Jaimie is an outstanding lawyer. Through the course of my case she gave me honest and sometimes unwelcome, but very necessary counsel. She helped me to navigate through an extremely complicated situation and then helped us reach a settlement in mediation. During the process I also worked with Jen, and had frequent communication with Ariel in the office. I would like to give a review of Kelly Law Firm. We had a death in our family who had no will. I had to act fast being one of the next of kin to have the funeral and get there affairs in order. I called several different law firms and got ahold of Kelly Law Firm. After speaking with them we decided to give them a chance. They acted fast and in turn our loved one did not have to wait long to have a celebration of life. I worked with the paralegal named Lynn a lot. She was there for me anytime I needed help or had questions. Lynn walked me thru so many things it was unbelievable. The even helped with matters that happened before the death of our loved one dealing with insurance and a not so great roof repair company! If we had questions they had answers. They worked around our schedules and top it off we live in Arkansas. They were happy to set a time to meet in person while we was up there to sell the property. They arranged everything to be done thru emails and mail. The represented us in court as we live out of state and made the whole probate situation as painless as possible. There rates are incredibly reasonable as to others in that area. If I needed a lawyer in the Indiana or Illinois area I would check with these guys first cause my husband has dealt with attorneys for years in law enforcement and he even agrees that these guys are the only way to go. So if you are in need of legal assistance please give Kelly Law Firm a chance I dont think you will be disappointed cause we wasn't!!!!

In 2021 I was in a very bad and severe motorcycle accident. I was worried if I had a case as well as where to start. I worked with Michael Massuci and his assistant Yazi on my case. They took my case very seriously and acted fast, as the statute of limitations was very close to being up. Michael made this process as painless as possible and Yazi would update me regularly on where we were with things. Michael was extremely honest on what a positive outcome could look like for my specific case and also made that outcome a reality. He fought incredibly hard for me and didn't let up. David is an amazing lawyer! We hired David in May, told him we wanted my husband to adopt my daughter, and we needed a passport by December. By November we had our passport and the adoption was final! We had to jump through many hoops and he still made sure we got what we needed on time. DuPont Hospital sued me regarding the bill of delivering of my son. I had proof that it was settled and yet they pushed forward with a trial to prove I was guilty of nonpayment. I asked David to represent me against this enormous company. He quickly reviewed my file and assured me we had a case. During and before the trial he worked hard to ease my fears and nerves. Matthew did a fantastic job helping me get my dog back after my ex-husband stole her from me. He helped me through all the steps we needed to take. Then he helped me decipher what evidence we needed when it was decided we would be going to court. He walked me through each step of the process. This was my first experience with having to go to court, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the help I received or the verdict. Matthew also communicated very well and frequently with me. I had a traffic ticket that I forgot to pay and I was pulled over at 11pm and taken to jail bc of a failure to appear and driving on a suspended license. Mr. Johns got me out of jail by 2am. No one believed I would get out but Mr. Johns came through and I now have my license, the case was dismissed, and I was able to walk away without draining my bank account. He is personable, friendly, and a local attorney who is willing to do what it takes to inform and educate you on what you need to do to resolve your legal issue.

This law firm is a joke,they have no problem taking your money and refusing to keep you informed on your case. I filed for divorce in August of this year,paid them $2000 ,then after a month and a half reconciled with my wife,motion to dismiss was filed and still after almost two months I am still waiting on the return of remaining balance of retainer. I have hired several attorneys in the past and have never been treated like a number by any of them up until now. I would never recommend this firm and am seriously considering a small claim suit against them.

We have hired Mr. Rethlake 3 times now. He has taken care of an eviction, where I am the POA. This makes things more difficult when dealing with court matters. Mr. Rethlake was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. He is also helped with my mother in law's estate and with the contract sale of my grandfather's home. We find him very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible for every question or worry. He takes time to explain every option in the process and make sure that you understand. I'm a single mom of 3 almost-adult children. While attempting to set my own affairs in order and make sure my children were well provided for in an unplanned scenario, I went to Sarah for advice and she took care of everything I had and had not thought of. In 2015 my disability benefits from an independent insurance company were wrongly terminated. Miss Everett prepared my very difficult and lengthy appeal. She won the case for me. I was referred to Sarah by a funeral home to help with issues concerning a cremation for a family member. I was so impressed by how quickly she attended to my needs. It was simply unbelievable. Romy was hired to help represent me through a heavy custody battle. As a father, in the state of Indiana, I had already fought the uphill battle and lost with a previous attorney. However, when I met with Romy and team, it was clear we had a path to success albeit several obstabcles in the way. Romy was able to guide me and my family through the process with thought, care and determination. I literally thought there was no hope, but instead, Romy was able to dictate the pace of everything, manage accordingly and quite literally destroy the competition. The balance of which was a decision from the bench, which I might add, is rather unheard of in custody cases. In that same vein, Romy was able to secure my daughters safety through full legal and primarr physical custody awarded to me, Dad.
If it were for Romy, my daughters safety would be in question on a daily basis, but instead, we can rest easy. This is all thanks to Romy.

I met Mr. Elswerky when I hired him to expunge an arrest record for my son. I was very angry that police arrested my son for no arrestable reason. He was visiting a fraternity brother when police knocked on the door. His frat brother refused to answer on the grounds that police didn't have a warrant, which is his right. One police officer stayed at the front door while the other went and got a warrant. Frat brother opened the door and everyone inside was arrested. There were several young men in the apartment. Prosecutor didn't prosecute b/c there was nothing to prosecute, but my son ended up with an arrest record. I suppose the warrant could have been appealed, but when prosecutor didn't move forward we thought it best just to seek expungement. Needless to say I am still angry at the police conduct and can only hope for karma for them and their families. Anyway, back to Mr. Elswerky, who filed the proper paperwork, set up a hearing for expungement. My son and I met him at the courthouse to attend the hearing. We waited approximately 2 hours for the judge and prosecutor to start, as the prosecutor was busy with another case in another courtroom. In those 2 hours we go to know more of Mr. Elswerky. He explained what was going to happen in the courtroom and my son's future concerning the expungement. When all this happened my son was a sophomore on college. He is going to graduate next month and then off to med school. I hope this review helps those in need of a criminal lawyer. I also hope we will never need Mr. Elswerky, but just in case, I would definitely hire again.

We have a blended family. We consulted with Attorney Lea Shelemey about parenting time issues. Her response was thoughtful, and considerate of our family’s needs. We had been through the traditional litigation model and despite our best efforts, the other party continued to be non-compliant in nearly every respect, and (more distressing) randomly withdrawing court-ordered parenting visits/time. Our experience with other attorneys was good, but going back to court did not seem go get us where we had hoped to be. Thanks to Lea’s guidance, we tried mediation, and that really helped. We have now made progress with the other party and have discovered a more satisfactory method for resolving our disputes. We continue to use mediation when we need to work through issues. I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree. I hired Mr. Moore earlier in 2015 with a suspension of license infraction and was looking at HTV status, something I could not afford due to my job. His rates were very fair and his professionalism was top notch. He ended up getting it dropped altogether for me and even refunded me some of the my payment since he did not have to use it all! Usually lawyers take your check and never look back, but he was very honest with me and said that it had not taken my entire payment to finish the job. I was and still am beyond pleased. I would recommend him to anyone.
