I worked with a previous lawyer a few years ago that was horrible! I was referred to Christian Legal Society and found Mark . I actually talked to him last and on the day I was ready to make my move on getting custody of my daughter. After our consultation I knew he was our man. He is very knowledgeable about family law. He walked me through all the steps we would be taking and was honest about our chances. He was so easily accessible throughout the whole process. I would call or email him and he would get back to me promptly if I didn't reach him. I live in Texas and when we went to court I was granted custody of my daughter on the first day! I flew to Las Vegas immediately and was greeted with Mark at the airport to ensure the exchange went smoothly and to meet face to face for the first time. We talked for a while like we had known each other for years. He also helped me get my daughter enrolled in school following our return to Texas. I would recommend talking with Mark before making any decisions on attorneys, he is a great guy. I will continue to use Mark for in the future if we ever go back to court. He was able to answer my questions when I seek advice. Kurth law office has handled 2 of my custody battles and has been by far the most outstanding attorney anyone could ever ask for. He has gone out of his way to make me as a client feel like I've mattered. He knows the law well and pushes for what is right. He doesn't take no for an answer and always went out of his way to make sure things were handled. Even when he's busy he always has time for his clients and manages his time well. My cases have been long and drawn out and very out of the ordinary but Robert always was on top of every aspect of the case and knew the case inside and out. It's nice to run into him and have him rememeber the kids names and ask how they are doing. For 7 months, Zarinah worked on my case with John Jones. She was given quite the caseload with my unique issue. Same sex relationship with baby nightmare. She was a rocksta!
