communication. She walked us through the whole process very smoothly. Would highly recommend for family law. Her assistant Tonya Brock also went way above and beyond for us. Tonya was also fast to respond and give updates on everything.
Had a small issue after the case was closed that came up that they helped put to bed. Again great communication and effort on their part.
Seems like their entire firm has good communication and is extremely well run. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

Jeff Hammond was excellent to work with. We called him right after my injury and he guided us through the whole process with remarkable patience and professionalism. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before, so I had no idea how any of this works, but that didn't bother him at all. He answered all our questions, checked in on us, and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. He made this entire process extremely easy and convenient. When myself and my husband decided to retain a lawyer to pursue a stepparent adoption, we were clueless on the process and honestly very intimidated. We knew this could be an uphill battle, and we knew that there were a lot of steps.
From the consultation to the adoption hearing we had full communication and support.
Dana was wonderful as well as all of her staff.
Everything ran seamless, and they guided us through each step….From background checks to fingerprints to home-study waivers to notifying the biological parent and everything in between.
We were well informed and well prepared.
Nobody tried to waste our time to burn up our retainer with needless back-and-forth calls and emails and they kept communication quick and thorough. We actually had some retainer left, which was unexpected. (We put it towards an adoption party since WE WON)
We wrapped up our adoption on August 9 and we are officially a family and it is all thanks to our Attorney Dana Eberle and the team at CLLB. Will recommend her to anyone looking to do an adoption or anything in family law.

Terrible experience with CLLB family law, I was told I'd be able to file based off previous filing from my ex. Didn't happen, and filing took several months from the date of providing my retainer which in turn increased investments and my overall loss. Was notified about my mediation from my 15 year old not my lawyer the Saturday before my Tuesday appointment. Communication was terrible, I was never provided my VFDS or the ex's VFDS to see what was disclosed and was left out on a limb. Costs were 3.5 times what was discussed upfront. I feel like the mishandling of my case cost me in the neighborhood of 6 figures. Lack of accountability and followthrough was the general theme and excuses were abundant. I really advise staying away from Ralph Melbourne and CLLB law. It's really ashame and has cost me dearly.

Kassis is an Oscar worthy attorney. He made them unweave their web of lies with their own mouths. Literally had a Few Good Men moment… You can’t handle the TRUTH! Except the phrase for me was “YES, Crystal is to blame for everything wrong” hand slammed, sweaty, red faced with spittle flying! It was actually electrifying. He was attacking my haters and showing the lack of their intelligence and ability to even makes sense. I’ll only recommend John for family and criminal cases. He is worth 10 times what I paid. Courtney did an amazing job on my case and won me a high 5-figure judgement with the maximum wage garnishment against the other party. From the start she was enthusiastic and covering all angles to get the most out of my filing. Her knowledge of the law and systematic approach really paid off in court, where her presentation of the evidence and cross-examination was both efficient and impactful, weighing heavily in my favor. Not only is she an extremely competent attorney, but she provided great moral support simply in her demeanor and how she talked to me, as opposed to other attorneys who might make you feel like an inconvenience to their firm or give excuses instead of results. She is truly an advocate. My opponent became quite huffy in court after losing big, and Courtney showed concern for my wellbeing, advising me even after court was adjourned to stay for a minute and let the other party steam out of the courtroom.

Extremely unprofessional. I requested a consult with him and he emailed me. My issue was that I was sold a car last month (2018 Honda) with an unresolved lien (from the previous owners tax warrant) and incorrect odometer reading without an odometer discrepancy disclosure. The car dealership I had already contacted several times and gave them documentation proving my issue. He told me I needed to do what I had already done to get the dealership to work with me or just write them bad reviews online. He also told me to call the IRS and try to get the information on the balance of the previous owners tax warrant (which is impossible that information is private). The dealership has refused to work with me at all. I was trying to explain the situation to him and he told me I was being impatient with him and I should be grateful because he was giving me free legal advice. He also told me I can write bad online reviews for the dealership. Bad reviews for them breaking state and federal laws when selling me a car.ok. He also accused me of having buyers remorse. Overall completely dismissive and rude. I don’t like feeling talked down to by someone I am looking to hire. I feel like this was possibly a sexist response by him as well since he talked down to me so much and I am a young female.

His PO was fired for falsely violating people, but the state still pursued my fiancé for probation violation that never happened! He was fighting 2 felony charges and facing years in prison. While eventually they got the job done, it was with minimal effort, minimal communication, required multiple reminders from me of things that had already been discussed and then charged to read my messages reminding them to do what they said they'd do.
In addition, there were unnecessary delays in an already unstable personal situation. Copying documents from other cases, tweaking the information while I'm in the office then sending to me to "proofread" where the copied information was incorrect and then charging me for "review of messages" when I was sending the document back pointing out his grammar and other mistakes. Also charging 3 hours to complete paperwork that was 90% (his estimate) completed while I was there for an in person 1 hour meeting.
I requested papers require signature on receipt from other party and had I not reached out to ask about the delay, it was gusto office staff intention to just mail it. And when I reminded her I wanted it delivered by an actual person, I was again charged for review of my messages to them.
Initial packet requested many many documents that required a few hours to collect and upload just for me to get to my first in person meeting and be told the documents weren't necessary right away. Then to be charged for review of said documents that ended up being irrelevant. But when I referenced information from the documents, my attorney required multiple reminders and didn't really know what was going on with my pretty straight forward case.
Finally, he made a generalized misogynistic comment about his "theory" of women in the nursing profession having unrealistic expectations of men.
Overall, you get nickel and dimed for minimal effort/communication on their part. I would not recommend, gave 2 stars only because ultimately my legal matter was resolved.
