I rented a house from an agent called Brent Watson in beverly hills - he charged me 2 months deposit 2 months rent for an unfurnished house - total 40K right off the bat - turns out the house was used as a halfway house with lots of defects and they hid it with home staging - it appears to be a scheme where the owner of the house and this agent to shake down total of 30k deposit and rent. I contacted Alfred for help and I am surprise to say that he is a lawyer that really tries to help his clients. I saw his paralegal then then get on the phone the next they and he took the time to brainstorm with me my options and the best way for me to get out of the situation without financial damage - and I was able to get out of the lease - Alfred is unlike some other lawyers that I
contacted who wont give you a second of their time until you pay a hefty retainer. I highly recommend going to him if you have tenant issue. He is the best!! I mean it

Street sweeper ran me off the road Dec 2020 driver did not stop a witness chased it long enough to get a picture of its license plate number. I was left unconscious with a T.B.I. broken neck and broken back I was in a lot of pain and didn't know what to do being a exaddict and convicted felon I didn't think anyone would help me. Somehow I got in contact with M&Y attorneys and after getting them the police report stating I was not at fault Robert Hughes got me some much needed medical help. His medical team was amazing. Thank you Robert I appreciate your help. My attorney Che Hashim got the 700k settlement he wanted M&Y personal injury attorneys took the 45% they wanted. Sukhi tasked John Garil to get the settlement check to me that took 115 days. I have now received level 3 neck fusion surgery and 246k. In still always in pain with a broken back and a T.B.I.

Behrouz Shafie is a dishonest individual and a total liar, I would give him a Zero star if it was possible. He lacks knowledge of law, Unprofessional, does not get back to you, unreliable and careless about your issues, He will do anything to get a money retainer from you and then good luck on him doing anything for you. He is a Family law attorney but he deceived me to believe that he does eviction cases and malpractices law. He barely speaks and writes the english language, he pretends he knows a lot but his memory is very bad and does not remember anything you discussed, he has serious health issues and he is deaf as well and gets everything incorrectly. His license was revoked several times if you check the bar website and has received many disciplinary actions. I Lost 5K with him and only received lip services and nothing was ever filed in court. I am really not sure how he his still possesses a Law license. If you want a bigger problem and disaster happening to you on legal matters give your money to him and see the end result. You should clearly stay away from him altogether!!! I really feel bad for the people Behrouz Shafie caused irreversible damages to including myself and I hope the Bar association does the right thing and takes his license away from him very soon.

Finding Joni was a God send! Literally!! I heard her commercial on the radio and wrote her phone number down. A year later, when I decided I needed a lawyer, I couldn’t find her number so I prayed about it. The next day I got in my car driving home from work and her commercial came on the radio! I pulled over in my car and immediately called her and was able to speak with her. I made my appointment and met this wonderful, intelligent, compassionate woman who understood what I was going through, and what I needed to do. Joni not only helped me through the most desperate time in my life, but also became my friend. She was always there for me answering any of my questions, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning.
