I spoke to Mr. Gowdey over the phone and requested his help in getting a case dropped for a friend that got into some trouble in Vegas. Natalia was very thorough . She pointed things out that I had never thought of like my step son not having my last name he would have had a long drawn out battle in probate court . I originally hired legal counsel online who ended up joining the Robinson team. I was handling my case from out of state which made my particular situation a challenging one. Amber stepped in personally once she realized the nature of my specific circumstances. Due to the lack of communication from the opposing party, my divorce dragged on for over a year, even though the judge verbally expressed how simple it should have been. I initially filed a motion to modify custody by myself after my sons mother re located out of state. Once I received a response and found out that his mother would be filing to request the court to relocate my son to live with her I knew I needed to seek legal assistance and an attorney for myself. Ifound Amber and her team via google and hired them to help on my custody case fighting for my son. As a man fighting to keep my son, which can get very emotional, Amber showed professionalism and empathy for me and was able to take any worries out of the situation. Over the course of about 10 months Amber was always very responsive and kept on top of all correspondence. I felt like I could contact her team whenever needed. Mr Onello charged 30k but simply did not do his job for the amount he charged. The divorce got dragged out much longer than it supposed to because Mr Onello wanted to charge maximum for the minimum work he did. At the end, I had to file my own forms because he was asking for more after I paid 30k. The case is listed as Cassel vs Cassel in Clark county so this is a legit one star review. Avoid at all cost.
One last point I want to make. Mr Onello spends more time removing one star reviews than actually working so I would assume all the 5 star reviews are not legit. Don't fall for false reviews like I did.

It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

My father and I made an appointment with Marjorie to discuss preparing a will and trust. Marjorie and her staff were all very professional, warm and very nice. They treated my father respectfully and explained everything very simply and to the point. I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life.

I'm currently usuing Right lawyers for a child custody case.
I'm a stay at home mom, and my husband is active military,. We live outside the jurisdiction of nevada, but my case is being held there. So I hired RIGHT LAWYERS because of the positive military review.
I have had two retainers. One in which was smooth, informative, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on all decisions made with approval on my behalf. (Laura) Nothing was done unless it was ran and throughly discussed by/with me (as law intends). I FULLY enjoyed the service. I paid 3,500$ and I felt it was well spent for everything Laura did. (She spoke a language I could understand, let me know I hired her to do a job, and my goals and intrest were top priority. She had an open line of communication and understood these cases can be very stressful and draining. She kept me informed EVERY step of the way. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that.
Then theres the new retainer.... (theres a previous 1 star review on here, and I'm experiencing the EXACT same things although I've agreed to pay the money asked of me)
The military community has even come together to help fundraise for my cause for "keeping military family's together" both in vegas in alaska. So that my family doesnt go without the basics. ( we sold most our belongings to meet the needs of our case financially and have been recognized for our efforts) All I am asking is for RIGHT LAWYERS to do is the services I've agreed to pay with my families best interest in mind. Without threats that would cause undue hardship, pressure, and unusual demands.
I am a mom, spouse, human, volunteer, & daughter. I'm 24 years old and I did not ask to be put in this situation, but you've agreed to help me get thorugh it. My voice is important.

he backstory is that my daughter's mother decided to move away and tried to take my daughter across the country away from me for no reason other than she wanted to move. Becky represents my brother in a nasty divorce and custody battle. He lives in Texas and his ex-wife in Las Vegas. Because of lies his wife told the hearings are held in Vegas. Becky put forth and continues to put forth 100% for my brother. Becky truly is a fantastic attorney. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Becky to handle my divorce. When I first spoke with Becky, she immediately calmed my worries and showed true compassion and empathy. She told me NOT to worry; that everything would be alright, and because of her expertise, everything turned out better than I expected. Becky even allowed me to pay monthly payments when other attorneys demanded payment up front.
Becky and Teresa, her paralegal, would keep on top of the numerous emails and plethora of documents I'd send and ALWAYS were quick to respond by either email or phone call. During the months we worked together Becky told me details matter of factly. “Lee Hotchkin, Esq., recently represented me in a complex DMV felony case related to my hotly contested divorce, regarding a title transfer issue, related to attempting to repair a vehicle that I had purchased new in 2003 with community income… that was involved in a minor accident that the other driver admitted fault, mutually trading insurance information.
Due to COVID restrictions and courthouse closings, Lee Hotchkin was able to postpone the hearing for almost 3 years (with my approval) while strategically negotiating with the DA to plea bargain a trumped up felony charge that was filed by two of my older children, who were given my 50% proxy community interest in our estate without my consent, who never invested a single dollar in our LLC’s, nor the vehicle that it was titled under, all at the prodding of my soon to be ex-wife.
The complexity of combining a ridiculous exaggerated felony charge, with a seemingly never ending divisive divorce, involving over-emotional older children, was a potential recipe for a disastrous outcome… that Lee Hotchkin ultimately worked to our benefit… by pleading only to a minor misdemeanor, thus avoiding a felony trumped up charge and a time consuming trial…!
