I came to Radford’s office after a very unfortunate experience with another attorney. Divorce is never an easy process but thankfully I was connected to Kimberly. My divorce was very long and uncomfortable. Kim guided me through the entire ordeal. She is fair, informative, honest, thorough and the list goes on. She/the office tried to keep my fees at a minimum, even though my ex tried to cause constant need for excessive fees. We ended up in mediation and Kimberly “held my hand” through that arduous situation as well. Luckily, I will never need her services again. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone who, unfortunately, goes through divorce. The whole office staff is great too.

I hired Kim through Radford Smith's office to clear up custody violations and help through a domestic violence case. Due to being an emergency circumstance, I was told upfront that my case would be handled quickly (within 1-2 weeks) but ultimately took nearly 2 months before Kim had the documents together and presented my case. If you hire her, be prepared for a lot of apologies (sick, vacation, busy). She is young and will be a good attorney one day, but she needs to understand the emotional nature of family law, improve communication and meet stated deadlines.

Highly Recommend. Let go and let Mark Coburn and Half Price Lawyers. They handle everything for you. Don’t freak out like I did if you never speak to your lawyer because they got it covered. I never had to go into court, they do it for you, and they got the charge dropped. I am so relieved. Plus, they are WAY less than Half Priced. They are the most affordable representation in Vegas.

Listen, going anywhere else is just a waste of time and money. I had a warrant that would have sat me down for a minute. But Mark took care of everything for me. I didn't even miss any work. Go elsewhere. Terrible. No communication. Lots of bills!!!! There is better out there, so disappointed. I was threatened to be sued by my attorneys own office. My credit card number changed over the course of time I was working with 'leave-it' , instead of a phone call explaing things, I get a letter from Brandon, you come at your own clients. I'm sure I was charged for hours as well for him to threaten me with litigation. They will milk you dry with minimum results, if your in the Leavitt office, leave it for better options!!!!

I went in for a consultation but definitely will go back and hire Donn. He’s knowledge is out of this world! he listened to everything I had to say, and trust me, I had way to much to say and so many questions lol. He’s Not like you're typical money hungry attorneys that give you a free 5 min consultation don’t answer your questions, don’t care about you, and only see you as as a dollar sign then they pressure you to hire them. I wanted to interview a couple more attorneys before making my decision but I definitely came back. Special thanks to Jessica she’s amazing! she has a great personality and you can hear even over the phone how much she loves her job. She answered a few questions with out giving me legal advice. Definitely the best first impression counts! And she’s by far exceptional. She went far and beyond to help me.She called me too come in sooner than my original scheduled appointment. Since she had a cancellation not something I expected or ask for but that was just amazing customer service. When I came to Julie in August of 2021 I was a scared mother of 2 small ones, my (now ex) husband had left me and my two small children in small desolate town in Southern Nevada with no means to survive, if you aren't a miner, driller or their wife of one, you have no future in this area. I was beyond horrified, I needed to move to another place to simply survive. I had family in Northern California but my kids dad was absolutely against this and threatened to press kidnapping charges if I left. In the time Mrs. Raye worked with me to gain custody and the right to relocate she helped me find a since of self worth and courage to keep fighting for my kids and to continue to do the right thing for them no matter how hard. Without her I am not sure how my life would have turned out nor do I want to think about the possibilities. I do know that I thank her more than anyone can ever comprehend for my second chance at life with my kids.

If you hire her it is not about you or the mental health of your children, it is about her dragging it out in order to collect more lawyer fees from you. She will ignore the other side prior to court in order to make sure it does go to court $$$$. Her unwillingness to listen cost majority child custody the father was willing to offer. During my time of need Doris Nehme-Tomalka was there. I previously got ripped off by two lawyers prior to finding her. Definitely you would get much more than you pay for.

Doris helped me in my custody battle that I wasn't sure I would win. She gave me confidence and security as the court process moved along. I received the justice that I deserved in court because of Doris. She aggressively fought for me and earned every bit of my trust in her. When it came time for my ex to again try and gain full custody of our children and change there school. I knew exactly who to call. Doris. She remembered details from our previous battle years before. She writes the best motions and counter motions. The quality of her paperwork far exceeds any of the lawyers we were up against. This is why the last time I was up against my ex I didn't even have to go to court because Doris's motion was so precise and overwhelmingly easy for the judge to make his decision. Justice was served again. I would only recommend Doris she is the best hands down.

jack has been representing me in my child custody/divorce case (which has turned into a relocation case thanks to the father of the children who decided during a court haring that he was thinking about moving) for about 8 months now. the case is still ongoing, as my ex cant seem to agree to anything and keeps changing his mind. i am truly grateful for the help that Jack has provided me during this stressful time, he is smart competent and actually cares about my case and puts in the work, doesn't just take my money. he always responds in timely fashion (i have never waited for more than a few minutes for response to my questions via email) no matter how ridiculous my questions or concerns might be (this is my first time going through this). other things i like, is nothing about my case was ever sugar coated with fake promises of this and that, it was always best case scenario, worst case scenario and most likely scenario, so I'm grateful that i was prepared for all. What I'm happiest about is the way jack represents me during court hearings in front of a judge, he is fast and to the point and wont let the other side waste any time. My ex's attny is a complete incompetent dummy who doesn't even know the case, so when he says things in court that are completely irrelevant Jack is sure to speak up and nip it in the bud with the nonsense. i would totally 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a sincere, trustworthy attorney to handle child custody case. it has been one of the hardest things in my life to go through child custody case, and I'm forever grateful that i found an attorney who has been the most helpful, dedicated and efficient for my case. He has always filed all paperwork, motions, orders etc.. on time and so far has never missed a deadline.

Jack is not cheap, but what do you expect from an excellent attorney? You get what you pay for. I received a knowledgeable, diligent, committed attorney who was able to obtain MY overall desired outcome for the custody of my children. This was a very emotional matter and although I was not always able to think straight, as an attorney, he looked out for my families' best interests. He had to keep bringing me back to dealing with the issues and not the emotions. From day one, an overall goal and plan was set into motion. He never sold me a dream and let me know worst case scenarios. Things went exactly as he predicted. This comes from experience and wisdom. I could not take any chances with custody of my children. I would hire him again, and again, and again.

After an injury at work, I mistakenly thought the doctors that workmen’s comp sent me to would help me recover. Instead, I found that their loyalty was to the insurance company paying the tab.R. Trent McAuliffe helped me get the medical treatment I needed when workmen’s comp kept trying to close my case. It took a few years to go through the process, and I am grateful that I got the surgery I needed. I’m very satisfied with the results of Trent advocating for me. I wish I had consulted him when I first got injured, instead of several months later. Get a consultation with him as soon as possible, it’s in your best interest!

Hello, good afternoon. Today I was in his office at 10:30 am, I wanted to speak with my Lawyer Alexander and they denied me to speak with him. He was assisted by his personal secretary and made me go to a conference office and he told me that Alexander was no longer my Lawyer that he canceled the contract and did not want to represent me anymore. I told her that I wanted to talk to him, Attorney Alexander, and she told me that he didn't want to talk to me and wanted to give me the contract cancellation papers, but I didn't accept them and she told me that she didn't care because she already sent him mail. I told him that he called me on Friday afternoon but I was finished at the hospital 🏥 Mountain View 🏥 and I couldn't answer when he called because the doctors were checking me out. They also left me hospitalized and the next day they did an Emergency MRI at 8am due to the condition of my condition due to the very high Pressure. Nausea, a lot of headache, blurred vision, dizziness, etc. I called after they did the MRI at around 9am. I talked to the operator because she told me that the offices were locked. I told her that I wanted to speak with my Lawyer Alexander and she took all my information and told me that she would send him a message immediately so that Lawyer Alexander could contact me. I told her that I was admitted to the Mountain View Hospital 🏥 and she also told her I passed Room 504 where I was. Because I wanted to explain everything the doctors told me about my critical situation and for that reason I was hospitalized. But Lawyer Alexander never called me or even sent me messages. Today I went to his office, Erick Palacios, to speak with the lawyer and they denied me. Until today, Tuesday July 30, it is 12:40 pm. I never heard back from Attorney Alexander either by phone or by message. I signed a contract with the Lawyer for him to be my representative and he told me that I had peace of mind and was in very good hands. In addition, they charge me 33 percent of the case when they win plus administrative expenses, etc. You, Mr. Erick Palacios, brought me a case in December 2019 and the marriage was completed and closed in December 2021 and you paid me compensation for my injury and you collected all the expenses and made money 💰 with my Trajo accident More than 25,000 Dollars you earned with me. Now I want Mr. Eric Palacios because they are not treating me with the education and seriousness that I deserve as a loyal client of his Law Firm. I returned for the second time to have you represent me, but the Legal Assistant Magaly treated me very badly, disrespecting me for a telephone conversation we had last week when I asked her to please send me all the medical papers that you made copies and some photos of my accident that I texted to his office. I explained to her that she needed them to send it by email or fax to the phone number that I sent her by message and the photo of the card from the company where I work. She refused to send those photos and told me that I had to go to an office and send it by email. Because this wasn't her job. So I want you, Eric Palacios, to explain to me why you are charging me 33 percent plus administrative expenses, when your legal assistants are not doing their job.
