Attorney Cristina Hinds is by far one of the most impressive attorneys I've ever known. She was able to have my entire case dismissed in just two days from the date of my court appearance. I had requested a couple of continuance dates to court. They granted those to me. Unfortunately, during these continuance requests, I couldn't find an attorney who could take on my case without charging me an absurd amount of money (plus their travel expenses). It was Monday, August 19 when I started searching through my web browser and came up with a few attorneys. I asked God to help me find the right attorney. I came across with Cristina Hinds. I called her office and she took my call that evening. She decided to take my case after listening to my desperation. She emailed the court the details of my case, then spoke with the District Attorney and explained my situation. The District Attorney agreed to drop the charges and dismiss the entire case! This case was based on a traffic violation for following a commercial vehicle "too close" (according to the officer). The officer decided to give me a citation with a Criminal Charge (as misdemeanor). Bottom line, attorney Cristina Hinds fought my case successfully and did not charge an absurd amount of money. She was fair and most importantly got my case dismissed without prejudice one day prior to my court date. I highly endorse attorney Cristina Hinds to anyone who is in need of legal aid. Christmas Foster injury Law Firm was extremely professional and courteous. I hired them after my car was totaled after a hit and run crash. As if my Grandmother dying wasn’t hard enough on me and my family, I then had to deal with the horrible experience of probate. I was fortunate my grandmother was adamant I use her lawyer JK Nelson for the probate. Attorney Nelson and his team were compassionate and patient as they guided us through the months long process. They were able to respond to my questions and/or concerns same day if not immediately. What was most important to me was Attorney Nelson’s stoic demeanor whenever there was a stressful situation with our probate. And there were plenty. He is my attorney for all legal issues I may have in the future and I recommend anyone needing legal help to call him!

I was referred to Mrs. Dawson by a separate party as a good fit to my child custody/ relocation case so I hired her on the spot and I’m glad I did. Not only did she win my case and got me everything I asked for, but she did it with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is extremely punctual and organized, which is my favorite thing about her, right along with her drive. I could tell right away, she does not like to lose, so I had faith that she would fight for me as hard as she could, and she did not disappoint. She strives for greatness and her standards are high, so I wasn’t surprised at all to find that her paralegal, Ms. Mora, was just as hard working, punctual, and the perfect balance of professional and compassionate. Mr.brown what can I say about this MAN? He is a man of his word, he looked me in my eyes and said I’m going to do everything in my power to help you. And he did.
Back story, I’m a 2 time convicted felon from chicago. I came to vegas and got picked up on gun charge, with my back ground I should have went to the feds or been offered 5-10 years. Mr.Brown got the hole case dropped. Hold on I’m not done yet. The state picks it back up a year later. Mr.Brown calls me he says don’t worry I got you.
Two weeks go past and Mr.Brown calls me and says the state said pay a fine and stay out of trouble. Mr.Brown not only frought for me, he checked on me to make sure I was staying positive and on the right path.

Family Law is full of "lawyers". Finding the right one can be more then a challenge. Don't look any further then Jamie.
I had a very complicated divorce due to the other party, despite every effort on the other parties part to drag out and fight to get more than was fair at every step, the process was smooth with Jamie, and in almost every instance of the legal games the other lawyer played, things always went in my favor.
As a father/male you almost always judged the wrongdoer, and kids usually end up with mom. When I saw my kids were suffering we got one of the best children's/teen Psychiatrists in Reno to see my youngest who was having exception trouble. Jame knew who to turn to at every step to help my girls.
In my case the kids wanted to live with me, and that's just what happened.
Divorces can be very difficult or they can be nice and smooth, but in my case, what was both difficult, was also smooth with Jamie. I had very difficult divorce, yet it was an absolutely smooth process. In the end we did better then what we had initially offered at the onset of the proceedings.

Radford Smith and his partner Garima Jain are wonderful, genuinely caring people, and they provided unmatched legal counsel on my behalf as the plaintiff in my divorce. I had the additional complication and distraction of a life-threatening illness which requires a significant amount of daily care. Radford and Garima were extremely accommodating and made sure that opposing counsel was respectful of my medical challenges. Radford and Garima were deliberate in dealing with opposing counsel, without being provocative, and used their well tuned legal expertise to bring about a settlement, avoiding the expense of trial preparation and a trial. Even though Radford was a distant friend of the family I still interviewed with 4 other divorce attorneys. One never showed for the appointment, another never returned my calls, and the other did not sound confident I could get what I wanted. My meeting with Radford was professional and to the point. After our in-person meeting, we were all on the same page and the bulk of the work was assigned to Garima Varshney, Esq. Garima was very professional, returned emails quickly, and pushed through the settlement hearing to get a fair outcome. My main objective was to keep my home which was paid for with medical settlement funds and she made that happen. It would have been nice not to involve lawyers but sometimes that's just not possible. So if you need a good attorney that is going to walk you through the process, this is the firm to hire.

Giovanni was a very good attorney and person have helped me with my divorce as child custody. Everything was detailed and explained thoroughly. He listened to everything I had to say and himself being a parent understood how I felt about my son.
