I want to start off by saying Dan is a great person!! I was stressed out and nervous for almost a month before I called Dan!! After a free 30 minute consultation, Dan had made it so I was less stressed and he told me he would take care of everything!! Even while he was on vacation he was helping me (Don't tell his wife lol) but honestly he made my court case so smooth and he did exactly what I expected!! If you need an attorney, call Dan Daly immediately before anyone else. I’ve had quite a few lawyers in the past and attorney Daly is easily the best attorney I’ve had. His experience being a former police officer, former assistant district attorney, and an assistant attorney general puts him above any lawyer in western Massachusetts. Communication with your attorney is key in a hopeful good result in your case and Dan is very responsive whether it’s by call or text he will get back to you quick. He had my hearing thrown out in 2 minutes, was only in the courthouse for 15 minutes.

Words cannot truly express how thankful I am for Atty. Alex and all his hard work on my case. I reached out to him in a bit of a panic, because my original attorney plan fell apart at the seams.
My case was pushed back a couple times. The original date was in June. Pushed to the beginning of August. For some reason, the court then moved it to the end of August, but without notification of my attorney. However, Atty. Alex rolled with it.
Whenever I would call, he would always get back to me as quickly as he could. I would receive updates when needed, and he thoroughly prepped me for what to expect at my hearing and how he believed things would go, based on experiences with similar cases in the past.
We even had hiccups the day of my hearing. After waiting for 2 hours, the person hearing my case excused themselves for a conflict, and we were given to someone else. About an hour later, we finished up with the hearing, and both of us could not be happier with the outcome. As Atty. Alex had told me, it truly was an "outlier" of a result.
He was calm, honest, down-to-earth, professional, and highly attentive through it all.
I highly recommend Atty. Alex! You cannot go wrong with him!!

I recently had DCF introduced into my life and it has brought fear and confusion. They call me saying they have already spoke to my kids and would not even discuss to me what the allegations are. Once Attorney Seaver got involved, finally I got answers. He was able to get all of the information and within a month DCF was out of my life. I couldn't be more greatful.

Chris is amazing and professional. She has excellent people skills and communication. She is a fantastic mediator between two people trying to work out what is best for them and their children and communicate that in the best legal lingo for the judge. Her goal is to make both parties stay out of court in the future. She also went out of her way to help us when our paperwork was lost in the mail on its way to the courthouse during covid times. I wish I could give Deb ten stars. There was an anti-harassment order against my ex to which he broke numerous times and endangered my children and I. When the order was up, I felt hopeless and felt as though no justice could be served and that no one would protect my kids. Lo and behold, Attorney Mason came out of the works and brought our family justice and then some. She is a fierce leader in the courtroom and treats your situation as though it involves her own family. I cannot rave about her enough. She helped me get away from my ex husband and keep my children safe, all while remaining flexible and understanding with my complex schedule. Kathleen was great and fought for me every step of the way. I was left in a terrible spot financially and had an uphill battle of fighting against a prenuptial agreement. We settled with an outcome where I could continue to afford living on cape cod. I also was able to get 50/50 custody of my child. Something I was worried I wouldn't get. I've dealt with some health issues which can limit my ability to work full time and she was able to use those facts to ensure I was still able to pay my bills and take care of my child even with those setbacks. She was there to make sure I'd keep my emotions in check. She was always the adult in the room. I appreciated that because it was the hardest thing I've had to go through. Having someone fight for you when you're feeling vulnerable was really helpful.

Put so much work and time to get my ex husband to cooperate, because he was really trying to drag our divorce as much as he could .
Kathleen was my attorney but put so much effort and patience into making sure my ex husband filled out and signed all paperwork.
Communication was very well, great mediation skills and cost was affordable and reasonable , not to mention determined to get the process done in a timely manner .

Attorney Tannian was determined to help me get my divorce ,even though she was my attorney took so much time to talk to my husband and make him cooperate, because he was extremely uncooperative and unwilling to sign . She put a lot of effort and patience into talking to him for hours at end to make sure he us in the same page so we can move on , I appreciate very much her mediation skills because I don’t think this divorce would happen without her .

Laurie was open and honest about what to expect from day one. I fully understood what was expected of me moving through the process of divorce. She fully recognizes that it is so difficult for people to travel this road but never let me get stuck. She provided solid guidance but left the decision-making to me. When I was making decisions that may not be the best for me in the long run she was clear that I could do that but also outlined the impact those decisions might have. I worked with Hieu when my fiancee and I were putting together a prenuptial agreement. He was always prompt and thoughtful in communicating. Hieu reviewed the agreement (the other attorney drafted) and explained every clause to me thoroughly. He didn't propose many edits to the draft (which would have taken up time and money), but only because he made sure that the agreement was nonetheless fair. Hieu made what could have been a really stressful or even acrimonious process into something straightforward. Highly recommend!

When it was obvious that my marriage was at an end, I retained Judy’s counsel on the advice of another friend who was going through the process. Judy has been practicing in family law her entire legal career and it shows in her level of expertise and experience.
On the first four-way call with my spouse and her counsel, Judy demonstrated her command of divorce law and basically wiped the floor (in a polite way) with the opposing counsel. Apparently, my spouse felt the same way and promptly hired a new attorney.
Fortunately, my spouse was amicable, and we agreed to the terms of the separation. Her new attorney wrote up a first draft of the Agreement and after review, Judy felt the Agreement was too vague and poorly written, so she basically rewrote the whole thing. Judy also took the time to review the Agreement with me line by line and ensured that I was very clear on the more salient terms and legal jargon.
The overall process went smoothly, and Judy made sure to inform me of the process and communicated strategy the whole time. She was very accessible and responsive whenever I had a question.
My only regret in working with Judy is that I didn’t heed her sage counsel early on hoping that I could somehow save the marriage.
Additionally, as a favor to me and because she has a high degree of empathy, Judy agreed to speak with my sister regarding her divorce which is a nightmare. My sister was so impressed with Judy that she tried to retain her, however Judy explained that sometimes it’s best not to make a change when three years into the process with other counsel.
Lastly, while Judy is a rockstar, she has a great band working with/for her. Everyone I interacted with at Egan law was highly talented and capable in their roll.
The process of divorce is very difficult and painful and I thank God that was able to retain Judy’s representation.

Attorney Shapiro exceeded all my expectations. My case was a wrongful termination and discrimination case, as I was laid off shortly after requesting PFMLA leave.
