Nicole Armstrong was very responsive answering all questions and concerns promptly and completely. Her staff kept us updated on the process as the case progressed. Her confidence and extensive knowledge of child custody and probate matters put us at ease, that she would represent our concerns and handle any challenges or obstacles professionally. I also felt that she was fair and honest with her billing and provided regular statements. I would highly recommend Nicole Armstrong for any family probate matters and would definitely engage her again.

Nicole is a great family law attorney and she practices in both NH and MA which is great when you have two parties in two different states. She can determine which jurisdiction is best to file in. She is also personable, reasonable and handles custody cases (which not all family lawyers do). I highly recommend Nicole for family law related cases.

Attorney Nagle has been my legal seeing eye dog for the past 3.5 years. Throughout a lengthy and slow moving process it was evident that he possessed a stellar knowledge of Massachusetts legal procedure. He led me through the oft byzantine world of Massachusetts legal proceedings in a calm and confident manner. He is engaging, subtly strong willed and dedicated to the law. In my case he was exceptionally patient with an impatient client. Attorney Nagle was always professional. He has a good rapport with court house legal practitioners and staff. He is a gentleman who likes people and in an often contentious legal environment that is a valuable trait. Attorney Nagle's strongest asset? His talent in the trial courtroom and his skill in cross examination. Yes, we had a favorable outcome. I believe he cares about doing a good job for his clients and will work diligently on your behalf. His office staff are friendly and exceptionally hard working. They deserve my thanks and positive review, as well.

David was outstanding in the courtroom. I was and still am in total awe of his preparation, organization and presence in the courtroom. It was like watching something out of a TV show. I was on pins and needles but David was calm, collected, and willing to object (when necessary) and fight for his views. He made excellent logical arguments and submitted all the right motions and I am really proud of his work. I hope not to need an attorney anytime soon - who does? - but if I did, I would pick David Nagle without hesitation.

Attorney Owens has been invaluable in improving my daughter's life. Having someone who I trusted to represent me through this difficult process was absolutely game-changing. Many legal cases, especially those involving 15 years! of retroactive child support can be daunting to say the least. And having Five, yes Five (5), previous attorney's over all these years NOT being able to get the job done has been very disillusioning and disheartening. However, Attorney Jason V. Owens without hesitation took intelligent command of what appeared to be a "lost" cause and quickly re-esatablished the legal legitimacy and worthiness of my child support case with clear, concise direction. And along the way, his integrity and dedication to all aspects of the case, including those very human elements many clients bare on their sleeves, have been nothing short of sincere, purposeful and committed. It is not easy to entrust an attorney with such an important issue as child support which clearly affects your child's everyday quality of life. Jim's firm represented me during my divorce. My divorce was one of the very few that go to a trial. While Jim did not represent me directly he was involved in all of the work and time that was put in to helping me get through it. Jim is a very kind, fair and responsive professional man. I have been a client of his fim since 2003 as my divorce was very contentious and involved. Jim and his staff treated me wonderfully; they were patient and supportive during a very difficult time in my life. Jim's firm represented me after the trial as unfortunately my situation warranted. With the kindness and support of Jim and his firm I was able to continue to work, live my life and single parent my two children over the past 9 years. I plan to stay in touch with Jim going forward and highly recommend him as a lawyer and his firm.

I enlisted the services of Attorney James Lynch in order to help me navigate a very difficult situation regarding the care of my ailing mother and the protection of those trusts (of which I was Co-Trustee) which had been set up to protect both my mother and her estate. At the time, two of my three siblings; one of whom was also a Co-Trustee; were quite literally stealing from my mother and through their deceitful maneuverings were attempting to force a dispersal of her estate far in advance of even knowing what my mother's expenses might be, and certainly without due regard for her well-being. When I first sat down with Attorney Lynch, I was struck by the fact that, while he listened carefully to my description of the situation, he did not take me just at my word, but instead asked all the insightful questions, then did his own investigation, and slowly but very surely became one of my greatest allies. His desire to verify the veracity of my story was and is something that I both greatly appreciate and respect. Soon thereafter, Attorney Lynch was able to implement certain safeguards so as to put a halt to the bleeding of the estate as well as force my siblings into a more forthright and prudent approach to my mother's care. Throughout the ensuing years, as my mother's health and mental acuity failed, Attorney Lynch was there to help me ensure both my mother's continued good care and protect her estate from the premature dissolution which my two siblings continued to maneuver for. His knowledge and understanding of the law and his facility with the legal landscape was nothing short of impressive; but even more than that, his insightfulness and his clarity of thought were a supreme comfort to me. He gained my complete confidence and proved to be a most steadying hand through a very, very, trying period. Attorney Alessio has provided me valuable consultation over the years, and he tells it like it is, even if it might not be what I wish to hear--but of course that's what I need to hear. His style is dry, but don't let that fool you--he is a kind person. At least he won't just agree with you to get you to send him a check for a retainer. He is a consummate professional. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I recently hired Matt Karr and his team to assist me with getting Mass Health for my brother. I did my due diligence in researching many firms that just specializes in this area, and made my decision to go with Heritage and am so glad I did! It can be a very daunting and overwhelming process to say the very least and could have never done on my own. While on vacation in Boston, I was falsely accused of a serious crime, arrested, and faced with felony charges. After spending the night in jail, I was assigned a public defender who was entirely unfamiliar with my case. Unfortunately, not only was this public defender incompetent, but he also lacked the appropriate credentials to handle a case of such seriousness. I was facing a minimum of five years in prison, and my bail was set at $60,000. The public defender made no effort to fight for me. He didn't attempt to have my bail reduced or identify any weaknesses in the case against me. Instead, he simply agreed with the prosecutor and judge, and I was sent back to jail. After three nights in jail, my family informed me that they had hired a criminal defense attorney named Paul Moraski, who would be visiting me in a couple of days. True to their word, Paul arrived at the jail two days later. I was escorted by a correctional officer to meet him. From the moment we met, I knew Paul was the right lawyer for me. He had an incredible personality, was highly educated and knowledgeable, and held himself to a very high standard. For the first time, I felt hopeful again. The first thing Paul said to me was, "We’re going to beat this case." He then assured me, "I am going to get your bail reduced from $60,000 to $30,000 so you can go home." Paul not only understood my case thoroughly but also knew the courtroom inside and out, thanks to his 14+ years of experience. Two days later, I had another court appearance, and Paul was outstanding. He successfully persuaded the judge to lower my bail from $60,000 to $30,000, allowing my family to secure my release. The night I was bailed out, Paul immediately called to congratulate me on going home. He reassured me once again, saying, "There are numerous holes in your case, and you have nothing to worry about." Despite Paul's reassurances, I remained anxious about my case after returning home and would call him weekly. Each time, Paul answered the phone, and if he was in court, he would return my call immediately afterward. Paul is an exceptional attorney, though not inexpensive. However, he provided me with a very reasonable rate given the severity of my case. He also offered me a monthly payment plan, which greatly eased the financial burden. When it comes to fighting for your freedom, no price is too high. Paul Moraski was worth every dollar. Six months later, just as Paul had predicted from the start, my case was completely dismissed. John did an outstanding job of representing me as a public defender. At a time when I was out of work due to filing for SSDI. Charges were brought against that were false. He was able to bring witness in to testify on my behalf and advise me through the 2 year ordeal. Communication was never an issue. He never once doubted or questioned my innocence. In the end hearing the Judge give his verdict of not guilt was such a relief. At a time when people can just bring false claim against people and alter their lives in do so. I am thankful that Attorney Pickering was there to represent me. Thank you John

Chris helped my mom out with a claim against an insurance company for an injury she suffered from a car accident.
