I just wanted to say that Mace has a fantastic team overall. This is the second attorney team I hired to defend me for my case and Mace's team blew the other team out of the water with regards to helpfulness, approachability, accessibility, and timeliness of responses . Their paralegals answer e-mails with very helpful information and always in a super timely manner. They're comforting and supportive. I hired Kevin to finish my divorce after my last attorney for no where and cost me a ton of money. Kevin was upfront on the situation of the case and told me what I needed to hear. John took our case midway through the process. He was very honest about the possible outcome based on the information he had during our consult, no sugar coating at all! Our case was very complex and difficult but he was able to turn it around and we had a very favorable outcome! John was very IMPRESSIVE during trial! He came prepared and ready for a rebuttal. I had been thoroughly deceived by a shady group that took $63,000 from me in exchange for an "investment" that promised high returns. When that never materialized, I realized I had been scammed. No one else was willing to help me get my money back, as they all said that it was nearly impossible to hold scammers accountable. I contacted Andrew Dunning at LBC Law Group, and he was quick to respond and set up an initial call with me. His warm and non-judgemental attitude toward me and the situation I was in instantly raised my spirits, and he gave me hope that we had a strong case against them and would do everything he could to get my money back. True to his word, Andrew immediately gathered my evidence and got the case going. He even gave me a reduced hourly rate as he knew I was already in dire financial straights and couldn't afford much more. Amazingly, the scammers agreed to our demand request and eventually returned ALL my money. To say that I was stunned, relieved, and ecstatic about the outcome would be an understatement. I simply can't recommend LBC Law Group and Andrew Dunning more highly. Incredibly professional, kind, and hard-working, he literally saved me and my family's financial life. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!
Contacted them to get information regarding guardianship and explained the situation and they said they could take my case. They emailed me some documents to signed and then needed me to pay $400 for court fees. I didn’t pay the $400 right away and they called EVERY SINGLE DAY early morning bothering me to pay the $400. When I finally paid it, within days they told me they couldn’t take my case because the person I’m trying to file guardianship isn’t in Nevada. Although I explained everything before hand and even called them when I was filling out one of the forms they needed me to sign. Now they are giving me the runaround about my $400 refund. Iva called many times and the attorney is always “busy” and promises to call back that day but never does. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Alex was dogged in her pursuit of my Green Card during the "Name Check" stall period 2006/7. During this time the INS were sitting on over 250,000 applications for Permanent Residence that had passed all the hurdles except the post 9/11 background check, "Name Check". The Federal Government "system" at that time was totally inadequate to deal with the volume and was causing delays and hardship to many. We were on the verge of taking the Federal Government to court when they relented and granted not only my Green Card, but also Permanent Resident status to thousands of others in the broken system. I know that Alex had been successful in court with other cases before mine and I had confidence that she would be successful for me, too. She will be dealing with my citizenship application shortly.

Family law is not a fun experience at the least, and pure agony is expected. A lack of quality representation abounds in Las Vegas, where sometimes it seems your lawyer wants the money without even putting a thought into your case. I am grateful that was not my experience with Jennifer Abrams.

You’ll trust him immediately. He knows how to calm you down and joke a bit at times but get serious at times when it’s required.
You can tell immediately he doesn’t “need” your business. Zero salesmanship. He is priced well below others who will smile, schmooze, then disappear as soon as the check clears.
Ted helped me with a DUI. My second. I paid my first attorney more than 5X Ted’s fee (for a simpler case). Ted spent at least 5X more time with me and he seemed much more prepared. The results were as good as possible with the circumstances and Ted could certainly charge a lot more (which I’m certain he knows). That’s just not how he rolls. Total class act.
Ted was referred to me by a mutual friend who is also an attorney and I’m so grateful I bit the bullet and told my friend the circumstances - it was worth the mild embarrassment for a top notch attorney.

Mr. Williams is the only lawyer I ever heard of who gives you honest advice even if that means he will not get your business. My nephew was in big trouble and instead of trying to charge my family thousands of dollars, he advised us to stay with our public defender who Mr. Williams knew and said was an excellent attorney. I've heard that Mr. Williams is kind of rich so he does not need to rip people off like other lawyers do.

I met Mr Anello the day after a DUI arrest. I was feeling hopeless going into the office but during the meeting he explained what was going on with my case and my options so I left feeling confident that I had a good competent attorney. Along with the DUI charges we also discussed how the arrest could effect a family law case that I was involved in at the time and his knowledge about those matters were a huge help to me. I only had to meet with him twice before choosing a plan that worked for my personal situation to move forward with my life without spending years in court or becoming financially exhausted. At the end of my case, the results were better than I initially expected so I was very satisfied with Mr. Anello’s work on my case. I was happy that I had found him and I don’t think any other attorneys in my town would have had the same knowledge and experience to help me with all my issues.

We hired one of the immigration lawyer to seek legal help on our case and he didn’t pay good attention to renew the visa process and almost going to be out of status.
We were stuck in fight or flight situation and the attorney was not handling properly.
We had some questions that only experienced lawyer could answer.
No lawyer would answer anything until you had paid for a consultation.
I called Dee and despite of her busy schedule, she called us back and gives us the legal advice.
We highly recommend Dee and her firm for anyone need help for immigration process.

At first I thought I could represent myself in my custody trial. After finding out the hard way after a couple of the hearings, how stressful and emotional it is, I decided to find a lawyer to represent me. I would recommend the public defender over this guy. Terrible communication, could never get ahold of him or his office. He was always late except for my last appearance which he didnt even show up to. The judge had to call me up with no lawyer and proceeded to tell me I could let my lawyer know that the case was closed. He even asked me what I thought my defense should be as if he's not the lawyer.

Issues pertaining to my divorce included, a mentally ill spouse, assets that became community property when I moved to Nevada from a non-community property state, assets and property in multiple states, tax considerations, alimony and most importantly, needing sole custody of my children and the ability to move between states for future employment and career opportunities.
My divorce had complex requirements and I certainly had some high demands. I’m not the easiest person to deal, and I’m a bit of a talker, planner and perfectionist. I know for a fact I delayed Vincent’s schedule a few times.
That said, Vincent dealt with my personality, legal issues and the complications added by my ex-spouses mental illness, with grace and professionalism and was very available when I needed his advice during more than a few emergency scenarios. Most importantly, Vincent truly cares about his clients.

After the child support laws were changed this year. I came to Family Law Solutions to have Josh do a review of my divorce decree and advise as to how the changes may be affecting my agreement in the future. He also assisted in the final IRA transfer of assets that had been outlined in my QDRO but on which I had no idea how to complete the final paperwork. Most law firms will leave you to sort this part out on your own, and if you are not incredibly financial savvy it can make the frustration of wrapping up the financial aspects of a divorce a lot like assembling Ikea furniture in the original Swedish manual.
