I was stuck in a bind with my child custody situation, and Mr. Albiston helped me get a new custody arrangement as quickly and easily as possible. Throughout the process, he kept me informed on what was going on and what to expect in the coming weeks and months. Going through a custody battle, and from the moment I went to the consultation I have felt a lot better of my chances to get what I am asking. M. Cramer is very aggressive in the courtroom, she is not the type of attorney to sit there and let the Judge and or opposing Lawyer walk all over you. She makes her case using her immaculate advocacy skills. I highly recommend M. Cramer to anyone going through a custody battle.

I've known Mike for thirty five years. We've retained him for numerous sensitive legal matters over the years. The matters ranged from Real Estate, Trusts, complicated parental/family issues and General counsel advice. Each case resulted in a positive outcome. He is a great source for honest advice. Most recently I called to discuss an extremely sensitive matter regarding my chronically ill, young adult son. Mike was attentive, sensitive and informative. It's best to say Mike is the real deal. Michael Davidson is a wonderful lawyer I had a very sensitive matter regarding my ex not providing additional support for my children needed to continue their college education. It was very complicated because Mr. Davidson not only had to understand Nevada law but also Pennsylvania law. He was able to utilize case law in both states to allow my children to pursue their college education. Without him this would not have happened. I have used Karen Connolly for years. She is an excellent lawyer. She is forthright--with the good and the bad, which is what I wanted. You need to hear the strengths and weaknesses of your case before you go in. You do not always get what you want in divorce or custody court. She was realistic and spot on. Her staff are professional and courteous. Lawyers are not cheap, I knew that going in.

I hired Ms. Lubritz after my divorce. There were error in the original decree. Ms. Lubritz has gone above and beyond to fix the errors. While that was happening we have encountered child custody disputes, and she has been here with me every step of the way. Ms. Lubritz has poise under pressure, and handles trials with ease. Issues pertaining to my divorce included, a mentally ill spouse, assets that became community property when I moved to Nevada from a non-community property state, assets and property in multiple states, tax considerations, alimony and most importantly, needing sole custody of my children and the ability to move between states for future employment and career opportunities. My divorce had complex requirements and I certainly had some high demands. I’m not the easiest person to deal, and I’m a bit of a talker, planner and perfectionist. I know for a fact I delayed Vincent’s schedule a few times. That said, Vincent dealt with my personality, legal issues and the complications added by my ex-spouses mental illness, with grace and professionalism and was very available when I needed his advice during more than a few emergency scenarios. Most importantly, Vincent truly cares about his clients. In the end, Vincent achieved the goal of getting me the needed outcome from this divorce and I cannot speak more highly of him. He did a fantastic job!

Mr. Mayo and his staff are nothing short of pure excellence. His courtesy and professionalism is something that I have never encountered before. Coming to him at one of the darkest moments in my mothers life, he shed light in the darkest corners. He was concerned about me, and made sure that I was protected at every turn. After the child support laws were changed this year. I came to Family Law Solutions to have Josh do a review of my divorce decree and advise as to how the changes may be affecting my agreement in the future. He also assisted in the final IRA transfer of assets that had been outlined in my QDRO but on which I had no idea how to complete the final paperwork. Most law firms will leave you to sort this part out on your own, and if you are not incredibly financial savvy it can make the frustration of wrapping up the financial aspects of a divorce a lot like assembling Ikea furniture in the original Swedish manual. Josh is very knowledgeable and empathetic and simplified the complex terminology into everyday language. Very grateful that I came here on a lawyer friend's recommendation!

Brian took the time to delve into the specifics of my very high conflict case and answered my questions with so much detail, patience and knowledge. I’m not really sure where to begin with my review. I have so many good things to say about James. From a small business legal perspective he was outstanding in resolving some legal conflicts that arise when doing business. He handled everything quickly, cost effectively, and always provided options based on where I wanted to take the matter at hand. I appreciated the multi-angle approach t have options when dealing with some legal matters. I also used him for a personal matter involving A federal labor lawsuit that was from other states. His knowledge and co-counsel was vital in getting the results needed to handle my case(s) with an outcome that was always very intricately considered and discussed as options before moving forward. Although my cases were completely new for me to go through, I felt that James and Liz couldn’t have been a better choice. I HIGHLY recommend James Kwon as an attorney for anyone seeking services. i felt like he genuinely cared about my situation and getting them resolved within a timely manner and with my budget in mind. I have on 2 occasions needed the service's of a good business (contracts) attorney and having been referred to James Kwon a few years ago by a trusted friend and associate and being very pleased the first time I hired him I naturally went back to him because "better the devil you know than the devil you don't"...lol and Mr Kwon did not do anything to disappoint, so after going 2 for 2 with respect to representing my interest in another deal I felt James is due some good word of mouth advertising. If I need a lawyer again in the future, I wouldn't call anyone else in the Las Vegas Valley and I couldn't give higher praise if I was being paid. For the record, I'm not. Mr. Kwon does the following very well. He returns calls in a very timely manner EVERY time I ever called. He made me feel like an equal and that my opinion's mattered and that my questions were intelligent, whether they were or were not, he never let on...lol it's been my experience in the past that many lawyers try to impress or intimidate and I for one don't appreciate that kind of "attitude" or arrogance. James never exudes that vibe. Confidence for sure, and well he should be. The guy knows his profession, has great people skills, is always well prepared and you can tell he's a straight shooter. Any normal client, lookin to do the right thing and who wants to make sure the right thing is done to or for them, would be wise to employ this attorney. I could go on & on because I think very highly of this guy and I appreciate all that he has done for my development business. If my words sway 1 or 2 people to use the services of this particular attorney, I have done a good deed for a couple of strangers and one very honest and excellent attorney at law.

I worked with a previous lawyer a few years ago that was horrible! I was referred to Christian Legal Society and found Mark . I actually talked to him last and on the day I was ready to make my move on getting custody of my daughter. After our consultation I knew he was our man. He is very knowledgeable about family law. He walked me through all the steps we would be taking and was honest about our chances. He was so easily accessible throughout the whole process. I would call or email him and he would get back to me promptly if I didn't reach him. I live in Texas and when we went to court I was granted custody of my daughter on the first day! I flew to Las Vegas immediately and was greeted with Mark at the airport to ensure the exchange went smoothly and to meet face to face for the first time. We talked for a while like we had known each other for years. He also helped me get my daughter enrolled in school following our return to Texas. Robert cares about his client and will do his best to defend his client. He was able to obtain a release without posting bail under own recognizance. He was able to answer my questions when I seek advice. After many months of negotiation with the District Attorney he was able to negotiate a plea deal which reduced the felony to a gross misdemeanor. Thank you, Robert!

Kurth law office has handled 2 of my custody battles and has been by far the most outstanding attorney anyone could ever ask for. He has gone out of his way to make me as a client feel like I've mattered. He knows the law well and pushes for what is right. He doesn't take no for an answer and always went out of his way to make sure things were handled. Even when he's busy he always has time for his clients and manages his time well. My cases have been long and drawn out and very out of the ordinary but Robert always was on top of every aspect of the case and knew the case inside and out. It's nice to run into him and have him rememeber the kids names and ask how they are doing. He's an extraordinary man with great family values and it shows in his work. he has a wonderful staff always available on top of all the case paperwork and making sure everything was accounted for and filed on time. When my father began losing his health, it was a very stressful and sad situation. My father was no longer able to make decisions based on his illness. One of my friends told me that I would need to become his legal guardian so that I could begin to make decisions for him. I really didn't want to go through the process but his health began deterring more and more everyday. I turned to Corrine for help. She walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was listed in the paperwork so that I could help my dad to the best of my ability. The process was easy with the help of Corrine. When I was hurt on the job, I didn't know what to do. I immediately thought that my injuries would heal quickly and I would be able to continue at work. I took a half day and thought I would be back to normal the next day. I didn't think I had a case because I made myself feel that it was my fault. However, when I woke up the next day, I felt even worse. I called a few law firms and let them know what happened. I didn't really get anywhere by speaking with them and felt even more confused. I can not fully put into words the love and respect I have for this woman. Audrey Beeson has been my lawyer for two years. My ex-husband was taking me back to court for full custody. Not only did Ms. Beeson have that ridiculous case dismissed, she fought for child support and medical bills I didn't even realize I was entitled to. I retained McFarling Law and attorney Lesley Cohen for a recent child custody case. The matter was complex and required strong representation. I met with her and one other firm for a consultation, and I immediately decided to retain her services. She was very knowledgeable, direct and did a great job explaining each stage of my case. The support staff is extremely helpful, and all communication and documentation are streamlined via an online case portal limiting the need for phone calls and meetings. I hired Carrie when my ex-wife filed to relocate my daughter to another state. I followed her advise and we began the process. We eventually had to go to trial. At trial she presented my case with poise. I was granted primary custody. Carrie did a great job on my case. Was very helpful and I had full faith that I was in good hands. My case was not an easy. It was a domestic violence issue and extremely touchy subject matter. Ben did exceptional work in my favor. He was professional and caring.
