WOW is the first word that comes to mind about Warren. I had a tough case fighting for custody of my teenager. It is hard to enforce custody orders when your child is older and it was imperative to have enforceable orders as the clock was running out. His orders along with Ex Parte's to get the job done in the shortest time we could do, were amazing. Warren knew just the orders to ask for that were enforceable. If you are coming from your heart as a parent for the best interest of your child, taking steps towards that goal consistently and with determination. Warren can help you move forward as soon as possible for the best interest of your child. I highly recommend him so very much!!

Mr Shiell recently represented me for almost one
year in a prolonged, complicated, legal action to
reduce and or eliminate my alimony obligation.
Warren is extremely knowledgeable, fair,
responsive, wise, and very experienced with a
chaotic legal system. He knew which additional
experts were critical to the successful resolution
of my case.
Although Warren gives the appearance of being
very calm and "laid back" he is a tough negotiator
and always represented my best interests against

Warren is an excellent attorney. Last year he represented me in an international move away case. I moved back to South Korea with my children and Warren successfully won a trial in which the Los Angeles Court decided that the case and custody was better decided by a Korean Court. He was well prepared, highly organized, knowledgeable about the law and procedures. In Korea, I won custody of my children and I have sole custody.
There can be no enough rating for his wonderful service and for this excellent lawyer. I strongly recommend Warren as an attorney.

Look up in the sky, its a bird, its a plane, its actually a hero named Bradley Hochberg. This lawyer is communicative and that was such a blessing to find. He answered all my questions and reassured me that with his assistance everything would be processed successfully and it was. DO NOT!! call this guy, not only is he very disrespectful and highly unprofessional as a lawyer, he seems to have more motivation to help the other party rather than you and your Paying Not to Mention! I hired this guy to help me with my family case instead he made a mess, he doesn’t answer phone calls! And he NEVER calls you to follow up with you on your case like if you need to bring more evidence, or just anything to help you out because he’s literally in a huge rush to do absolutely nothing to help out your case. Folks save your hard earned money and don’t call this super mentally re tarded man and NO Hell NO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS GUY TO ANYBODY!!!!!!!!!

Bradley was a blessing. Affordable and willing to help me in a time I needed most. Unless you want Thomas Sands to try and attend your court hearing and some one else’s at the same time remotely, I suggest you read my experience below.
I had previously left a review in February stating some positives of this Law Firm which I had to delete and cannot honor. After my experience in May, I hope I can help prevent someone from experiencing the same frustrations and lack of professionalism.
Initially this firm helped me with my Child Support hearing. Overall for that aspect of the case, The Sands Law Group was helpful and responsive, the case itself was very straight forward as Child Support Services through La County was also involved and I hired Thomas as backup since the other party had an attorney as well.
I had retained this Law Firm to get custody orders finalized and about 30 days after child support was finalized, I was served with Custody papers from the other party as well. Copies were emailed to Thomas and his team to go over the next steps as I had no issues with the initial representation so I was confident in having them complete the custody aspect as well.
Unfortunately this is where my whole experience started to falter. Updates became far and few unless I reached out to the team and only after about 2 emails I would receive an update on the paperwork from one of the paralegals.
3 days before my scheduled court hearing, I reached out to Thomas and his team to find out what was going on with paperwork and why my response had not be finalized from the paperwork I had been served prior. Thomas’s team filed my response 2 days before the court hearing which is not proper notice and could have allowed the other party to request an extension.
The other party did not want an extension even though they had not been given the proper time for review and we proceeded with the court hearing. At which point Mr. Sands was attempting to attend mine and another clients virtually at the same time!
I was in utter shock and disbelief that my attorney whom I was trusting to go through my custody case, was trying to double dip court rooms at the same time.
The judge was extremely frustrated and I ended up speaking for myself through 90% of my hearing to end up with such vague custody orders, I am already having to request a modification myself.
The paperwork was just typed up and filed with the court on August 1st! Almost 2 and a half months to get the paperwork finalized.
My case may have been a small non money maker for Thomas and perhaps that’s why I didn’t receive the care and concern, however the custody of my child is my whole life and I was made a fool by this firm.

This firm contacted me as Prestige Legal Solutions P.C. Their name did not say anything about lemon cases. In the past I had a lemon case that was not as bad as this case and the past attorney got a settlement above $17,000. Prestige got me a $5,000 settlement and it seemed low but I my understanding was that it was not a lemon. Their rep was inducing me to take the $5000 saying the offer could be withdrawn if they had not already. Had they been clear about my case qualifying as a lemon case, I would have not accepted. My case had some of the biggest problems with the Bolt EV. I was not allowed to park in some parking lots because the idea was that it could catch on fire. It was one of the vehicles that required a new battery after failed repairs. After, I asked why so little and they said because the did not submit any records of repairs. I said you did not ask me for the records and they had no answer for that. I spoke to other attorneys and they said they would have gotten me around $20,000. I understand that the other attorneys say that amount and are not putting it in writing but in the past an attorney that handled a lemon case for me settled the case around $20,000. I think it was much higher than that but it has been a while and don't remember exactly. This past case was a much smaller problem. I did not give him this case because I did not know it was a lemon. Prestige contacted me asking me if I had any problems and they misled me instead of saying straight out that they would handle it as a lemon case. Always call other attorneys before signing a settlement from them. I have tried to speak to the attorney who handled my case and I cannot get past the front employees. I have asked them for the communications that went on with opposing counsel that led to that settlement and have been denied.

Prestige Legal took 10k our of 14k settlement, I got 4k, unethical in my opinion, auto was in my wife Deborah name and still have not recieved even the $4000 out of the $14000 settlement they claim. I can't believe this has only happened to us-they have sworn to California ehical standards,??

This is not a reputable firm. For two months tried to get a consultation. Finally, an intake specialist contacted me. I had to fill out several forms and information but then told I needed to wait several weeks even for them to run a conflict of interest and after that even more weeks to see if they would be interested. It's now the middle of Oct (I contacted them at the end of June, intake specialist form filled out at the beginning of Sept) and still NO conflict of interest check. They give you the constant run around of how they are a big firm and busy. What is really happening is that they probably sift through cases and put smaller claims on the back burner to be called during months when they don't make their quota. Literally, a waste of my time to just even get a conflict of interest. Don't waste yours
