My daughter and I hired Mr Compan before our consultation was even over. With the fear of loosing my grandchildren, her children. We went into Mr Compans office like two little kittens with our tails between our legs, swollen watery eyes from crying for weeks but let me assure you that when we walk out of there we both for the first time in weeks had smiles on our faces. He blew us away with his knowledge. Making no promises but paiting a accurate picture of what was to come. He was amazing through the entire process and we won !! He is a absolute godsend. If I ever need someone to legally back me in my fight he will be the first person I call. I could not give a higher recommendation.

I hired Mr. Compan for my child custody/support case. He was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for a lawyer, as he is extremely knowledgeable and caring but a shark in court when he needed to be! I have had a few attorney's I've hired for an enduring custody battle, and after I thought all was lost in hiring a truly reliable attorney, Marilyn came along and has helped me so much. Marilyn does what she says she will do, and goes to bat for you. The thing is she understood everything I said to her and is compassionate about the matters I was concerned about. I highly recommend at least consulting with her, her team is amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Marilyn has been the very best, I will never use any else! She took the time to explain the process and my options. After I filed my 13, I had some pretty big changes in my family and wanted to switch to 7, she was completely supportive of my decision and even help me come up with additional options, should I need them. Going in front of the trustee was very intimidating, I was so relieved to have her by my side. She is very knowledgeable and always on top of things.

In less than 5 months after my divorce was completed, I had to hire another attorney to iron the kinks that should have been settled initially with my first attorney. I believe Mr. Acherman could have been more aggressive & not given up so quickly to the demands of the opposition to simply finish my case. Towards the end, it was clear & this is why I'm here filing motions today. If your case does not involve lots of money, & it's somewhat simple, he is the one to use to settle it perhaps. I would not hire him a second time after seeing the holes that were left after my divorce!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mr. Al Bruzas for the last two years, and I can confidently say that he is nothing short of a top notch attorney. It’s been a long road of having multiple issues thrown my way including several court hearings, and each time I would rest assured that things would be okay. When going to court, the Judge is ultimately the one who will be deciding the outcome - the law is the law. The attorney you choose is your representative. It’s imperative that you have someone who will have your back, advocate and support you in the most effective way possible. Presentation of your case is key. I handed him my husband's child custody case on a silver platter, with all of the work done for him. He just had to file the paperwork and submit the evidence I provided to him. He literally didn't do anything my husband asked him to do in court and constantly told the judge the wrong information and had to be corrected in court. $7,000 later, custody was the same, with a few stipulations. We contacted him several times to get a copy of the agreement and he completely ghosted us. It's been 8 years and we still don't have a copy, so now we have to pay another lawyer to get a copy of it. We would have been better off with the $99 lawyer his ex hired.

I could say so many things about Lee Drizin and his team! When I called him as a scared 22 year old handling her father’s estate, I didn’t know where to start. Over the past 2 1/2 years, Lee and his team have gone above and beyond to help me through every step. They have been a crucial part of my coping and grieving, I would love to say not only have Lee and I have had plenty meetings regarding probate. Ray Oster is the most amazing caring lawyer I could have ever asked for. I lost my kids for over a year over an isolated event. Wouldn’t use him, doesn’t respond to his clients for 3 months straight. About to have to serve a bunch of extra time because he won’t answer calls or text. We thought he was dead.

I hired Andrew to help me through a difficult divorce. Everything he told me happened in the order he described. He has kept my ex away from me and counseled me as to my options. I was referred to this firm. The person who referred me worked with Joe Riccio for their case. Different types of case but nonetheless, she used this law firm. I worked with Kristina Kirigin and unfortunately had a terrible experience. There was a lack of communication from the beginning. I was never spoken to or prepped before any hearing. The bill just kept racking up. The paralegal asked for the same documents over and over again. When I told Kristina my expectations, she stated that her only job was to get me the guardianship. She did that and that's it. There was no guidance at all. I wasn't even aware when I officially got the guardianship since that was not communicated. They also did not notify me when another partner at the firm was going to represent me. All I have to say is I am happy I chose to stop working with this law firm and self-represent. Unfortunately, I made this decision after losing over $6k of legal fees. This is likely from communicating the same thing over and over again. Also, going to court over and over again due to their lack of communication and preparedness. Ex. I would submit something to them and they would not file it. Or, they would ask me to complete something the day or the Friday before the hearing. Only towards the end was the communication a little better. By that time, I was already out $5k. ALSO, they assumed I had access to a shared drive which was NEVER given to me in the 10 months they represented me. So, the new lawyer who took over my case assumed I had access to this shared drive. More wasted time as I was in town and unable to complete what I needed to do that required me to be in person.

I am more than grateful and pleased with the results I received with Kristina Kirigin!! I highly highly recommend this attorney after carefully reviewing several attorneys in nevada! My choice was left between her and Joe riccio before learning that they actually worked together. I was in a highly contested custody battle in between 2 different states with another very aggressive attorney representing my ex. I found Kristina Kirigin after having to fire my last attorney and she was able to turn my entire case around that was originally going in my ex's favor due to his constant lies. We went to trial and prevailed with me getting primary physical custody, final say with legal custody, no travel and attorneys fees!! She made my ex tell the truth which broke his entire case. She also worked out a payment plan with me during the process. Kristina Kirigin and her paralegals are life savers! They were all very quick with responses to each email, text or call I made.
