Jeff had to do a lot of damage control because we had hired another attorney first. That was a big mistake and Jeff had so much clean up to do. He did a fantastic job in representing my daughter in a custody/divorce case. I only wish we would have hired him first. He is extremely knowledgeable about family law and is excellent in presenting your case in court! He took her case after it became a real mess and did a wonderful job in turning things around. Jeff, while somewhat brash at times, is an awesome attorney. His brashness is intentional and gets the client prepared for court. He will not blow smoke, give promises of outcomes, but instead give it to you strait. If you want an honest attorney who will tell you your situation as it actually stands he is the one for you. I really can't say enough positive stuff about Jeff Leeper. My daughter lost custody of my 5-year-old grandaughter due to a criminal conviction and was placed in foster care in a county different than the one in which we all lived, but she had lived with my mate and I nearly her entire life. Mr. Leeper started the process of helping me regain custody the same day I contacted him. Of course, one day of our girl being in the hands of someone other than my mate and I was too long, but Mr. Leeper pushed our case through the court with all possible haste. He kept me informed of EVERY development immediately, never failed to respond to my calls or e-mails in timely fashion, and we got our girl back, guardianship and physical custody. In the beginning the Dept. of Child Services (DCS) was just trampling on our rights as well as State law, but Jeff tactfully yet firmly forced DCS to do their job in the manner that they were supposed to. I am disabled, therefore live on very little income. Jeff Leeper did everything possible to keep the cost of his efforts within reason, allowing us to obtain first-rate representation at an affordable price. I know Mr. Leeper truly cared about us as well as the treatment of children and families by DCS overall. I can't imagine better representation at any price, and we are truly thankful for Jeff's help.

My husband and I went to 4 attorney's outside of Grant Co. and no one seemed to understand what we were going through.. I desperately posted on a FB group about needing an attorney experienced in the type of child custody issue such as ours and it so happened his staff commented with information, I called and set an appt., 1st thing Todd doesn't bullshit he tells you if he can take your case or not, he tells you what you need to move forward without rushing you out the door... my husband and I were trying to obtain custody of his then 5 year old son due to allegations brought to us of abuse and neglect, Todd and his staff explained to us we needed the solid evidence not just he said she said... it took me almost 1 year to obtain everything needed and during that time we had to of visited the office 4-5 times for consults Todd never charged us for. He always gave us advice and we moved forward with that until we were able to gather everything we needed, once the case was on its way to the courts Todd Glickfield and his office worked with us on payments for his service never forcing an astronomical amount on us! Every step of the way he was with us in a professional and supportive manner. February of 2017 thanks to the guidance and advice from Todd Glickfield as well as support from his staff my husband was able to drive to go pick up his son whom he hadn't seen since 2014, March of 2017 thanks to hard work of attorney Todd Glickfield we were granted full custody with no restrictions... sometimes I think people are more offended that they are spoken to in a matter of fact instead of being bowed down too, I am very grateful for the no bs, no sale, not being treated like just another buck from Todd's office! if it wasn't for his amazing work and advice we wouldn't have our son, I recommend his expertise 110% but just keep in mind... don't go in there expecting a butt kissing because you think you have a case haha lol sit and listen! its worth it in the end!

What John Barrett did for me is barely something I can describe in a small review box to be frank. I went to him in somewhat of a frantic and panic state and needed help and thats exactly what he did. We filed for modification of custody for my daughter in a case that legally seemed impossible but for my daughter and I was the most important thing in the world and Mr. Barrett realized and never gave up on us. He helped me every step of the way and took my seemingly endless phone calls and questions and at the end of the road, we won. My beautiful daughter is now happy and well on her way to healing thanks to whom I just do not consider an attorney, but as well a friend.

I have used Elisha two times. Once for divorce and once for child support modification. She got me what people said I wouldn't get in the divorce. I got the house, she protected my 401K and more.
In the modification the ex tried to bump support higher and take away some time with my kids. Elisha got support lowered and kept the same visitation time I had. Do not hesitate to hire her! She is/was extremely attentive to my questions, cares about her clients and will fight for you. Do not hesitate to hire her!

I hired Mr. Winkler to restrict access to a criminal case that kept hurting my chances of obtaining employment. One mistake made at the age of eighteen kept popping up on a criminal history search and preventing me from begin able to obtain employment and support my family, despite the fact that I had a college degree and had not committed an offense since that time (15 years). Crystal represented me in a very contentious divorce. Many lawyers tell you what you want to hear and then charge you to file things with the court which are worthless and will not really help your case. Crystal never does that. This is not the first time, nor will it be the last that I use Mr. Blandford for my attorney.
He is very direct but thoughtful, accurate and informative; tells you what is going on in a language you can understand without being condescending. Most of all, he will always let you know what is the best and the worst you can expect (but will always go after the best!)
He has such a calm and controlled demeanor in the courtroom, but he is attentive in making sure you understand what is being said...
I have hired other attorneys in the past, once I found Greg Blandford, I have retained him whenever I have needed one again. Every time that I have the need again, I feel more at ease knowing that I have him on my side.

I am currrently dealing with my very first CHINS case through DCS and ms Pamela was appointed to me by the grace of God. She held my hand and guided me to treatment and now she’s fighting for DCS to pay for all of my medicine that my own Medicaid won’t cover. I hired Benjamin K. Read to represent me in a court case, and I am beyond happy with the results and outcome of the whole case. His assistant called me to inform me of court dates, times, and costs and was very knowledgeable about any and everything I had questions about. His prices were not too bad compared to the other lawyers I had spoken with, which was a big deal to me because I didn't have tons of money to pay all at once. He allowed me to make payments to him, which most lawyers flat out just simply tell people they can not do this. He was very respectful throughout the entire process, and never judged me about my case whatsoever, and this meant a lot to me. Not once did I have to actually speak to a judge, he did all the work for me (which made me a lot less anxious and worried to come to court because talking to a judge can be scary, I don't care who you are)! To have someone that cares about his clients and represent them professionally and accordingly is the best thing someone going to court could ask for, and I am so pleased with the services he provided, which consisted of being able to get my felony charge dropped to a misdemeanor charge in such little amount of time! This was so huge of a deal to me, considering my record can and will have a big affect in jobs, my lifetime record, attending my children's school functions, and much more! Mr. Read's name and number is now saved in my phone for the future, whether it be myself needing his amazing skills in the court room again, or just to pass on for the next person in need of legal representation. I wouldn't want anyone else to be beside me in court, that's a fact. From beginning to end, he showed the upmost respect, compassion, and most importantly, his talent--and my freedom and record is proof!
