I was dealing with a very difficult situation, and it was only for a referee hearing our divorce was already final. Lana was very supportive, caring, forthright, and so knowledgeable about all the laws. She helped me stand tall with a difficult ex and took my financial situation into account. She knew that the money I was using was a gift from a friend who had passed away and was very good about ensuring I received what was left when we closed the case. She was able to help me realize he couldn't bully me any longer.. I wish I would have used her for my divorce!! Her care for her clients is amazing and her 1st priority are the children involved and taking care of her clients. She is AMAZING!!! I was absolutely grateful to have found her. I will absolutely use her again and always refer her to everyone I know! This review is long over due-Lana-Thank you for all you did!!!!

Lana is not only very professional, she is a compassionate person. After I was refereed to a lawyer, I decided I wanted to keep looking because I had that feeling that the lawyer seen me as just another case. Then I found Lana. Lana was very different and I am so glad to have run into her. Do yourself a favor and consider her as your attorney. You won't find a better person to give you legal advice; that goes a long way for me. She is also extremely knowledgeable while providing an experience that feels so much more than a legal consultation. She's a real human being and you just can't find that anywhere else. I hired Jackie for my divorce and child custody case, and I am so glad that I did. She is the best of the best. From our very first meeting, Jackie was extremely approachable, understanding, compassionate, and so reassuring. My case became extremely difficult and messy and Jackie was always there to guide me and answer any questions I had. She was very responsive to calls and emails. My alimony from my divorce settlement was nearly $2000 dollars a month. When I retired I was unable to pay that amount without draining my retirement funds. Michael put into motion through the courts and mediation my situation and using his prowess of the legal system successfully eliminated my alimony, yayyyy!!! I normally don't write reviews, but after having Attorney Cicchelli represent me in my very messy divorce case, I felt that I should write one. I was going through my divorce case that lasted for a very long time due to my ex fighting me on every single issue. I must say that Attorney Cicchelli was there for me every step of the way. I don't know much about court stuff, but Attorney Cicchelli and her staff were able to walk me through every step on what i needed to do and she made sure I fully understood what was going on. I'm so blessed to have found Attorney Cicchelli and in the long run it was worth every penny. Thank you for all you have done for me. Erica Cicchelli was awesome. I was at a point in my life where I was drowning in debt and the thought of even considering bankruptcy was mortifying. Erica took the time to educate and explain the bankruptcy process to me. I was very intimidated and as I went through the process it was virtually painless and I have regained my life back. I highly recommend hiring Erica Cicchelli to represent you in any type of legal matter but particularly in a divorce custody matter. She represented me in a very contentious custody fight. Michelle was there to assist me though very difficult divorce with children in 2014. She was always there to meet with me and had a quick response to any questions or concerns that I had. She always kept me up to date with the process. Over the last 8 years, I have faced repeating challenges with child support issues. Michelle has met with me on short notice, taken my phone calls and guided me through these challenging situations. I highly recommend Michelle as a trusted advisor and advocate. One thing to keep in mind is to interview each lawyer, and judge for yourself. I met with three to four attorneys before selecting Michelle. One person's bad review is not necessarily the true representation of everyone's experience. Excellent attorney.

After a failed attempt with my first attorney, Attorney Daniel Andoni was knowledgeable, courteous and aggressive to my needs for my court case. When I retained him he put together a game plan based on what I requested him to do and he got sole custody for my daughter in a state where it’s believed to be mother-favoring. I am very satisfied with the legal help provided by Mr. Puckett. I hired him to help with my divorce when things had started to become messy. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, has a very good sense of how situations are going to play out, and also keeps the human side of things in mind. I came to the initial consultation terrified. I was being falsely accused of abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. I had no idea how any of this worked. As far as I knew, I was going to end up destitute and broken after the divorce. After explaining my situation to Mr. Puckett, he gave me what he thought a likely outcome would be. And he was right. Instead of the nightmare that I thought would play out, I ended up with a fair and equitable settlement with my ex wife. I would recommend Mr. Puckett in a heart beat!

New laws in MI allow many felony convictions to be expunged. While you can try to do this yourself, I highly recommend Mr. LaBre to do this process for you. It's well worth me money as it can change your life. He took care of everything for me.

I am very fortunate to have found Mr. Marchese. I was given an impossible task of finding a lawyer with little time and in a different state than I lived in. When I reached out to the office online at 8pm, I was not expecting an email back that same evening, let alone within 30 minutes. Mr. Marchese personally emailed me about my concerns and agreed to meet with me the next day. One of the things that makes him stand out against other lawyers is his responsiveness and ability to write about case law. I had multiple people tell me how lucky I was to have a lawyer who responded to emails and phone quickly as Mr. Marchese did. This was my first time ever hiring a lawyer, I did not know what to expect. Mr. Marchese is the person you want to hire if you’re looking for a fair and try-hard lawyer. Mr. Marchese knowledge of case law is so vast that our the Judge complimented on his writing. There was absolutely no comparison between his writing and understanding of the law vs. the opposing counsel. Once again, I was very fortunate to have him as my attorney. I found Mr. Marchese to be very understanding, empathetic and honorable. Nobody wants to go through a divorce, custody battle or fight false allegations. I can honestly say that Mr. Marchese tries to see both sides of the coin, which is absolutely necessary in these type of circumstances. Family law, I have learned, is not black and white. The foundation that Mr. Marchese laid for my case will always be greatly appreciated. When you have a lawyer that fights for justice and the truth, like Mr. Marchese practices, in the end...You cannot fail. I looked at reviews on Avvo when I needed to find a new lawyer to take over my previous lawyer's subpar job on my case after 6 months. I saw Daniel's reviews and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did! He did more for me in the 3 months on my case than my previous lawyer, and everything was done via phone and email as I had moved out of state earlier this year. I recently applied for my green card with him and am very happy I found him. Not only will he guide you through the whole thing and explain what's what, he'll also give you pretty decent estimates of outcomes and their timelines. Keep in mind that this is immigration and nothing's guaranteed, but he definitely knows how to present your case. Thanks to him, my EAD came through pretty fast and I'm very thankful for it. Added bonus, his services are VERY affordable.

I was in a rough spot once my divorce started. I honestly didn't know where to turn to. I found Tara Parker online and requested a meeting. I briefed her on how everything started out for me. My Ex-Wife ran off with my children, without me knowing, accused me of things that I would never do, and wouldn't let me know where my children were, and if they were ok. My daughter is autistic and was taken out of Therapy for a lengthy time, my son was taken out of school and wasn't enrolled into school until 4 weeks later. Tara Parker and Amy Koshy helped me out so much. I was on the losing end, paying an exuberant amount of child and spousal support, the courts willingly gave her the kids, and it seemed like I was a total loss. Tara Parker and Amy Koshy assured me to hold my head up high, be strong, and the courts will decide the right thing in the end. A lot of new information was brought into light, I was able to start seeing my kids, and In the end, due to the grueling 1 year battle of this divorce, I got my children back, permanently. The case was flipped and I definitely cried at the news when I was told by Amy. God Bless these two, and for all they have done. They definitely give Fathers a fighting chance to see and have their children again! Thank You.

My experience with Kathryn was amazing. Not only was she amazing at keeping in touch with me about things I really felt she cared as a person and really wanted to help. Not only is she passionate about helping her clients, she is incredibly knowledgeable and touch in the way you want your attorney to be. I can be really head strong and she had no problem even keeping me in check a few times when it was needed. I absolutely would and will recommend her and her firm to anyone that needs her services. I was getting divorced right before we hit 20yrs together. I needed help and Kathryn supplied it in droves. Even when I backpedaled on going through with it, she supported me, gave me some things to think about, and in the end I figured out what I needed and she stuck by me. I have no idea what the going rate for a divorce lawyer is in Michigan but I felt what I paid was reasonable. I’m in Genesee County and we did all the consultations and hearings electronically. Email, text, zoom. It all went well.

I had a challenging custody case where I took a job out of state and was fighting for the court to approve my son moving with me full time, only having visitation in MI with his mother during school breaks and vacations. I had spoken to several other lawyers before Eric, and none of them seemed to have confidence in my case. After speaking with Eric, he made me feel comfortable with my chances. Ultimately, after several months of court issues, we won the case and my son moved with me. The price was considerably more than I was prepared for, but, had I gone with the lower cost/less confident options and lost I would always regret not choosing to hire the best. He communicates well, is direct, and knows his stuff... All things I would want/expect from a Lawyer. I also think he is a nice/friendly person who takes an interest in his clients, but when considering a lawyer that is fairly low on my priority list as I want a lawyer that will win so that aspect is just a "bonus" in my eyes. All that being said, my son is with me, he is very happy and has straight A's in his new school. Hopefully, I never NEED to talk to Eric again, but if something ever happened and I need a family law lawyer again, I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

I was married 25 years; With that said, I couldn't have known a good lawyer from a bad lawyer. Pazner was an awesome replacement from a terrible lawyer. My case was dragged nearly an entire year because of the previous attorney's weakness. When I understood what was happening I hired Pazner as substitute counsel. In a little over two months my case was concluded with a fair and equitable settlement.

Without boring you with the specifics.. I was looking at a mandatory minimum of 2 years in prison. It all stemmed from a road rage incident FROM THE OTHER GUY. I defended myself from harm and even called 911. However, the man was most likely connected with the law enforcement community as there were 3 Michigan State Police cars outside my house when I arrived home. Needless to say, I was a little concerned. I needed a reputable criminal attorney that knew their stuff. I maintain my innocence, but try convincing the State Police and Prosecutor’s Office of that when they KNEW THE GUY (in my humble opinion.) I instantly hired Derrick George. I think I visited his office twice with information and statements about the incident. Now, I don’t know HOW he did it but Derrick George, Magic Man, stopped everything BEFORE the Prosecutor’s Office even looked at the incident. No trial. No pre-prosecution diversion, NOTHING! I even got a phone call from the State Police saying everything was fine. Mind you, that was after the original meeting when 3 state troopers were sweating me hard and searching my house, etc. I believe to this day that the phone call from them was a form of an apology for being overzealous. Without Derrick George on my side, who knows what might’ve happened. He is friendly, knowledgeable and most all CARING. His connections are undeniable. If you find yourself in a jam, don’t make a terrible mistake and hire a subpar attorney, hire somebody that has your back. Thank you Derrick. You are a life saver. I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! Even though my kids said to the officers my mom was lying! It didn’t matter at all. I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed. The state dragged my 96 year old aunt kicking and screaming from her home April 18, 2022 with the baseless claim that she was legally incapacitated. . Mr. Dillon was very open and clear cut, he let me know all my options and told me what the court was most likely to do. He walked me through everything as this was my first time in court. I got 6 months probation with an OWI on my record with fines but the MIP was waived. While inquiring a new attorney for my (high conflict) family law case I asked both family and friends for recommendations. Attorney Chatterton came highly recommended from both sides. I was immediately impressed by Attorney Chatterton during our initial consultation. Not only was I able to give ample information but also very specific details pertaining to my case that prior attorneys had dismissed my concerns for.
