Best Attorney you'll EVER FIND,FOR A MALPRACTICE CASE!! He couldn't have worked any harder for me than he did! I ended up with him, on a whim of a recommendation from a different attorney after I'd been passed down to some new Atty that just wanted to get it settled,done and over, wanting me to settle for $11k total with him getting 40% of that & so on! Terri is a wonderful person and powerful lawyer. I have had Terri has my custody lawyer since 2019/2020. She has always told me what I needed to hear in a respectful way. Any email or call I have made, I received answers back within 24-48 hours if not immediately. This hasn’t changed over the years of business I’ve had with her, even when I know I can be a bit annoying. Even when the courts didn’t give me answers I hoped for, Terri made sure nothing happened negatively, only maintain and gain. She fought as aggressive and amazing as some of big names that most people hear in the area. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a lawyer.

I hired Holt Legal group back in the 80's twice to get me out of a jam I got into myself. He was a tremendous help with my legal situation. I had the privilege in having Mr. Holt represent me in front of Superior Court 6 for a repeat OWI offence. Mr. Holt is calm under pressure and is well versed in how Superior Court 6 handles OWI cases and the penalties involved. Mr. Holt saved my job by helping secure sentences that avoided jail by getting me sentences that allowed me to work. Superior Court 6 is fare with the sentencing if you are serious about getting your life in order. You are going to pay a price for the OWI, but it does not have to be the end of the world. I was very stressed when I got a reckless driving ticket. I met with few attorneys before him, but the day I met with Mr. Brinkman, I felt the case is solved and yes after a few weeks, it is. Mr Frank mentality is similar to the prosecutor/ judge mentality. He knows what to say and what not to say in contrary to the other attorneys I met regarding the same issue, he is different.

I hired Nick for a custody case when the mother of my child moved out of state and tried to register a foreign order. I needed someone really good so I called a very renowned and retired lawyer in the area (since I’m out of state) and asked who the best lawyer for family / custody issues. He said Nick, no question. He’s experienced, hungry, and honest. I have now had Nick representing me off and on for the past 5 years and because my situation happens to involve parental alienation and complicated matters, we continue to litigate and there’s no one I’d rather have on my side. In this course of time my child’s mother has hired 4 different attorneys as none of them have faired well against Nick (it also doesn’t help she has always been on the wrong side of the law). If you hire Nick he will listen, thoroughly research the facts and precedent, and give you your best chance at relief in your case. There is nothing like the piece of mind having great and honest representation. I’ve seen so many lawyers argue a case that they weren’t prepared on, had wrongs facts, can’t remember the characters names, and just fail to make their case and aren’t taken seriously. Nick was really good in fighting for me and the R.O. made on me by my bfs EX. My bf is going through a nasty divorce and of course she's doing the typical "reaching" as I like to call it. Being that all of allegations made on me were so far fetched and outlandish, I had PROOF against all the allegations made, which we did NOT even have to present any of this proof. Basically saying she had no legit reason for request, and Nick was able to show there was no basis for any of her claims, which were 100% falsified. He knows his stuff, he goes in ready to fight for you, and wins. He will remind you to stay calm and keep your poker face straight, which I really respected and loved his tactic. Hopefully I will not have to use any attorney ever, but if I was in need he will be my go to. I highly recommend him.

Ex wife lied about past support. ..Nicole went to work with the facts. Nicole got my ex wife to admit legally on the record I did not owe 50 thousand dollars. $50000! Nicole stopped all illegitimate collection attempts. Nicole has always returned my emails or phone calls promptly.
