They withdrew as my counsel 4 days before my hearing, did not attempt to help with a continuance, did not say they were sorry. They then logged into the courts efile system under another attorneys name, lied to the court, and withdrew my attorney from representing me. This action is flirting with unethical practices and I will be complaining to the bar and board of professionals. Public record also shows that evenson decker is currently being sued for malpractice. RUN AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!

This guy John Burns jr is a fraud and a joke. He claims he is for father’s rights on his website and more. Yet he rather help pad his pocket and help take a kid from a great father. Straight scum and any client should run from this liar. So many proven records to show and will expose him. Will be talking to the bar and showing you shouldn’t be a lawyer. Masquerading an an attorney for fathers rights. Yet you only take mostly women clients. I hope anyone take notice and run. Fathers deserve better.

We had the pleasure of working with Joseph Flanders. My husband recently has been diagnosed with PTSD. He had not worked in almost a year. We were trying to get me on my husbands IRA account so I could get money out of his IRA He was not able to answer simple security questions to take money out to pay off some bills. His Financial Institution said we needed to make me his guardian. Which he did not need. I reached out to Joe to see if he could help us. He agreed and we are so glad he did. He was very compassionate about our situation and bothered that they were not allowing this. He said a Judge would not sign off on a Conservertorship because my husband did not need one. He suggested making me his POA. That didnt work. He kept at them. He kept telling us I am not giving up! His hard work and determination paid off. Thanks to Joe we will not lose our house and are able to pay off bills that accumulated during this time. He actually cares about his clients. Thanks Joe!

I had no idea what to expect when going here. I know many businessman and business in the metro that use him and have for years. He left for Alaska years ago, came back and people still refer individuals his way. I think he owns the buildimg he operates out of and runs a straight forward ship. He is literally zero BS. If you're not transparent when interfacing with him he'll shoot it to you straight. Long term success and repeatable customers made it an easy choice to give him a chance and his performance makes it easy to return. By comparison he is very fair priced and I think he can be because of his fiscal responsibility overall. Zero surprises, very responsive. Go watch him in action. Easy choice.

Awful. No communication, No listening, they talk a big game to get you on board and that’s when it falls apart. By and large, they don’t care what the case is. They just want your money.
Mary R was what nightmares are made of when it comes to attorneys. She had zero understanding, refused to communicate, charged me for doing nothing, and I’m unfortunately left with no other option to report not only to my Att Gen but also the Office of Prof Resp.
Bill padding for doing nothing and horrible treatment with zero communication- I will not let this go, I will see this through. Not acceptable at all.
The unprofessional actions of one attorney could end up being a messy situation for the entire firm.

I wanted them to work with my original lawyer. They told him not to show up and then every time I asked why they didn't know anything about the case, Aaron would reply that that was expected because they came in halfway through. Funny they charged me the full amount for half a job.

I hired Adam to do a simple will, health directive and power of attorney. He failed on all 3. 2 lessons learned: 1) Get someone who is an estate attorney 2) Never pay everything up front (My bad).
After 6 months Adam was still unable to put the documents together. He avoided calls, made excuses and didn’t follow through on what he said he would do (calls, work, etc.). He charged me 3 times what an estate attorney quoted me (recently). I found Adam to be inconsistent, incompetent and not knowledgeable of estate law.

Mr. Murakami was courteous and professional in his office setting, but on more than one occasion after I'd hired him, I called the office regarding a couple of fairly straightforward questions, and he never returned my calls. I understand attorneys are busy, but he could have at least had his paralegal or other staff call me to try to help if he couldn't. Also, he was unable to appear in court with me, and had a colleague appear in his place. I just wish he would have called ahead to notify me of this to see if I wanted to wait for him, because I was used to him instead of having someone I had never met before show up in his place. The colleague was professional in court, and things went fairly well at the time. However, a debtor that I thought had been dissolved have been showing up on paper that should not be. I realize the legal landscape can be ever-changing and this event may not be the fault of Mr. Murakami.

I guess that sas the same dvd the doctor told me to take hame , after a failed trail with the pain pump ( I had a spinal headache for 3 days , thank god for a blood patch ) I should have never had the first pump implant.A year and a half hater the motor stalled , then a second pump was installed, now I am on my 3rd pump , thank you for getting some compensation years later , I never was involved in any type of lawsuit before , Nicole made it very easy on my end , and made me understand that the legal action will make Medtronic build better devices for others in the future . Absolutely this sam surface is no good at all.the 4 times I talk to him as the first time telling him yes on hiring him and that was it like a 5min talk.the 2 time he had to make it quick because he was at swimming lessons with his son and that was maybe 5min.the 3 time he had to make it quick again because he was out skiing with his son and again that was less then 5min.and the 4 time was the day befor court and him telling me he never filed any of the evidence or audio that he was given and had in his possession that was on my behalf to show different then what was sed about me.i allso asked him to file for the other person to show cause or prove with showen what thay wer saying was try or not.wich he dint do any thing at all.he told my aunt I would not call him back or I was avoiding his calls so I called him and ask him why would you lie to my aunt and say that to her and I have my phone records to show every time I talk or he called me or I called him.i asked him for a receipt on what he chared because my aunt is the that payed him and I wanted a recipe because I was fileing a complaint with the bar association and he told me I'm not give you any thing and I ask him if thairs any thing he wanted to say on his behalf why he dint file anything and he had a addatude again telling me I'm not given you anything.please note I have not seen my child in 17years and this time hired sam to represent me and he had made it so much worse now I cant even get a court date to have a judge here my side because thay sed I had my cance.after all this he still got payed 2500.00$ for talking to me on the phone for maybe 30minutes all together wich he claims that would be his free console realy and a court date asken for a continue because he had just been hired and needed time to file paperwork wich he never did.

After dealing with some serious baby momma drama for quite some time, I had enough and needed help with getting child custody/parenting time/support established. I have been a Law Enforcement Officer for over 10 years and have had plenty of encounters with several attorneys. With my duties I have spent plenty of time in the courtroom observing the way these individuals work. I have learned through my experiences that not all attorneys are created equal and that retaining an average attorney is not always a good idea. When it comes to criminal or civil issues that will effect you and your families lives forever, you need to have exceptional representation that knows what they are doing. Not only do they need to know what they are dealing with they also need to have high ethical standards.
Roxann exceeded my expectations with my case (which is not easy to do). First and foremost she genuinely cared about my situation. I never felt that she was just there to just collect a paycheck, she was there to help me get 50% custody of my son. She was very informative, punctual, and professional. Roxann also worked well with the attorney that was retained by my childs mother.

Danielle Difiore' at Anderson DiFiore, PLLC has gone above and beyond for our daughter. She made decisions I didn't always understand until the outcome, but she told me in our first meeting to trust her judgment and decisions throughout the case. I asked her to protect my daughter's voice and choice. And she did just that. And I am so glad I just listened to her, followed her and bit my tongue when I was worried it might not work. She has helped us protect our daughter. A lawyer is always expensive, and she is, but she is worth every dime and deserves every dime. Our case has been long and drawn out for years, but she was brave and took on the many filings in this case. She didn't care about winning or losing (she takes risks), she didn't care about background (a very broken situation), or even the money (allows payment plans), she cared about the child in the case and that has been so clear from day one. She has put in so much time, effort and care. My family calls her the chihuahua, she might be small, but don't let that fool you, she's feisty and fiery. Danielle is ready to put on a fight where it is needed. I don't think she knows just how much my family and I appreciate her and what she has done and continues to do to help us legally protect our daughter's voice. She's an amazingly kind human being, don't let that tough exterior fool you, she uses that for court and it's intimidating for sure, she can read anyone! And boy does she know how to use her abundance of knowledge where necessary, her filings are impeccable, her arguments flawless. I have had my fair share of legalities and meetings with attorneys. They were either for the average millionaire, unavailable, uninformed, too scared to rock the boat or take risks, or just didn't care at all, but there is no one better than Danielle. If you're honest (and you better be, she will read you) and if you can relinquish control, she will take your case where it needs to be. She will care about the child. Hire her now!

Danielle was an absolutely amazing attorney. She won handily both times we had to go to court over my custody agreement. She was more than available whenever I had questions, and was a perfect representation for me and my family. I wouldn't trust anybody with my children's future with me more than this firm. I owe them way more than I ever had to pay.

Overbilled us. Heather did not seem very knowledgeable, and we were charged double for when she had to ask her "boss" Lyndsey for help. Heather didn't seem to know a lot of the evidence very well but charged us as if she'd been scouring it for days. She made us pay for her time for her to correct her own mistakes. And then, when it was all over and we got a small refund for our second retainer (she burned through the first one very quickly), the following month, even though the case was concluded and nothing else had transpired, she sent me an email claiming that we owed more money but that her boss decided to waive it. How magnanimous. When I asked her how we were still being charged for her time when we hadn't had any business with her since the refund was issued, she never responded. Definitely wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

This law firm is in desperate and has lost their best attorney in John C. Lillie, III. It's rare that a law firm will sue their clients who have spent 10"s of thousands of dollars with them after only a couple months, but this is who this firm is. The owner will try to bully you and tell you that you don't know what you are talking about, but the next stop for me is the board of ethics. This firm has hurt me and my case beyond all measure. My advice is don't go with a firm that is so hard up for cash that it's the first order of business is to charge you first and ask questions second. Stay away. You'be been warned.
