Ken was assigned to my case as the GAL. Our first face to face meeting on or around July 12th 2020. Ken showed up empty handed. Not a pen computer or notebook. He was there to tell me the out come of his investigation that he hadn’t even properly completed or even spoke with me. He came in sit down and as I gave him my info regarding the case, I leant him a pen and paper to write notes down. I told him I was looking forward to getting my witnesses interviewed. Then he said “this has already been “corroborated”. I told him that seemed a little premature considering the only people that he had spoken with that time were the accusing party. They have a fiduciary duty to objectively go into each case. Since we had never met or spoken beyond scheduling, I was surprised he was telling me his mind was made up and this could be bad or worse.
He made deals if I would take xyz class then I could get overnights. I’d take the class he would say yeah well sorry no change.
Ken should never have control over kids and I would not consider him for any job. He lacked integrity, honesty, double billed me, didn’t conduct all interviews, but worst of all was not objective in working with my case. Never reunited with my oldest son and took 1093 days for the other 2.
In my opinion, please do not trust this person in any legal capacity in your case.

Chris has been our Attorney since 2002, for various issues. Some were very challenging cases and most recently about a land dispute. He did everything he could to save us money and was very wise of how to handle each situation. We believe he is very honest…and works hard to win the case. He definitely knows his stuff. He’s the man to use as a really great Attorney.
And his paralegal, Starla, is very helpful and great at her job, too!
We highly recommend Chris Allen and this Lawfirm .

I have used Lisa in the past as my attorney, and thought that she did such a fantastic job. I hired her again in 2020 and have been using her for the better part of the last 3+ years for issues regarding the custody agreement/child support/general well being of my son. I think it says a lot that I have been working with her for so long when it is regards to something so important to me. I trust her! Have never used a lawyer before, but Mr. Lemley was highly recommended to me by a friend. Tom explained the disability process to me in detail, and was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and concerns. He told me what I could expect, answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the process, and gave an approximate timeline on a result. Mr. Lemley was always there for me whenever I needed him, and ALWAYS returned my phone calls or e-mails, usually in less than an hour. He is definitely the reason I am receiving my social security disability today. I couldn't imagine going through this process alone. I would highly recommend Tom Lemley to anyone needing a lawyer.

Austin is the best family law practitioner in town imho. The staff at the office are lovely: very professional, friendly and responsive. Austin is very knowledgeable about his area of practice, takes the time to ensure that clients understand their options, and really goes to bat for them. Billing is very clear and uncomplicated. I felt very supported throughout my court case(s) and would ask him to be my lawyer again in a heartbeat if I ever found myself in a legal situation again. Would give him 10 stars if I could!

I hired David Breon to help me with a child support modification. He repeatedly would not do what asked without explanation. He would go missing for weeks and not communicate at all. I told him repeatedly I wanted to get it completed, but he kept dragging his, made lots of excuses. He did nothing but waste my time and money and now I have to start over with a new lawyer

I used Brian Langley as my lawyer for my divorce.
He was very helpful and very upfront in telling me the more you can agree the less money you will spend on this, the more I set my pride aside and emotions aside, and did what I thought would be best for my children I was able to get this done without my ex even needing a lawyer. Brian and his paralegal were always nice, supportive, and very helpful. They respond quickly, and their prices are more than fair. Using their advice i finished my divorce for less than the retaining fee. And I ended up getting all of the main things that I wanted out of it.
I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a divorce lawyer. Someone i know got a divorce earlier this year. In a different state. And they ended up spending over $9000 more than I did, as a single mother I really appreciated all the great advice I received during this process.
I really can't say enough good things about them. And if I have any further issues with my ex I will definitely be consulting with and retaining Brian again.

We originally hired Teresa to help us in a matter going up against a state entity. She was prepared, professional and a true advocate. Opposite of being argumentative, Teresa listened, observed, and waited for the opportune time to boldly interject. Her legal advice was excellent and her representation was strong. Teresa went above and beyond in the service of our family.
We returned to Teresa when it came time to adopt our son. I couldn't believe the turn around time on her service! She was supportive, reliable and encouraging. In one word, she is awesome!

Ed handled my initial divorce, and a few years later, handled my case again when there was an attempt to modify the custody and support settlement. Through the course of three pre-trial conferences, he kept me informed and gave excellent counsel. At the end of the third conference, we attempted to make a settlement offer, which was denied. We ended up going to trial. I wasn't all that excited it went so far, though that was due to the other involved party and not Ed. When we got to court, Ed was extremely prepared. We had so much information available for the judge to review, significantly moreso than the other party. And when it came to questioning the involved parties, I felt Ed did an excellent job of getting to the point, asking the most important and relevant questions. The judge found completely in our favor, and I know that had everything to do with how well prepared Ed was, and how he presented all the information in court. I would highly recommend Ed.

Ed took over as my divorce attorney when I was not happy with my previous one. He immediately knew what had to be done. I was so confused with divorce laws, it's proceedings, the language and Ed Gilkerson was attentive and put me at ease with his ability to explain in terms for me to understand. Ed is very knowledgeable about the whole divorce process, it's laws and it's intricacies. I debated writing this review; I decided I want to share my experience; I paid $3000 dollars and felt like he was on the other parties side.
Since day one he was rude, and talked me to like I did not know anything.
Every time I met with him I had to re answer questions, name of child, age, gender etc.
I had two non-negotiables, that I let him know up front, that I would not settle for.
When it came time sign the documents(after a couple of years of back and forth), I had to check the whole document to only find out it had been snuck in by the other party. My attorney did not review it and let me know, I had to say something.
I had to communicate with him and follow up with him in order to find anything out.
When it came time to finally time to settle in court, I was asked if a few dates would work. Never confirmed the date/time, I had to reconfirm with him the night before. Did not prep me on what to expect, etc.
During court, he fumbled through and even wanted me to agree on a date that was not communicated/discussed prior.
Overall, I felt he did not take my case seriously, and felt like he had the other parties best interest in mind.
Would not recommend.

Chris shocked me when he contacted me on a Saturday afternoon to help me through some traffic problems I was going thru. Even after I told him I had already hired an attorney, this man was still willing to help. I'm just amazed with the help he provided. He answered all my questions in a language I could understand. I highly recommend Susan as a divorce attorney. When my divorce process was going nowhere and I had a little over a month before pre-trial, I decided to call Susan to represent me. I was nervous about firing an attorney that had already spent 10 months working on what should have been a very simple dissolution of marriage. I'm so glad I did fire my previous attorney because Susan got me to point where I was actually getting a fair settlement and we never went to trial. Susan set my mind as ease and explained to me the ins and outs of what was really going on in my case. My prior attorney never really took the time to explain anything to me and was about to let me settle for less than I deserved.
