Alex was dogged in her pursuit of my Green Card during the "Name Check" stall period 2006/7. During this time the INS were sitting on over 250,000 applications for Permanent Residence that had passed all the hurdles except the post 9/11 background check, "Name Check". The Federal Government "system" at that time was totally inadequate to deal with the volume and was causing delays and hardship to many. We were on the verge of taking the Federal Government to court when they relented and granted not only my Green Card, but also Permanent Resident status to thousands of others in the broken system. I know that Alex had been successful in court with other cases before mine and I had confidence that she would be successful for me, too. She will be dealing with my citizenship application shortly.

A divorce judgement that needed to be moved to Nevada, alimony in arrears and current alimony all had to be resolved. I could not have asked for a better firm than what I found at Christopher Tilman's office. The interactions I had with Kathy and Paulina were excellent and calming. This was a stressful situation for me and I always got an answer, either by phone or email. My interactions with Christopher were illuminating and honest. I never felt ignored. I got a bill every month with fees used out of my retainer, which had all been spelled out during my first consultation. I would hire the firm again in a heartbeat.

Family law is not a fun experience at the least, and pure agony is expected. A lack of quality representation abounds in Las Vegas, where sometimes it seems your lawyer wants the money without even putting a thought into your case. I am grateful that was not my experience with Jennifer Abrams.
I came to Jennifer after my previous representation repeatedly dropped the ball and gave bad advice. Jennifer and her team were attentive and professional. You’ll trust him immediately. He knows how to calm you down and joke a bit at times but get serious at times when it’s required.
You can tell immediately he doesn’t “need” your business. Zero salesmanship. He is priced well below others who will smile, schmooze, then disappear as soon as the check clears.
Ted helped me with a DUI. My second. I paid my first attorney more than 5X Ted’s fee (for a simpler case). Ted spent at least 5X more time with me and he seemed much more prepared. The results were as good as possible with the circumstances and Ted could certainly charge a lot more (which I’m certain he knows). That’s just not how he rolls. Total class act.
Ted was referred to me by a mutual friend who is also an attorney and I’m so grateful I bit the bullet and told my friend the circumstances - it was worth the mild embarrassment for a top notch attorney.

Mr. Williams is the only lawyer I ever heard of who gives you honest advice even if that means he will not get your business. My nephew was in big trouble and instead of trying to charge my family thousands of dollars, he advised us to stay with our public defender who Mr. Williams knew and said was an excellent attorney. I've heard that Mr. Williams is kind of rich so he does not need to rip people off like other lawyers do.

I met Mr Anello the day after a DUI arrest. I was feeling hopeless going into the office but during the meeting he explained what was going on with my case and my options so I left feeling confident that I had a good competent attorney. Along with the DUI charges we also discussed how the arrest could effect a family law case that I was involved in at the time and his knowledge about those matters were a huge help to me. I only had to meet with him twice before choosing a plan that worked for my personal situation to move forward with my life without spending years in court or becoming financially exhausted. At the end of my case, the results were better than I initially expected so I was very satisfied with Mr. Anello’s work on my case. We hired one of the immigration lawyer to seek legal help on our case and he didn’t pay good attention to renew the visa process and almost going to be out of status.
We were stuck in fight or flight situation and the attorney was not handling properly.
We had some questions that only experienced lawyer could answer.
No lawyer would answer anything until you had paid for a consultation.
I called Dee and despite of her busy schedule, she called us back and gives us the legal advice.
We highly recommend Dee and her firm for anyone need help for immigration process.

At first I thought I could represent myself in my custody trial. After finding out the hard way after a couple of the hearings, how stressful and emotional it is, I decided to find a lawyer to represent me. After a few different consultations, I found that Mike (who was referred to me by a friend who also had won her case while being represented by Mike) really was the most honest & ethical out of the ones I interviewed. He was completely honest with me in regards to expectations, and I could definitely tell his knowledge from his years and years of experience. I decided to go with Mike, and I couldn't be any happier. Fast forward a year and a half later, we won our case. To top it off, his assistant, Danay, is really the nicest and best. She helped me so much throughout this, with whatever question I had. She was patient, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was stuck in a bind with my child custody situation, and Mr. Albiston helped me get a new custody arrangement as quickly and easily as possible. Michael Davidson is a wonderful lawyer I had a very sensitive matter regarding my ex not providing additional support for my children needed to continue their college education. I have used Karen Connolly for years. She is an excellent lawyer. She is forthright--with the good and the bad, which is what I wanted. You need to hear the strengths and weaknesses of your case before you go in. You do not always get what you want in divorce or custody court. She was realistic and spot on. Issues pertaining to my divorce included, a mentally ill spouse, assets that became community property when I moved to Nevada from a non-community property state, assets and property in multiple states, tax considerations, alimony and most importantly, needing sole custody of my children and the ability to move between states for future employment and career opportunities.
My divorce had complex requirements and I certainly had some high demands. I’m not the easiest person to deal, and I’m a bit of a talker, planner and perfectionist. I know for a fact I delayed Vincent’s schedule a few times.
That said, Vincent dealt with my personality, legal issues and the complications added by my ex-spouses mental illness, with grace and professionalism and was very available when I needed his advice during more than a few emergency scenarios. Most importantly, Vincent truly cares about his clients.
In the end, Vincent achieved the goal of getting me the needed outcome from this divorce and I cannot speak more highly of him. He did a fantastic job!

We have been using McFarling Law Group for quite sometime. Samantha is absolutely amazing! Lawyers like her are rare to find especially in Family Court. Samantha is very smart, knowledgeable, compassionate, persistent and responsive. After the child support laws were changed this year. I came to Family Law Solutions to have Josh do a review of my divorce decree and advise as to how the changes may be affecting my agreement in the future. He also assisted in the final IRA transfer of assets that had been outlined in my QDRO but on which I had no idea how to complete the final paperwork. Most law firms will leave you to sort this part out on your own, and if you are not incredibly financial savvy it can make the frustration of wrapping up the financial aspects of a divorce a lot like assembling Ikea furniture in the original Swedish manual. Josh is very knowledgeable and empathetic and simplified the complex terminology into everyday language. Very grateful that I came here on a lawyer friend's recommendation!

I’m not really sure where to begin with my review. I have so many good things to say about James. From a small business legal perspective he was outstanding in resolving some legal conflicts that arise when doing business. He handled everything quickly, cost effectively, and always provided options based on where I wanted to take the matter at hand. I appreciated the multi-angle approach t have options when dealing with some legal matters.
I also used him for a personal matter involving A federal labor lawsuit that was from other states. His knowledge and co-counsel was vital in getting the results needed to handle my case(s) with an outcome that was always very intricately considered and discussed as options before moving forward. Although my cases were completely new for me to go through, I felt that James and Liz couldn’t have been a better choice.
I HIGHLY recommend James Kwon as an attorney for anyone seeking services. i felt like he genuinely cared about my situation and getting them resolved within a timely manner and with my budget in mind.

I have on 2 occasions needed the service's of a good business (contracts) attorney and having been referred to James Kwon a few years ago by a trusted friend and associate and being very pleased the first time I hired him I naturally went back to him because "better the devil you know than the devil you don't"...lol and Mr Kwon did not do anything to disappoint, so after going 2 for 2 with respect to representing my interest in another deal I felt James is due some good word of mouth advertising. If I need a lawyer again in the future, I wouldn't call anyone else in the Las Vegas Valley and I couldn't give higher praise if I was being paid. For the record, I'm not. Mr. Kwon does the following very well. He returns calls in a very timely manner EVERY time I ever called. He made me feel like an equal and that my opinion's mattered and that my questions were intelligent, whether they were or were not, he never let on...lol it's been my experience in the past that many lawyers try to impress or intimidate and I for one don't appreciate that kind of "attitude" or arrogance. James never exudes that vibe. Confidence for sure, and well he should be. The guy knows his profession, has great people skills, is always well prepared and you can tell he's a straight shooter. Any normal client, lookin to do the right thing and who wants to make sure the right thing is done to or for them, would be wise to employ this attorney. I worked with a previous lawyer a few years ago that was horrible! I was referred to Christian Legal Society and found Mark . I actually talked to him last and on the day I was ready to make my move on getting custody of my daughter. After our consultation I knew he was our man. He is very knowledgeable about family law. He walked me through all the steps we would be taking and was honest about our chances. He was so easily accessible throughout the whole process. I would call or email him and he would get back to me promptly if I didn't reach him. I live in Texas and when we went to court I was granted custody of my daughter on the first day! I flew to Las Vegas immediately and was greeted with Mark at the airport to ensure the exchange went smoothly and to meet face to face for the first time. We talked for a while like we had known each other for years. He also helped me get my daughter enrolled in school following our return to Texas. Kurth law office has handled 2 of my custody battles and has been by far the most outstanding attorney anyone could ever ask for. He has gone out of his way to make me as a client feel like I've mattered. He knows the law well and pushes for what is right.
