Not knowing if I even needed an attorney I spoke with Attorney Benner on the phone, he was aware right away that I did not need an attorney, however that didn’t stop him from going out of his way to continue to explain a lot of information to me about my situation and actually educate me about it. I do not usually leave reviews, however it was refreshing to be treated respectfully by an attorney. He was actually a really nice guy.

Attorney Laura Unflat is truly a compassionate professional! I was referred to her buy another attorney, if that doesn't say something nothing does. I have to say I could not be happier the way Laura handled my case. My case was not simple divorce lot of moving parts but she was very compassionate, and treats you like an equal not a client, which is not easy to find with attorneys. Divorce is not easy, but she reassures you when needed and had total compassion when it got tough. She is very professional, but tough when needed, she will not be pushed around.. She does not leave a box unturned she is on top of everything. She is super understanding with the cost involved with divorce proceedings, she is super fair and has your best interest always at heart ! Meet with her one time and you will hire her! I could not recommend her higher.

I hired Laura to help with what was supposed to be a simple prenup; and through wacky twists and turns with a very difficult opposing attorney Laura was a steadfast advocate for me until it was completed. She very specifically figured out what was important to me, and was excellent at providing hypothetical situations to explain the implications of each provision. Her advice was thorough and backed up by examples from her experience.
As the agreement moved towards completion, and things got more contentious, I felt very comfortable when she would advocate directly with the other attorney because I knew she understood my interests and desires. She was very communicative with me and I felt well informed of each step. She was also very sensitive to and open about discussing billing when I had questions.
I highly recommend Laura Unflat for consultation for prenups, and if I ever have a family law need in the future, I will certainly call on her again.

Yuliya Fisher-Nayyer is an excellent attorney. I had a tricky child support situation, where my ex was trying to get more than she actually was owed. Yuliya's careful reading of my divorce agreement allowed her to make clear arguments that convinced my ex and her attorney to accept the proper settlement, and we were able to resolve the situation with only one court date where the judge approved the agreement we had worked out. Yuliya was very honest in her assessment of my situation, and very clear in her explanations of what I owed and did not owe, which I appreciated because I did not fully understand the language in the divorce agreement and would probably have overpaid if I had not hired her. She also was completely committed to my case. She was excellent at communicating, both with me and the opposing attorney, and I never felt like my case was anything other than her top priority, even though I know she had many other cases at the same time. The advice she gave me was spot on, and everything worked out almost exactly as she had predicted, which is impressive given how many variables there were in my case. And she was also careful about how many hours she committed to my case so that I would not get overbilled for her services, which was a refreshing change of pace from lawyers I have dealt with in the past who seemed eager to rack up their billable hours. I really appreciate all the work she did on my case, and would hire her again in a second.

I had a very tough case about divorce and child issues, I was very depressed of all the negative impacts given by the other party until I met Yuliya. Today in court I watched Mastery , Tanis is a skilled, brilliant, & powerful attorney. After I was falsely accused of domestic abuse in 2014 , and issued a restraining order and re issued again in 2015 , my prior lawyers basically told me to stay quiet and I did , I listened and listened to 100% false accusations my my ex , I hired attorney Yannetti in 2015 , she was confident right away she could have this restraining order terminated immediately , yet she she still made a wise decision to wait until today April 14, 2016 to finally " have my day in court " Tanis made this decision so she could get to work , pulling transcripts, having them transcribed , finding all inconsistent statements made by my ex Tanis found things that Nobody else saw , from big things like Purgery , to dates that just didn't or couldn't even be possible, all overlooked by my former council , she took on 4 lawers today , and stayed so cool , the plaintiff my ex , could not control herself and her lawyers and the judge had to constantly tell the plaintiff to stop , Tanis read every transcript and her knowledge on my case was outstanding, picking up immediate on any inaccuracies the opposing lawyers made and some were small that most attorneys would miss, her objections were timely and perfect and her asking of the relevance of certain items brought in or up kept the hearing in order not allowing anybody to divert the subject of why we were there and that was Justice , I was losing faith in our Justice system Tanis restored it! If anybody needs help with false accusations, and women being guided by V.A.W.A . Tanis is your best shot in a positive outcome . Her closing arguments, were powerful and strong , stating facts . Today Justice prevailed and it happened because Tanis Yannettis attention to detail! God Bless America

Rose Ellen is and will continue to be my family lawyer. I looked at three lawyers before choosing her. I realized that she struck a balance between empathetic and object all the while maintaining being a bulldog.

Attorney Geller explained the process up front - the legal costs and the issues. He quickly gained my trust and made me feel confidant. Brian is an exceptional attorney. He is thoughtful, considerate and is eager to find common ground. While many attorney's are eager to pick a fight, he works hard to help settle issues by highlighting what's important. That said he is both firm and forceful when necessary.
My divorce was particularly difficult and drawn out. It had a high degree of complexity involving a GAL and other child related issues. Brian was able to lay out a plan of attack and get to core issues quickly. He kept me well informed throughout the process and understood nuances of the legal system that other attorney's were not only unaware of but had no idea of how to use to their advantage.
On a personal note, he was phenomenal to work with. In the end we won and my children are thankful for it. I regularly recommend him to friends of mine that are in need of a good attorney and are going through divorce and especially those with complex child custody related issues.

Brian was/is my divorce attorney. I hired him on the advice of a friend who went through a messy divorce (mine was too), and it was the best thing I did during my divorce. He's helped with a couple of follow up issues in the years since.
The main thing I liked about Brian is that he was calm and measured. My ex would do something horrible, or make some outrageous legal claim, and I would start to respond with some of the same, and Brian would calmly explain why my I should not do so, and why her approach was probably going to be counter productive to her. This measured approach dialed down the intensity of the fight even though her attorney was a barracuda, which led to a fair divorce settlement out of court with less stress for everyone, and the kids in particular.
The other thing Brian did was write an incredibly thorough legal separation document - so long that the judge remarked on its length, but it has been a god send. My ex is constantly trying to come up with some new interpretation of our agreement, some new way in which she does less, or pays less, and has more, but she cannot because all the terms are in the separation agreement.
If you are looking for a lawyer out of a court-room drama, Brian is not for you. He's not going to come up with convoluted legal arguments and claim that you will get everything you want (which is not going to happen anyway). If you are looking for an adult, a serious lawyer who is going to gently but firmly guide you to a more successful outcome for you (and your kids), then I think you'll be happy if you hire him.

I hired Beth to help me negotiate the terms of an uncontested divorce. She walked me through the process and negotiated separation terms with my ex's lawyer, as well as prepared all of the forms and paperwork I needed to file with the court.
Beth advised me on the possible courses of action and gave recommendations, but also made sure my opinions and needs were expressed to the other party. In the end, we ended up with a fair settlement without having to involve outside mediation or going to trial.
Beth was accessible, professional, and informative throughout the process. I would strongly recommend her, especially in cases where settling equitably out of court is the goal.

Like many of us, you suddenly find yourself in a situation where you need an attorney but you see hundreds of them listed. My ex-wife had hired an attorney from Franklin Mass who was touted as a "super attorney" by his firm. Needless to say, I was concerned.
In short, I cannot say enough about Bruce. He is not only a wonderful guy, his 30 plus years of doing this made the "super attorney" look inexperienced. For over a year we heard opposing counsel say "this won't happen..." and that won't happen, taking cheap shots along the way. Bruce handled everything professionally and these things DID happen (as Bruce said they would) and we won.
That said, no one wins in a divorce. But if you need to go through this miserable process, you'll want Bruce. He'll carefully explain things, listen, and firmly correct you when you do something stupid (like I did on a few occasions). He is well-liked by opposing attorneys and judges. And, Bruce charged HALF what the supper attorney did. Just a wonderful guy. You won't go wrong.

How to proceed through a divorce. The first step I would recommend is to seek this gentleman's advice. I was faced with a divorce from a embittered spouse. Bruce and I met and his knowledge, intelligence and calm manner throughout the process made the difference. I have no reservations about my choice, if you are reading this and thinking of hiring someone, Bruce will take excellent care of you.
I was reminded by Bruce throughout the process of the goal, that is to end this unhealthy relationship without causing irreparable harm to my children. I was able to take the 'high road' with confidence knowing that Bruce has a keen understanding of my situation, no matter how low the other side went.
I will say that he did the work when it came to the financials and division. I was at a loss as how to proceed, Bruce was able to explain to me how it will all work out.
I have two children that Bruce understood to be my main focus. He kept each one of them in the forefront of his thinking and together we were able to reach an agreement with the other side that kept my children protected from the process.
The entire length of my proceedings, a year, Bruce was always in contact to keep me updated and allow me to keep him informed. While Bruce has assistants, to delegate some of his workload, I was always greeted by and met with Bruce.

Mark helped me with a matter between my ex partner and I. Unfortunately, I made a mistake that put me as the defendant having to battle my way out, but without Mark's help, I wouldn't have won. He was very helpful and even took extra measures to help me get my name off of the lease agreement, and to get the utilities out of my name-- he didn't have to do this, but his compassion for his client and his career was his first priority.
