No words can describe what Jessica did for my son and my life. When I found Jessica it was through word of mouth. She was referred to me by Ms. McNair. I was informed she is the best family law attorney. I came to her for a custody of my only son and a relocation out of the state of Nevada. Dean Patti and his staff exceeded all my expectations. I was so upset and injured after I got into an accident this year. My nearly brand new car was totaled when I was t-boned. I knew my hospitals were going to be high, and I had high deductibles. My employer recommended I speak to Dean, and I am glad I did. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call or text him anytime. I was surprised he answered, and when he couldn’t answer right away, he had one of his other attorneys contact me. In no time, he got the full insurance policy limits from the driver that hit me and from my own insurance policy, and then he negotiated down my medical bills so I can get some money for my pain and suffering. I would highly recommend Miriam's services. She does a great job presenting your case and perspective, while also highlighting every flaw in the opposing parties side also. She also does a great job making sure all of your required paperwork is filed properly and timely while also being able to highlight any errors in the opposing parties filing process during court proceedings. By time I found Steve Ari had already been through two different lawyers. It seemed as if every lawyer will tell you exactly what you wanted to hear and then after you gave them their retainer they instantly already stopped fighting for you. He is the most down to earth attorney I have ever and believe I will ever come across. I honestly can tell you he truly cares and he will fight for you. He stands his ground and knows his cases front and back. Be prepared if you see him on the street you’ll have no idea he’s even an attorney. As long as he is an attorney there is hope.

Brittney handled my Divorce, which was relatively smooth, but 9 months later I found myself under attack by the x-wife, who filed bogus CPS and TPO cases against me in an attempt to take my son away, who we had joint custody of at the time. With the help of her unscrupulous, unethical council and a slow family court system her plan worked... for a while. Brittney was ALWAYS the consummate professional (even when I didn't want her to be!) and NEVER GAVE UP, even when things looked bleak. In the end we won... and we won BIG! I doubt there are many, if any, attorneys in Las Vegas that know the law as well as Brittney, and I know for a fact that much less skilled local attorneys charge WAY more money than Brittney for their services. She's fair, honest, and kicks A*** when necessary, like a legal Superhero! All she needs is a cape!

As if my Grandmother dying wasn’t hard enough on me and my family, I then had to deal with the horrible experience of probate. I was fortunate my grandmother was adamant I use her lawyer JK Nelson for the probate. Attorney Nelson and his team were compassionate and patient as they guided us through the months long process. They were able to respond to my questions and/or concerns same day if not immediately. What was most important to me was Attorney Nelson’s stoic demeanor whenever there was a stressful situation with our probate. And there were plenty. I worked there and can personally say from the "inside" these are responsible attorneys who do NOT farm out legal work to secretaries, as some law firms do, in my experience. If you are seeking true, honest, attorneys -- these are good people. I only left because of ridiculous commute on Mt Rose Hwy where a car a week went over the cliff on the drive back to Reno, in good dry summer weather! Drivers coming up on the curves drive too fast, lose control a bit on a curve, & an oncoming car (on the cliff side) has no where to go.
