I got into my first accident and received my first ticket, which would’ve added two points to my record. Being young, I did not know how handling the ticket nor case worked and the court was far from my home and now not having a car would’ve been difficult to get to. I reached out to John and he was very informative and kind when explaining what he could do for me. He spoke to the prosecutor on my behalf and handled everything from start to finish as soon as I sent the money. What would’ve been a two point ticket ended as a ticket with 0 points that won’t be on my driving record, or insurance, and I didn’t have to lift a finger! He kept me updated as my case progressed and provided the resources for me to pay my ticket. I would recommend John to anyone!

Family court is rarely a “good” experience. But even in the bad experiences, having Don to fight for you and your kids makes the bad times feel less heavy. He doesn’t fill your head with promises and is very honest about what can be done. He communicates with you about all possible outcomes and genuinely listens to your worries and makes sure you understand what is happening. SO thankful for everything you’ve done Don! My only regret is not finding him sooner.

Exceptional Lawyer !!!!
I spent a week consulting lawyers about our case, they all needed to do research before agreeing to take the case.
I emailed Mrs. Donna Medina at 1:15 a.m. on a Sunday morning regarding our urgent case, she called me back at 3:30 am and gave instructions on how to proceed. That Monday, Donna stepped into a highly complicated case and showed exceptional legal prowess. The instructions from the 1st session wound up being pivotal to the case being resolved in our favor. She guided us through a complicated process taking over 2 years and four courts to resolve. She managed the technical/legal process while acting as a counselor to help keep our emotions intact. She kept the 'Family' in family law. No call, email or text went unanswered, she was extremely responsive. Donna’s experience, professionalism and attention to detail stood out as our case moved all the way to the State Supreme Court for rulings. We watched as Mrs. Medina respectfully coached multiple judges on the law/court procedures because our case was so unique. One day after court, I told my wife "it’s like watching Micheal Jordon in the court room". Retaining Donna was a slam dunk for our family! I honestly don’t even know where to start with this review. Donna Medina is one of the best people I have ever met. I had an extremely complicated child custody case, and she handled it SO perfectly. She truly cares about me and my girls. She was there for me emotionally and always made me feel like I was her only case , even though I knew how busy she was. She was always so professional, handled everything with such a great attitude. And let me tell you, it was not easy dealing with what we were dealing with. She truly made me a stronger mother and showed me how to stand up for myself. I truly went through the worst times of my life dealing with my case and I swear she made it “not that bad”. I hired Randy because I was facing a 1st DUI charge. He was honest about the facts of my case(the good, bad and the ugly) from start to finish. He combed through everything: audio/visual, roadside test results and certifications, background, etc.
He is a great communicator and was readily available to answer any questions I had...talk, text or email- he was there.
I ended up with a reduced charge and NO probation. Highly recommend!

If you need an attorney, Randy is the attorney to call for legal guidance and representation. Do not waste your time by calling any other attorney for help! I sought help from Randy while going through the painfull experience of an unwanted high-conflict divorce. We worked with Jeffrey Lambert and Joe Barberi on a parenting time case. While the process had its challenges, they ultimately helped us achieve the desired result. If you're going through a divorce, do yourself a favor and call Ruth! I can't imagine having survived this without her. Divorce is awful, one of the toughest things I've ever been through, but Ruth made it so much more manageable. Can’t tell you to stay away from this attorney enough. She not only won’t fight for you she fights for the OTHER person. She knows nothing about Medicare and gave me council to allow my millionaire ex to file her taxes jointly. I fought against it very hard, but it was introduced at the very end. I was told the whole thing was at risk if I blocked it from happening. Now I’m being charged $500 a month for Medicare when I shouldn’t be at all. When I called to inform her of the massive mistake I was told how easy of a fix it was and that’s it’s no big deal. My Christmas with my daughter got ruined because they took retro from my check, but it’s no big deal. Well, it turns out it’s a huge deal to fix and it’s going to cost me even more. She passed the buck when confronted. I didn’t even have enough food for the month because of her unwillingness to fight on one thing.
The worst thing she did was gang up on me with the social worker in our case. They both interrogated me for over an hour trying to get me to “walk back” my statement that the social worker had essentially coerced me into signing the parenting plan. Instead of believing me and fighting for me they both decided to try and get me to lie. I refused, and I’m glad I did. It turned out the social worker was lying, texted me accidentally admitting it in the middle of the interrogation, and quit the case the following Monday. I’m telling you coillabrative divorce is a scam to rob the poor of any opportunity to be heard. Your voice gets completely stomped on. Do not do it! Go to trial. Definitely do not hire this attorney. She’ll seem great at first, but her lack of knowledge will hurt you severely. Happy New Year.

Channelle drafted the wrong wording regarding spousal support after taking her to two mediations, per my new lawyer that I took to my final arbitration. She hardly looked at my case, and relied on her office personnel to handle everything. When I showed up at the first mediation she asked me why we were there and if me and my ex could reconcile (no). I felt she sided with my ex in terms of giving him 50/50 parenting time even though I was a stay at home mom. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

I hired Todd for a very serious charge pertaining to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. This was a Felony matter and the possibility of an extend jail sentence was real and highly probable. From the first visit with him in Oakland county Jail he was honest and upfront with me on what he felt he could bring to the table. I couldn’t be happier with his services from the day of retention all the way through to sentencing. He was always very responsive and fought hard against the prosecutor when they tried to make a case for a harsher punishment.
