I have had the privileged to have Mrs. Farhat represent my legal interest in a complex and contested custody and divorce case. Although there was the division of assets, to me this case was more about the future of our daughter than anything else.
The results were beyond what I expected, in both the division of assets and the time sharing plan. To this day, I praise her efforts that ultimately protected our daughter from any collateral damage of a contested divorce while meeting the original goals of time sharing and division of assets.

I chose Brian Roberts as my lawyer because, in his words, he "is NOT the type of divorce attorney that pours gasoline on the fire." His intent is to separate two people fairly and as amicably as possible.
I have a 13-year old son who is my whole world. Often there is a misconception that fathers have zero rights for custody and visitation. This is incorrect. Fathers have equal rights, and the state of FL emphasizes the importance of both parents involved in their childrens' lives.
My divorce started out amicably, then descended into hell...as my wife hired an attorney who did nothing but "pour gasoline on the flames."
Brian really knows the law and how to fight the tactics adopted by "bottom feeder" lawyers interested in nothing but increasing their fees.
Brian and his Assistant helped me through this incredibly stressful period of my life...from keeping me informed of my rights, responding to my wife's lawyer's numerous attempts to delay and confuse the issue, and giving me last minute pointers one night when my visitation was threatened.

I chose attorney Lee Pickett based on good reviews I had seen and the fact that the fees charged by his firm were much more reasonable than others for an uncontested alimony modification. We came to Mr. Tupper for the adoption of a family member. From the very beginning Mr. Tupper showed both great empathy and knowledge of the situation we were facing - and has made this "fear of the unknown" much easier to contend with. When facing a difficult period in a family's life, it is so helpful to have someone like Mr. Tupper who you know you can rely on to take care of the legalities that become overwhelming quickly. I hired Tim back in 2018 for a dv hearing and hired him for the same reason last week. Nothing makes me happier then seeing my husbands attorney scared and making stuff up as she goes. Hes not only agressive in the court room he knows the judges and know what is asked. He defended me and my family and he will in my upcoming divorce case. If you want someone who is agressive and makes the other parties attorneys look stupid. Hire him!!!!! Hes a breath of fresh air to the justice system.

I have retained Mr. Johnson for several matters over the past 5 years. I have found both he and Chelsea, his secretary, to be professional and courteous. I have never been charged more than $50.00 for a consultation fee and he has always applied that amount to his fees when handling my cases. When I consulted him regarding a possible bankruptcy filing, the consultation was FREE and he spent over an hour explaining why I would be better off paying off my debts than filing a case. When he handled an estate matter for me, he treated everyone in our family with kindness. He has always been prompt in answering my questions. At the time of my unfortunate circumstance, my 8 children and I became homeless, and had to live in a motel for about 3 years, however, because I fell financially short, Mrs. Papa decided to do my case pro bono. I had only been able to give her 50 bucks on a 15 hundred dollar case. I am looking forward to paying her this year
shortly. I an currently awaiting for a 19,898.00 dollar child support arrears check to clear from DOR. Once it's cleared, I will pay her the remainder of what I owe [plus a lil extra just because she never left me hanging out to dry. She did this based on a mother such as herself. I used the firm Advocates for Justice to help me when I thought I was going to lose me house and Christy Greene was there every step of the way talking to the credit card companies and the lender to help me stay in my house. When I decided to move anyway I was afraid Christy would keep all of my retainer but she gave me back all of it! I know she had to have put in some hours but she didn't keep any of it. Robert was awesome to work with. My case took years to resolve and i never felt out of the loop. I could always get ahold of him through text, calls, or emails. He took what we needed into account and always made sure we were able to get the treatment we needed for our injuries.
