Words cannot fully express my gratitude for Michael Flaxman and his flawless, impeccable work.
Nearly ten years after my divorce, he came into my very complicated child custody case and immediately went to work understanding the intricacies that previously led to me obtaining primary custody. He validated my immediate concerns, and he worked tirelessly with a laser focus on my kids best interests. Ultimately, he settled our case one month prior to trial, and in a way that gives me peace of mind for my kids and their future. In fact, the settlement turned out to be better than I ever imagined it could be and I credit that solely to Michael Flaxman.

I was involved in an accident in September and had no clue where to even start. Luckily I was referred out to David and it was the best thing to have happened for me. David will be up front with you and support you until the end. I never worked with an attorney before, only because I haven’t been put in a situation like this. I got into an exceptionally terrible collision where my vehicle was left totaled, and I was in unparalleled pain. It was clear that I was not at fault, but you just never know what the other party or their insurance/attorney may try to pull.
I was not going to risk navigating this road to recovery (and reimbursement) on my own, or unknowingly shoot myself in the foot being in unfamiliar territory. Due to the severity of the accident, I wanted an expert to lead the way.
Hwang Law Group came highly recommended, and I immediately felt I made the right choice after my initial phone call with Tin. From the consultation, direction, to settlement - Tin, Kylie, Janina and their whole team, were with me every step of the way and put my anxiety to rest.
The team was always available through various forms of communication via chat, text, call, email, etc. and were always happy to assist with any questions/concerns while educating me with their expertise in the field. I never once felt my 99 questions were a nuisance.
All my appointments and coordination with the insurance, doctor, chiropractor, neurologist, and pain management facilities were handled for me. One who is not familiar with these situations, such as myself, would have been grossly overwhelmed - but thankfully, I did not have to worry about any of it.
As a result, I have gotten the best treatment for recovery with no bases missed, and feel great physically AND mentally. Fortunately, much of my neck and back pain have been alleviated since.

When my father began losing his health, it was a very stressful and sad situation. My father was no longer able to make decisions based on his illness. One of my friends told me that I would need to become his legal guardian so that I could begin to make decisions for him. I really didn't want to go through the process but his health began deterring more and more everyday. I turned to Corrine for help. When I was hurt on the job, I didn't know what to do. I immediately thought that my injuries would heal quickly and I would be able to continue at work. I took a half day and thought I would be back to normal the next day. I didn't think I had a case because I made myself feel that it was my fault. However, when I woke up the next day, I felt even worse. I called a few law firms and let them know what happened. I didn't really get anywhere by speaking with them and felt even more confused. Last year I was involved in a vehicular accident. My first major hopefully last accident. I woke up the next day feeling defeated. But we found this place through a recommendation. I really try to make a point of leaving an honest review when I encounter businesses that go out of their way to accommodate their clients. I am a hard working single father that has full and sole custody of my daughter. I had been bombarded to court on both Supreme Court and regular court I was overwhelmed with stress until I met Julio Vigoreaux Jr. He was not like your typical lawyer and he took the time to hear me out also he was super fair on pricing as well at this point my ex had drained me in lawyer costs. Julio is a great lawyer that has the ability not only fair and reasonable he has a gift when he represents you in and out of court. Before retaining a lawyer and filing for divorce, many people warned me that lawyers were soulless, especially in Las Vegas, and only concerned with lining their pockets with my money. I was told horror story after horror story from people who've dealt with lawyers here in Vegas. Scary stuff! Fortunately, not only was this NOT my experience at all, but my interactions with McFarling Law Group was, in fact, the best experience with lawyers I have ever heard of!
McFarling Law Group is the absolute BEST law firm in Las Vegas, BOTH HANDS DOWN!! Not only are they determined to fight for you and win, but they actually care about the people they are fighting for.
I was divorcing a certifiable, textbook narcissist. When I first met with Emily McFarling, I was in a tight spot financially and could not pay her entire retainer. Emily gave me a significant discount so that I could secure McFarling Law Group as my counsel.
My ex-husband hid money and assets, got people to forge documents and falsify information, lied throughout the case and caused the case to be prolonged many times by not following the judge's orders and by not submitting requested, subpoenaed documentation. McFarling Law Group made sure to get judgments against him for this.
This case went on for years! This, along with circumstances due to the Covid pandemic, eventually drove me into bankruptcy. Although I owed several tens of thousands of dollars to McFarling Law Group, when I consulted with them about having to file bankruptcy, they supported me in doing so even though it meant that my bill for their services at the time would be totally discharged. They also further reassured me that I would not lose their counsel because of this and they were true to their word.

Peter James esq. has been my armor and shield against my narcissistic Borderline personality ex-wife saying anything she thinks might sway the judge including (I kid you not) that I treat our daughter like "a modern-day Cinderella" in her actual motion! Peter often cited cases of precedence from memory during consultation and always included these in his written and verbal arguments. He did not waste time with hearsay and stuck to referencing actual requisites of family law for the judge to weigh against whatever false or twisted half truth that (sadly in Nevada) must be taken as true unless evidence to the contrary is provided. Peter is the only reason I have maintained primary custody of my kids and I am so grateful.

A divorce judgement that needed to be moved to Nevada, alimony in arrears and current alimony all had to be resolved. I could not have asked for a better firm than what I found at Christopher Tilman's office. The interactions I had with Kathy and Paulina were excellent and calming. She asked for non-refundable fees for a matter that has been canceled before she even started to work on the contract draft she was supposed to review, but never accepted to refund us.
