I called in for help with my divorce, the lawyer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she really took the time and listen to my situation and offered me great advise on how to move forward, in the end she referred me to the attorney that ultimately took my case and he was a God send, I am incredibly thankful for the help and legal advice they provided me.

I called and spoke to a person who said she would call me back after an hour then never returned the call. I called the next day and left a voicemail requesting her to return the call even if she were unable to help just so I would know one way or the other. No response. NOT recommended.

Ken has been my family’s attorney for over 10 years now and he has won every case we bring to him! Whether it’s a divorce case or a custody case. He always responds to emails and phone calls immediately if it’s a request for motion or a simple question he is always there to answer! I absolutely recommend him with anything you need! He’s the best and we have been blessed to have him as our attorney!

Super hard to get ahold of, he wasn’t ever on top of it. He was always rushing us to agree to things we didn’t wanna agree to. Kenneth also would forget everything I would recommend to put in papers. I got hit with a bill for almost 9000$. For nothing. When I feel like I could have done a better job my self. He didn’t go for back child support or insurance. I have to provide insurance on the child and everything else. While the father gets half custody. And doesn’t have to support her or help with anything.

Well he came recommended from one of the greatest accident lawyers in Vegas. I got arrested in my pajamas in my driveway for. GTA, something I didn't do... Had to work the next morning...and ended up almost getting fired because of this case but Mr Friedman made it happen for me I'm so thankful!!! We are 2-0 Oh yeah this is my second time

Do not recommend anyone use this lawyer. He does not seem to care about his clients. He should retire as he seems to have an early medical condition that impairs his ability to remember things that have been said. His office manners are very unorganized. I would not recommend. Learn from my mistake and pick a different attorney.

Cliff Young is very responsible and approachable attorney, my case is his priority regardless. First conversation i had with him, he is different than 4 my previous attorneys, when I drove to Nevada to see him, I felt it was ever better, he is family type individual. He is very confident and knowledgable about what he is going to do and most important thing is his integrity. in my personal experience, he is way above average. Michelle represented me for a very short time, yet, charged ALOT of money. She acted as if she was with the other side and did very poorly with my case. She actually yelled at me at one point for things the other side accused me of as if they were facts instead of seeking the truth. She did not help me nor my children, my son is now dead and my daughter has been stuck in the home of our abuser for many years despite having substantiated DCFS/CPS cases against him. Michelle is the worst attorney I have encountered.

I highly recommend Dawn Throne. Results speak for themselves. My case was so challenging that other attorneys I spoke with were unwilling to take the case. Dawn not only took my case, but won. Not only is his staff incredible. He is a neighbor a friend and a caring lawyer who with few words put me at ease about my situation. Showed up to a commissioner hearing he didn’t have to go to just to be there for me in a very emotional and stressful situation. Needless to say we won the case with 7-0 voting in my favor. First time I've never been in trouble with the law and I had Kale Brock as my PD. He isn't reachable at all! If you ever get the unfortunate assignment of him to represent you, make sure you've got your phone set up to accept private numbers or you'll NEVER hear from him! And his office can't reach out to tell you there is an issue, so you get to discuss your case 5 minutes before your court time, in a corner in the lobby! And he works for the county so you won't get good representation or he'd get fired!

Patrick Mansfield has to be the WORST attorney I have EVER dealt with in my ENTIRE life. When I wouldn't sign the deal he snatched the clipboard from my hands and started whining and acting like a big baby. The 102 ranch should be ashamed to even be affiliated with him. Talk about an entitled crybaby. I hired a real lawyer and everything worked out perfect. What a LOSER.

Attorney Gary Zernich and his entire team were exceptional during my encounter with them. Mr. Zernich was objective, thorough and very candid even when it was not the response I wanted to hear. He guided me throughout my legal proceedings, responded promptly to my inquiries and constantly kept me updated on the status of my case. He gave me legal counsel but ultimately allowed me to make decisions which were in my best interest. I highly recommend Mr. Zernich to you if you need an expert in his field and if I had to do this all over again, I'll still request his service.

I have worked with Daniel Judd quite a few times for a variety of family situations, and he has always been an immense help. He has also been nothing but friendly and understanding to my family while we struggled. When my Dad was terminally ill, Judd managed to squeeze us in within the week to help draft a will for him, and he has once again been assisting us with the aftermath of my Dad’s passing. All of the appointments my family has made were scheduled within a week and a half, so there was no major wait time to get consultations. Daniel Judd has also been very available and flexible in answering questions, which I greatly appreciate. I’m in my 20s and have never had to get an attorney, so it’s very helpful to have someone be patient and walk me through the process. He has also been available for advice relating to the next steps of our proceedings. I highly recommend him!

I have been a client of Berkich Lucey Law since early 2019. Lauren Berkich represented me through 8 months of mediation and through another 6 months of the litigation process where she helped me deal with a difficult ex-spouse and obnoxious opposing council. Val Fujii and paralegal Theresa were the best decision I ever made. I went thru a long drawn out divorce and ugly custody battel over 5 children which took a few years to finalize. Mr Hornbeck and his Secretary are down to earth and approachable. I hired Mr Hornbeck to represent me for a moving violation. He was forthright about his fees, the time it would take, and how payment would be received and processed. When it came time to go to trial he exceeded my expectations, fighting hard for me. Don’t think this is a 5 star rating because he won my case. I would still have given him the same even if the judge ruled against me. I would highly recommend Mr Hornbeck, and should I ever need his services again I wouldn’t think twice about hiring him. If you hold a CDL and find yourself needing a lawyer who will fight hard for you, look no further.

SCAMER!!! He has charged for original payment agreed of $600 in the beginning of the representation. After the conclusion he created the bill of another $687.94 for texting us the emails, calling us, reviewing documents he sent us to sign... Frustrating. Never go with this CROOK!!!

Tom Standish and his associates, mainly Phillip Spralding, do not practice evidence based law. They are scum bags, who pander to vulnerable females in difficult times to maximize their firms profits. They do not care about the best situation or well-being of children. They more focus on how they can exploit the imperfect system of family law for their maximum benefit. They are racist. I don’t know how they have such a high rating on this platform, but I strongly disagree. I hope this firm, and attorneys of this shallow caliber lose their credibility as soon as possible.

If you are lying, abusive to your family, or attempting to be deceitful.. She will find out, and she WILL drop you) You may feel as though you're not being heard at times, or your emails are not being reviewed. you may feel panic and anxiety that you're not her priority client. With all of my heart please believe me, let her do her thing. She is a champion for a parent that is trying to do the right thing. She is sharp as a tack and I'm willing to bet, twice as smart as you or I. Just let her do her thing . Get your documents signed and returned to her as soon as possible and you probably will be very pleased with the results. Although this review is now a little biased, considering how well she handled things for me, it is 100% honest and accurate.

She didn't file a counter motion in a case for my daughters custody and I know idea it was even filed. Then she threw her staff under the bus for the mistake. Yes I lost custody of my daughter with no response.

Sarah was extremely professional and very easy to talk to. The best thing was no empty promises. She was up front about possible outcomes and didn't promise any "I can win this" garbage. Sarah was my divorce attorney. It is obviously a very difficult situation to deal with. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable and confident with Sarah and Allie. They are both so kind and thoughtful. Allie was easy to reach and very competent and helpful. Sarah was real with me and gave me great advice that kept me from making stupid decisions. She understands the law and how things will play out. She prevented my case from dragging on. They were both also very kind to the other party and tried to make it easier for all involved. I want to send a huge thanks to Attorney Bruce Woodbury. I had an issue with my landlord and was at risk of losing my home. Mr. Woodbury addressed my case right away and I was able to stay in my residence. I'm disabled and on a fixed income, but he treated me with the same diligence and respect as he would have a client with limitless finances. I'm forever grateful, He was literally a Godsend.

I did not have a very good experience with this company. My mom passed away almost a year ago and some of her assists needed to go through probate. We came here for assistance. Every thing was going fine until 3 days before the court date I got an email and call from Joanne who stated she needed more information for the courts. At this time I was in Columbia about to board a plane home and did not have access to anything, also confused as we had spoken to the lawyer 4 months prior to the court date and they just now had realized they needed more information. I am assuming that because of not having the needed information the court date was bumped back from April to June. I then called Joanne asking how to obtain my moms money knowing that they had a check from Macys which my aunt had brought to them. Instead of answering my question Joanne sent me a list of my mom’s assets. When my aunt went over to talk with Joanne she proceeds to tell my aunt that they do not owe us any money. 2 months later after my aunt had gone over multiple time and them telling me that they have sent the check, my aunt was able to get the check. Me, my brother, and step dad do not live in Nevada and felt that this company took advantage of that. Joanne was very rude to me at times when I called her for information. I do not recommend this company or just stay clear of Joanne.
