Having Burton Padove as my lawyer for my divorce was a smart decision. Initially, when I spoke with him on the phone, I could tell he was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns! What a gem he proved to be!
I was confident in him getting the results I deserved. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things to me which made me more confident through out the process. I was happy to find that he is also very responsive in returning my calls and our overall communication. I feel thankful to have met him.
I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr. Padove if you need a fabulous lawyer!

We needed an attorney that could protect our mother’s financial and medical legal issues and Burt was the right person for the job. He was respectful and so helpful and fast everything came together. We got her power of attorney and health care representative in less than a day. Burt, “B”, or Mr. Padove as he is known in practice, is highly knowledgeable and effective legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act, nor will he waste yours.
Throughout the process of a very convoluted divorce (which included my son), Burton has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do not go to court for long shots (which often I created as emotions run high during divorces). This is the reason why you hire an attorney. I would have made bad choices on emotion without him and his expertise.
He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect thousands of dollars in legal fees, but chose not to (while giving me the option so should I choose to). Burton does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and gives options that are realistic, and then acts with fast, surgical precision.
He has advised me counsel in the best manner, even had to create novel motions due to the unique and complexity of my case, and did so effective and efficient, like it was the back of his hand.
Like the other title review states, he truly has a heart, and he truly does care! If I did not work in Customer service, I would be surprised that he does not have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but given that I do; satisfied customers often don’t take time to write reviews, they go on with there happy life.
The course was not easy, but Burt has given me back my life, stability, and a sense of well being. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I hope this review will allow YOU to consider him as your GO TO attorney. He certainly is mine.

Andrew was a complete pleasure to work with, and took on my case quickly and professionally. He communicated all steps of the process to me in a timely fashion and made sure to check in with me along the way as needed. I never questioned that I was not in good hands and things were worked out easily.
I felt comfortable asking any questions I had along the way, and was never made to feel dumb for not knowing certain things. Both Andrew and his paralegal were extremely helpful and professional throughout, and I would absolutely use Jones Law Office again for any legal needs.

I truly appreciate the work that Carman did for me. I was skeptical at first because of some off putting reviews but I’m glad I followed my heart.
Carman is VERY responsive, professional, respectful and does a thorough job explaining the law.
Yes, her personality is direct and she isn’t “warm and fuzzy” and that is ok, it’s who she is. I believe her no-nonsense approach is what makes her amazing at her craft. Previous attorneys that I hired could never answer my questions and seemed to become intimidated by my ex (who naturally has a very strong, authoritative and sometimes aggressive presence), one even told me she didn’t want to call him any more. There was never a doubt in my mind that Carman could match whatever energy he gave her. She listened to me, advised, executed and got the job done.
I would hire her over and over if I needed to while resting assured business would be handled. That’s all that matters.

My case was out of Hamilton County and anyone that knows anything about that county knows its very hard to win a case in that district. Carman took her time and studied my case and studied the case laws and did absolutely whatever was necessary to get the results we wanted and needed. My case took over 2 years but we won and all charges were dropped. You can't rush perfection and Carman took her time to make sure the ball was in our court in every aspect of my case. She will always be my number 1 recommendation if you have any type of legal issue or custodial issue. Thanks again Carman and God Bless!!!

Hired Denise for a modification. Her assistant Monica was very friendly at first. They strung us along for months, pushing back court dates for their own personal reasons. Monica went from friendly to extremely unprofessional when we questioned some things that didn't seem right. They eventually quit my case just before we were finally supposed to go to court date and kept all the money that was paid to them. In the 7-8 months that they were (supposed to be) working for us we never once got to speak to Denise nor did she ever go before the judge. So they got a free payday from us that we couldn't afford to begin with. There was a lot more shady things that happened in that time but I don't think I have the space on here to detail it all. Save yourself the time and money and avoid Denise and Monica at all costs!

Got the pleasure to work with this firm specifically Monica Conley who did a phenomenal job for me. I had prior representation which I didn’t feel like was putting their best foot forward on my behalf so I hired Monica and right away she went to work and got me results and showed me the effort that she was putting in. The worst experience with a lawyer. We paid what they asked, and it took 8 months before she started working on our case. No one answers when I call and no one returns a call when I would leave voicemails. Over a year later she said she was not going to following through on the case. Quick to take our money and slow to do any work, and in my case ZERO work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I knew I found the right attorney for my contentious divorce and custody case after my initial consultation with Mr. Sutton. I had another attorney at the time and while I was not displeased with their counsel, changing my representation was the best decision for me and my family. I have worked with many attorneys professionally and Jamie is a unique breed. He won’t just take a case because he knows he can make money, he has a conscience and truly believes in justice. He’s very intelligent, attentive, strategic, organized and will do his best to represent and support his clients to the best of his ability. In the interest of full disclosure, I want to say upfront that I do have a personal relationship with Mr. Sutton. We have been friends since we were undergraduates together at our alma mater.
I hired Mr. Sutton to help me with an ancestry and Irish citizenship matter. I was a little nervous, anticipating many bureaucratic hurdles and endless piles of paperwork. Lucky for me, the paperwork seemed to be mostly taken care of on Mr. Sutton‘s end. I have barely had to do anything other than ask questions and occasionally review and sign documents. Mr. Sutton, on the other hand, has kept me apprised of the ongoing actions within the process, gave me realistic expectations for what the process would be like, and continues to help me understand tangential legal issues. He excels at explaining a legal situation and possible solutions or outcomes (though he is really not a big fan of ‘what if’ questions. I guess most lawyers aren’t). He is also particularly gifted at strategic thinking and maintaining his calm collected rationale. Which is particularly great if you’re like me and have an aggressive form of anxiety that is constantly worrying. He is clearly intelligent, which you notice pretty much right away, and it is a huge relief to have someone this smart in my corner helping me navigate through what can be a truly Byzantine process. Do yourself a favor. Hire him.

I can’t begin to put into words how amazing Attorney Plantz is. I had gone through 3 attorneys over 6 years until I came into contact with Robert Plantz. I think he did great in my husbands case. My husband kept getting lousy attorneys and on his last minute got clouse. If my husband wouldve chosen to fight the issue i have no doubt that clouse would have dug in more for him. Being on the last hearing that he received clouse, my husband decided to play it safe and take what he could in fear of a max sentence since we have a lot of littles at home. Clouse managed to get him a pretty good deal in the time frame only keeping him away from our family for a very small fraction of the time he was previously looking at. I would use him for defense and my hubby would call him again too if ever needed.

Not going to bite my tongue on this one. Was calling for a whole different reason. Caught a case and he went above and beyond to help me over the phone. When I say ever other lawyer I called wouldn’t even talk much with me unless money was involved I got disappointed. Sister found his number and called he told her to have me call, not only did he answer the phone he talked with me found out all the info informed me of what he believed he can make happen and didn’t settle till I was comfortable with the choice didn’t just tell me anything or have me accept just anything he’s definitely my go to guy from now on no hesitation.
