I highly recommend Mildred. I couldn't of ask for my case to go more smoothly and painless then it did. She walked me through everything I needed to do step by step and explained everything clearly leaving me feeling confident in every decision. When I had a question for her she responded quickly and really made me feel as if she was available when ever I needed. I trusted her with every issue and felt at ease doing so. Jamie was knowledgeable, professional, and fair. She was respectful, persistent and focused In all of her dealings with my son's father. She was able to bring about an increase in child support for my son with creative thinking. She suggested my son's father file for bankruptcy to get out from underneath heavy credit card debt, this allowed my ex to be able to increase his child support financially contribute meaningfully for our son's wellbeing.

I have known Mr. Ciano for over 30 years now. He's a very firm all business guy. Frank doesn't waste any time. He's emotional but in the way you want your attorney to be.
He's animated and at times theatrical and I mean that in the most flattering way. He's compassionate! Is a better word. He will argue for his clients until the end and then he still will argue for his clients. Can't go bad for anyone who has Frank on their side!

Due to the previous circumstances of my marriage, I was facing a twelve-year alimony liability that would have been financially disastrous for me, and would have prevented me from making a new start. Paula weaved together an astonishingly favorable settlement agreement that saved me tens of thousands of dollars, through courteous and efficient negotiations with the other side, even factoring in overseas jurisdictions, due to some of my assets being in Europe. I found myself in need of a divorce lawyer. A friend recommended me their attorney. My divorce was not going to be typical. I had two boys that were 6 and 3 and their mom was not in a grounded place. I needed to have custody. I had to hold things together. It was not promising. Dads did not fair well in 1999 regarding custody.
After a number of meetings it was clear that there was going to be trial. My attorney had a vacation planned and she had to bring in a partner. Enter Paula Berg.
In under an hour Paula told me a few basic things that I could rely on when testifying at trial. She was honest, and that does not always mean what I want to hear. She told me that I had the right lawyer and that I had to do exactly what I was told, because we were a team. She explained that dads do not typically get custody, and she followed that up with "so what, I do not have a problem going against the odds". She is a kind, warm person, but that is not how I would describe her professionally. Paula is very no nonsense, direct, and she knows the law. She knows what judges need to do their job. That is worth reading twice. I have referred Paula to a few friends, which also resulted in success. Again, pick the right lawyer and do exactly what she says. She is the right lawyer.

I have hired John to assist on three real estate transactions, over the past two years, pertaining to our family trust and downsizing for my mother. Attourney Paula Fox represented my daughter in a custody case, which lasted about 3 years, as her "ARC" Attourney. Rachel is an outstanding attorney; I am quite pleased with her practice, the timeliness of the deliverable, prompt follow-up e-mails, and clear, concise, easy to understand answers to all of my questions.
Before retaining Rachel, I had several initial conversations, reviewed my circumstances, and briefly discussed her 31 years of experience. Rachel's retainer was highly competitive, and the cost/benefit return was terrific!
Immediately after retaining Rachel, I received the initial paperwork to file for my divorce. Two weeks later, I spoke with Rachel to review our options and agreed on a separation agreement. We did not know much about my ex-wife situation concerning the retention of council and a few other issues. As such, Rachel mailed our separation agreement to my ex-wife with a firm but gentle letter requesting her to sign and return the proposed agreement within 14 days.
Rachel received a counter proposal from my ex-wife a short time later. Rachel reviewed the counter proposal and called me with her assessment and a few suggested changes. I agreed with her suggestions, and we returned the amended separation agreement almost immediately after our call. I am now waiting for my ex-wife to sign Rachel's amended separation agreement. I am confident that upcoming amendments will continue to be addressed in the prompt, professional, and client-friendly manner I have come to expect from Rachel.
I am delighted with Rachel; I would recommend her without hesitation.

Attorney Rittershaus is not only a rare find, but also a delight to work with. I first hired him in 2015, after I exhausted myself with the search for an attorney. When I first met him, I was overwhelmed by his warmth and graciousness, and after that with his dedication to my case, his skillfulness, understanding, and going more than an extra mile for me. Attorney and guardian Angel is golden combination, particularly when it comes to settlements that are not respected by one party. I trusted my ex-husband when it came to a divorce and went to a mediator with him. Hoooowever Ex-husbands with a new wife can have a tendency to not respect alimony settlement, that are done through only a mediator. That is particularly so, if they have their own company and can maneuver money around. Ethan produced exactly the result I wished for, even though the case ended up more difficult than originally expected, and my ex had hired an attorney who had far more years of experience than Attorney Rittershaus. My particular wish was to have the case conducted with love and respect. That was the main reason I was not able to hire another attorney. Well, I got all that I wished for and even more.
I hired attorney Rittershaus again recently, and he surprised me even more. I was not in the US and needed Documents in Germany, and I needed them fast. He did the impossible and in the most speedy manner. I also needed a letter stating a certain Law in the US. Attorney Rittershaus composed that letter with elegance, and in a most excellent manner. The letter was written as if he is both an American and a German Attorney. He provided even references in the German Law system, that corresponded to my Case! What was even more surprising, was the speedy manner in which the Documents arrived in spite of all the obstacles that the outbreak of Covit 19 brought about.
Now I am hiring again, for yet another case, and so very appreciative to have him as my attorney again.
I know the praise I sing for Attorney Rittershaus may be hard to believe. However, once you meet him in Person, you will see that I have hardly praised attorney Rittershaus Enough!

I was going through a divorce while pregnant which then turned into a more difficult situation with a custody case as well. During this all Felicia was beyond helpful, useful and very honest in telling me what to expect. She was attentive and reasonable.
I had a friend going through a divorce during the same period and we would compare notes and my attorney was by far the best out of both and I did end up in fact with the outcome I wanted and expected while my friend did not.

I was let go from a previous job in a rather messy fashion. So messy, that many lawyers weren't even interested in the case. What you want is someone who knows his stuff cold, really takes your side, and treats you fairly and respectfully. That's Ed. He's done all our important contract work - and has helped me navigate an issue at municipal court. He's extremely efficient, explains it all in easy to understand terms, and helps you make the right decisions. It takes the stress out of the process - which is a big deal - and even more importantly, has gotten me successful outcomes (an even bigger deal!).

A friend referred me to Attorney Krippendorf because my case was complex and required someone who was sharp and skilled in both criminal and divorce law. Before I could focus on my divorce case and custody of my children, I had to overcome a criminal case that was wrongly brought against me. Nonetheless, Attorney Krippendorf guided me through the process and had the criminal case dismissed so we could then focus our efforts on the divorce proceedings. From the beginning, he wanted to understand my needs and what I wanted in the end. His strategy was based on that and throughout the process, he informed me on what we needed to do to achieve that.
