In my opinion Chris is a true professional. He has the knowledge and experience to navigate the complex legal and justice system with ease and finesse. My experience has been filled with education, great advice and complete follow through. The legal system is filled with enormous pitfalls and confusion. Chris not only has the experience to overcome these obstacles through his experience, he has the wherewithal to see what is being put on the table, methodically address the issue at hand to negotiate and resolve the issue with a fair and clear resolution. My only regret is; I wish, I would have been introduced years before.

I hired Atty Chris Wirth 10 days prior to my trial date. Without hesitation he took my case. From 0 custody with a supervisor to a 50/50 is a huge win for me. Matthew came recommended to me when my husband filed against me for divorce. After a brief interview I hired him. He was very concise and thorough making sure he didn’t leave anything out that could be damaging to me down the road, as he explained my options. He took as much time as I needed to help me understand how to move forward explaining the pros and cons to help make my transition as easy as possible. He was very caring and supportive through all of it and helped me get the peaceful outcome I was trying to achieve and never tried to talk me into something that I didn’t want. Not only is David Zoglio a fantastic lawyer, he is an amazing family man. He made me feel relaxed and at ease during very stressful circumstances. Yet, he never sugar coated anything. Melissa was very professional and sensitive to my situation. My divorce took longer than normal and had many "bumps" due to my ex husband's criminal case. Jeff Kortes put some extra work in convincing the assistant DA to get my case dismissed. A few months ago I was charged with felony child abuse in a matter involving my son. I didn’t like the prospect of going to trial, and pleading to a reduced charge would have some bad consequences. I understand that most cases are settled during the 1st court appearance however we had to do some extra work to get a dismissal.
Jeff always replied to my emails the same or next day and I liked that he usually answers his phone, unlike most lawyers. He also asked the judge to modify bond conditions and allow me travel out of state.
Overall Jeff is a very professional, understanding and experienced attorney.

Jeff and his team did a great job managing my case. This was the worst thing to ever happen to me, but he and his staff helped me navigate this troublesome time. They kept me in the loop on what was happening with my case in the court and answered the many questions that I had for them. Mr. Kortes was sensitive to my work schedule and often gave his time for consultation after normal work hours. Communication between him and his office was always prompt. Most of all, he is extremely knowledgeable with these types of cases. After the incident, he asked specific and pointed questions to help improve the outcome. I felt very comfortable leaving my fate in his expert hands; it is obvious he has defended many clients in similar circumstances.

I hired Mr. Kortes in August 2015 to represent my son, a college student, for a probation violation for 2 misdemeanors from 2014. My son organizationally challenged, absent minded and struggles with attention (all diagnosed), and missed a recent probation appointment. As this was not his first, he was facing jail time for the remainder of his probation.
Knowing that my son was truly trying to get his life in order, we wanted representation for a probation violation (PV) hearing, which I believe is not the norm. My son’s original lawyer was not available. Mr. Kortes, with the assistance of his partner, Jerry Lykins, stepped up to bat the day before the hearing. Mr. Kortes was able to successfully represent my son by highlighting the progress he has made in the last 6 months, his diagnosed condition and the support system in place to help him stay on right track. The hard work is now up to my son to comply with all aspects of his probation before another review next year. Mr. Kortes paved the way to an outcome that I am told was truly unprecedented.

The most amazing lawyer ever. I was completely satisfied and more than happy how he took time and cared deeply about my future and well being. I hired Mr Urbani as my divorce attorney and we spent almost two years together going through a horrible part of my life. We hung in there and he put up with me and a few tears along the way. Always, had a Kleenex box for me and a joke to make me smile. He was amazing in trial. I wish I had a video of it all. He will take special care of you and his staff is wonderful and prompt. I have known and used Anthony for over 21 years. I have recommended many clients to him - and never has there been a complaint. He wins. He cares about his clients, but tells you like it is. Doesn't sugar coat anything, tells you the law.
I find myself needing to use him again - and I will prevail. I will not stress over my current situation, because he is that good. His life is in his hands and I'm completely comfortable with that.

Having already gone through the divorce process with a different lawyer I was left feeling taken advantaged of, underrepresented, just a dollar sign, and had a distrust in lawyers in general. Knowing that I would need representation again in the future related to custody issues I needed to find another attorney. I remembered an attorney that spoke at Second Saturday, an informational workshop for women dealing with divorce. Colline was the lawyer that spoke about the legal issues related to divorce and her passion and expertise struck me then enough for me to remembered her years later.
I felt understood and safe with Colline and this was so no easy task because of my prior experience with attorneys. She took the time to understand my case and situation more than anyone had done previously. She not only has impressive knowledge with family court and custody she also understands and is sensitive to the personal aspect of your case. Colline knew when to give me straight facts, that at times was challenging to hear and also when to be empathize with me as person and mother.
Her abilities to represent me in the court room were just as impressive as some of her other qualities already mentioned. She was prepared and organized with all the details of my case but what I valued even more was her passion to make sure my daughters and I had the best chance at a life without consent fear. My case was not a simple and I was consistently amazed at her drive to represent me in the best way possible. Colline was able to overcome what seemed like impossible barriers that allowed me to have the best outcome with my custody arrangement.
Having Colline on my side was the only thing that allowed me to not break during the most stressful time in my life. For this reason alone I recommend her to anyone that wants an attorney that will always put forth extreme effort, has impressive knowledge and judgement with the law, and cares deeply about you as a person. I was first introduced to Mr. Tafelski years ago as my court appointed attorney. For anyone who doesn't know, a court appointed arrangment is not profitable for the lawyer at all, his fee couldn't have even covered his fuel expenses. It was basically pro bono. Anyway, I was facing a felony possession conviction and did not even have the money to bail myself out. Paul took my case all the way. He brought me a suit to wear to court so I did not have to wear jail "clothes". Paul not only tracked down a witness for my defense, he drove 30 miles one way just to remind the witness of the court date and make sure he would show up. When we went to jury trial Paul was a straight up stud. This guy is money in the courtroom! It was awesome. It was like watching a movie. I couldn't believe it. The bottom line is, Paul won the case for me and I was found 'not guilty'! Haha,Then Paul told me to keep the suit. The absolute best part was the look on the prosecutors face when the verdict was read. It was certainly different than the menacing sneer that she continuously shot my way throughout the entire case. The look on the face of the police officer who testified against me wasn't bad either.
My life has since turned around dramtically for the better and I have hired Paul for everything from my divorce to restoring my license. Someone at Paul's firm is reachable at all times and I have never felt better represented. I have never once felt rushed and people I know are amazed at how much time Paul always spends during consultations.
I will never need any other attorney for as long as Paul practices law and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help.
If your looking to hire an attorney who actually cares and shines in a court of law, Paul Tafelski is your man!

My case was quite unique in a sense that it was over a decade old. I had a previous lawyer and also represented myself to the Secretary of State without any good results, year after year. Long story short, Paul was able to clear me from the mess I had created in my underage days as I had moved from the state of Michigan and reside now in California. He was very professional and knowledgable with the little information he had on me long distance and handled my case very well. All in all he got me out of my bind and cleared my record. I recommend him for any OWI or DUI case you have.

Amanda did an excellent job defending me against a bogus domestic violence charge, which I stood my ground on and refused to plead to. She singlehandedly debunked the testimony of 4 witnesses and brought out the truth of the case in front of a jury. Yes this case went all the way to a jury trial that lasted 12 hours, and thanks to her confidence and determination, I was rendered a verdict of not guilty.

Parvine is the best! Absolutely, hands down, bar none! I was being railroaded with a criminal matter and a friend referred me to her.
