Bad experience with this law firm.. We as a seller were suppose to receive wire transfer, in which we requested and paid for, did not receive on sane day of closing from this attorney.. The reason being they were incompetent to put in correct acct number.. Wire was suppose to be done on a Wednesday. We didn’t get our transfer until following Monday..Never nice did they try to compensate us for there “mistake”

David was very professional during the whole divorce case. He appeared to run laps around his opposing counsel during my divorce. His knowledge and legal talent is the best I have ever seen or dealt with. He skillfully negotiated the best possible outcome for me in my divorce. He kept me informed at all times, and he was always available for questions, even finding the best way out of several difficult legal quagmires. He put a complex case settlement together in a timely manner. I find he was reasonable with his fees, he kept my costs minimal, and he was more than fair with me overall. My divorce settlement was approved by the Court without problems. This allowed me to get on with my life in freedom. David's relatable style, and candor was refreshing. If I have to get an attorney I will choose him again.
If you need someone who is honest and knows his stuff - hire him.
My case was complicated- other attorney was interested in her own earnings and tried to drag things along just to bill.
David was making things mentally as easy as possible for me and shield me from other side nonsense and abuse and absorbed a lot of craziness. He will do a great job and he is honest man. He is doing things Right.

My case started in 2017 and mostly just ended in my mind yesterday. Laurel was there every step of the way. Not only that, I had the entire firm assisting me whenever it was needed. This was a very ugly case. We went up against multiple lawyers. With many issues that needed to be tackled. She kept her cool, while I being emotionally attached needed her guidance to not let it get the best of me. Not that I will ever consider marrying again, although she told me to never say never. (She tells me she has divorced multiple people, multiple times) I will do my best to never make this mistake again. What I know from this hell that I went thru, is I would never have come thru it as well as I did without her knowledge and support of her team of well educated people. I contacted Attorney Studley’s office just over 2 years after my car accident (I was not at fault) because I started getting phone calls and letters from the other drivers insurance company. It was supposed to be an amicable divorce initiated by my ex-wife. It became clear that she wanted to set the financial terms based on what she thought was right. David was always calm and took some of the emotional elements out of the mix and focused me on the real terms. He was nonetheless a good listener and showed empathy while guiding me through the legal process.
He shared with me some of facts he would have presented to a judge had the amicable process gone awry. But all in all David worked hard at moving a difficult process through to its conclusion with minimal acrimony.
If you are looking to grind an axe I don't think he is the guy for you!
Otherwise I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the inherently difficult and emotional challenging process of ending a union while minimizing the collateral damages. He will make the tough journey that much easier. He is really a good guy and a good attorney!
