So so grateful my best friend recommended Attorney Chavin to me. Haven’t needed to hire at this point, because we aren’t there yet. But definitely will if we have to. We’ve only consulted thus far, but his Bio is 100% true. His number one concern is my well-being which not only makes him a great attorney in general but a special one as he cares about how you feel. It’s especially helpful for someone dealing with a lot of trauma from the situation. (landlord tenant dispute). I feel extremely safe being advised by him, a lot of lawyers do not care about you as a human, when every client needs that! Because nobody is talking to a lawyer without something bad happening to them and they’re hurting. He is refreshing, witty, knowledgeable & validating while still being realistic with your best interests. I found Gary Avratin through a friend of a friend and immediately could tell that he would be the right advocate for me as I unraveled a 20+ year marriage. By the time I found Gary, I had been considering divorce for a couple of years so I’ve interviewed multiple other attorneys and a mediator. In each of those interviews I was quickly told that there was not much to be done, we would just split things 50/50, including time with our child. No one else bothered to listen to all the facts behind what I was seeking. Gary listened and then negotiated a fair settlement with the help of a mediator. The process was not simple but Gary used his determination and knowledge to push through it all with my best interests in mind. I selected Gary because he is clearly a tough-as-nails litigator who will fight for his clients with passion and I knew I needed someone who could effectively do that for me. At the same time, Gary is ultimately seeking fairness and a final agreement that allows his clients to have a decent relationship with their ex so that that they can co-parent for years to come. That approach makes a difference because, because you don’t want to destroy the chances of being able to co-parent. By seeking fairness, Gary allowed me to walk away from the process with an amicable relationship with my ex. Gary and his assistant, Helene, are incredibly busy but responded when I needed quick answers. When I reached out with more urgent matters, I got help within minutes. One has to remember that Gary and Helene are handling many, many other cases, and when they are working with a client, that client gets their 100% full attention. I have witnessed other attorneys who spend meetings texting and emailing about other cases and that is simply not how Gary operates. Also, they weren’t out to nickel and dime me; they did things that were important and checked what I sent them but they would suggest that I do a lot of the financial work myself to save time and money. They called with questions about the paperwork I sent to make sure I hadn’t made any mistakes or forgotten important details. Also of importance, is that Gary is very well known in eastern Massachusetts courts, especially Norfolk County, and he is well respected by judges, clerks, attorneys and mediators alike. Divorce is not fun and it’s likely not easy for anyone. It’s important to find someone who can guide you through the process and prepare you to start the next chapter of your life. Gary made a tough situation better by caring about me and my child and how each element of the agreement could be the best outcome for us.

Ms. Condon recently handled my criminal case, and it was a complex case to say the least. She was appointed to me by the court and she still gave my case the utmost attention and passion. Throughout the entire case she was extremely thorough, she discovered numerous discrepancies, and she went to bat for me from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough for all the work she did and she is a lawyer that you can feel comfortable representing you, no matter the severity of your case. Krysten and I met when I needed some legal assistance immediately. She made sure she was available on a Friday afternoon to make sure that my legal rights were not being violated. She answered emails the same day, returned phone calls quickly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Sometimes dealing with legal issues can be stressful, but knowing I had her in my corner made it all feel less stressful. Long story short is the issue we were working on ended in my favor. Peter worked with us over the course of several years as we sought desperately needed out of district placement for our two sons. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and deeply experienced. Attorney Quintal did an amazing job handling our case. She made sure that we understood all of the information involved in our case and took the time to meet with us before each court date. She was is competent and has extensive knowledge of the Massachusetts court system. Attorney Quintal charged us a capped fee for her services at our first meeting. Our case turned out to be much more time consuming than anticipated but she did not raise her fee and refused to accept more money when our case was closed. I would highly recommend Kerri Quintal to anyone in need of legal representation.

When i went to Marc I was scared, emotional, stressed & lost with no clue of what had happened to me specially alone & far away from my home country Nepal here in the US with only help of my family friends. The minute Marc heard my story, did the discovery, saw all evidence & went deep into my matter he instantly figured i was used, played & betrayed. I could not emphatically recommend any one more highly than Mark. From beginning to end he was true professional and a credit to his craft. in September 2022 I was diagnosed with cancer. By July 2023 I found myself over whelmed with credit card and hospital bills. I contacted several attorneys. I was scared and confused and frankly completely lost when I found out I had to go to court. Thankfully I called James Doherty who was very helpful and very good at calming me down and pointing me in the right direction. One of the last things he said to me in our first phone call was to "not worry and everything will be ok." James reassured me every step of the way as things progressed. James was very professional individual keeping everything we spoke to on topic and efficient. I was also dealing with a big move to the west coast at the time of the case and James saved me the trouble of having to fly back to the state of New Hampshire by convincing the judge to let me appear via telephone in California state. I can't say enough about how effective and helpful James Doherty was! He was a man of few words but every single thing he said carried weight and reassurance that everything was in fact, going to be ok, and he was right! I wish I still lived in NH only to have Doherty in my back pocket in case I ever needed him again. You are in great hands with James Doherty.

I contacted Attorney Studley’s office just over 2 years after my car accident (I was not at fault) because I started getting phone calls and letters from the other drivers insurance company. I spoke to Christine on the phone and she was both reassuring and confident that we could reach a reasonable settlement for my case and set up a meeting with Attorney Studley very quickly. Attorney Studley is both knowledgeable and relatable. This was my first time contacting a lawyer for this type of matter and I was nervous and expected to feel intimidate, but that was not the case at all! I felt comfortable and at ease working with him and I trust his expertise and years of experience to get me the best settlement possible without going to trial. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and I received frequent updates via email as agreed upon. I would absolutely contact Attorney Studley immediately if I were in another accident or needed legal assistance.

I had a complicated and unique case that many lawyers turned me down before I found John. I worked with John for over 2 years in a custody and paternity case. John was always professional, helpful, responsive, and did an excellent job in explaining the many different routes I could undertake in order to get the ruling I wanted. John is very perceptive and with his lengthy experience he was able to decide which strategy we should undertake given many different factors including changing judges in my trial and many other inherent details to my case. So this happened when my father was looking for a lawyer since the lawyer i had didnt have great communication skills. My father wanted to get a second opinion from another reputed lawyer. My father and i spoke to Jaye. She was kind enough to provide over 3 hours of free guidance. She didnt demand to get any payment (very unusal of a lawyer to give free advice). She knew she couldnt represent me as she didnt work with Essex county. She was always available to give me free advice and guide me in the right direction when i needed her support. Lawyers like her will keep your legal fees low and help you get out of the divorce as quickly and as elegantly as possible. She understood where i was coming from and more than that she understood what a father goes through during this tough time. It is unfortunate she didnt work with my county. In the face of so many lawyers that I had contact with and explained my situation in and out of Boston, I was frustrated by the values and care of my case; they all made me suspicious of their motives and that I was just another person to make a profit from. But after meeting Alejandro, everything was different. He gave me the confidence I needed after our first meeting that I hadn't experienced before and the price he charged was extremely fair. Alejandro was a pleasure to work with. My fathers case was very hard and no one wanted to take it. Alejandro was very upfront and honest about the case which I appreciated. I decided to take a chance with him since he was the only lawyer willing to work with me. Alejandro always communicated well with both me and my father about any information he had to tell us. The process was very long and stressful but worth it because now my father is back after 13 years. I really appreciate how hard Alejandro worked to get back my dad here and did. It is great to have Kevin as my attorney. The divorce process was already stressful, and the first attorney I hired has caused me more troubles and delays. After being fed up with enough issues, I have browsed various websites to search for different attorney profiles and reviews. I have been glad that I made the right decision to hire Kevin to replace the prior attorney. Doug was fantastic, helping my family, specifically my daughter and son in law, finalize some legal documents. Their previous lawyer had essentially flaked out on them and they had been waiting 6+ months to complete the process. I reached out to Doug after reading his reviews, which I can confirm are all accurate. He was responsive, and followed up immediately with me to understand the situation. I have to say I was full of nerves questions anxiety about the whole thing I have never had anything legal related to have to go through ect in terms of needing a lawyer so this was a big deal to me and I have to say Anthony erased all of those fears and jitters he was down to earth kind and very welcoming and very informative of the whole process and what to expect ect Truly the best experience I could of hoped for such a breeze ! Attorney Matta helped me draft a pretrial memorandum and has always provided me with excellent legal advice. Attorney Matta is undoubtedly great at what she does. She is incredibly intelligent and will work hard to fight for her clients but the best part of working with her is she is extremely personable and understanding. She has an expansive resume and many years of experience as a family attorney so she’s seen it all. A lot of times she was able to finish my sentences when explaining my legal troubles. Attorney Matta is also extremely fair when it comes to payment, and she worked with me which was nice. After a very difficult divorce matter which my son was falsely accused of allegations that were brought to criminal court.. We contacted a self proclaimed best attorney on cape who did nothing but overcharge and not do a thing. We Contacted Atty Joseph Leone he was right on the case immediately . If you need a divorce or family attorney, Atty Danielle Thomason is the BEST of the BEST! I only wish I had found her for my divorce 10 yrs ago. I had a horrible experience with my original divorce attorney so I panicked when served an unexpected modification 10 yrs post divorce, and all I can say is how GRATEFUL I am for Danielle. She is compassionate, empathetic, listens, and treats every person like she's walking in their shoes. She's not all about the "billable hours, minutes, emails etc." but about truly helping her clients...she would even call me after my work hours because it was hard to chat privately at work sometimes. I am a single mom of 3 with my last off to college and have lived on a limited income for years. So when I was served with modification paperwork at the beginning of covid when money, life etc. was stressful enough, I am so blessed I found Danielle. She is a top notch attorney (the kind you think you'd find only in Boston) who knows the law inside & out...she is amazing at her job (my ex husband even commented such in our pre-trial hearing)! When I was served, the modification was to pay me no child support and me pay $15,000 in college tuition (which I do not have). Final outcome - I was able to keep my child support and my ex-husband has to pay for our son's college tuition and I pay nothing. I can only say that if you need a divorce/family law attorney, you would be extremely lucky to have Danielle Thomason in your corner!
