John has been my lawyer for at least a year now assisting with my stressful divorce. He is an honest lawyer who won't act on a request simply because you ask; if he believes it’s not the right or fair course of action, he will not proceed. He fights for what’s best and just for his clients, especially when children are involved. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and custody battle. As he mentioned in every litigation, you can’t get everything you want. I trust that John’s expertise and understanding of the judge led to a fair result. He doesn't just do what you want to charge you more or unnecessary; he adheres to the law and ensures that actions are fair.
I recently hired John again for a motion that my ex and I couldn’t agree on. I chose him because I know he will act in the best interest of me and my children. John is not the type of lawyer who will simply charge you for actions without sufficient evidence or necessity. Unlike some lawyers who will do anything for a fee, John maintains a high standard of integrity and only pursues actions that are supported by adequate evidence and proof.

First, off this is one of best and genuine law firms! I called in because I was wrongfully profiled and suffered from some prejudice at Walmart, I called in tears and David answered the phone. He was genuine and honest and listened. I am a law student myself and to hear someone actually be genuine and helpful while the other lawyers thought my case was too petty for them. My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. We consulted with several firms before coming to Anderson, Dorn and Rader on a recommendation. Mr. Rader had a remote conference with all of us (we're spread all over the country), listened to us, addressed our concerns in words we could understand and agreed to work with us. Rather than telling us to surrender our father's estate to someone we'd never met (as several other firms had) he encouraged us and agreed we should be involved. Throughout the process, Monica (Senior Paralegal) was phenomenal - always answering our questions promptly and accurately, even making suggestions on how to pursue items I wasn't aware we should be looking for. My siblings and I always felt we had an advocate throughout the process and that we'd been lucky to find the firm. They earned every penny they asked us for and they did not add on additional fees or hire external agents as we'd been quoted by other firms. Garima Jain (Varshney) and her partner Radford Smith are wonderful, genuinely caring people, and they provided unmatched legal counsel on my behalf as the plaintiff in my divorce. I had the additional complication and distraction of a life-threatening illness which requires a significant amount of daily care. Garima and Radford were extremely accommodating and made sure that opposing counsel was respectful of my medical challenges. Garima and Radford were deliberate in dealing with opposing counsel, without being provocative, and used their well tuned legal expertise to bring about a settlement, avoiding the expense of trial preparation and a trial. I can think of many opportunities where Garima and Radford could have taken a path that would have increased their billable hours, but instead, the path they chose prioritized what was best for me to achieve a swift and fair outcome. I estimate my costs would have been double what they were if we would have had to go to trial instead of a pre-trial settlement. I think that it’s typical for both parties to feel like a divorce settlement is unfair, but I felt like I got a more fair settlement than my ex. I had the pleasure of working with CPK on 2 occasions: once in 2017 for an auto collision and again I hired them in early 2023 for a workers comp claim. Leon was my first attorney for the car accident and Billie-Marie was my second lawyer for my work comp claim. They are amazing. They’re both very friendly, helpful and patient. He may be a good lawyer, but he is a super arrogant and overbearing person! I myself recommended him to a friend because I had heard good things about him so I took my friend for a consultation and he very disrespectfully and without even listening to us or letting us talk, denied us service and kicked us out! Because he thought that my friend and I were a couple and were lying.! How can you deduce something like that if you don't even have the human decency to listen or let us talk. DISAPPOINTING AND OVERRATED. It may be “good” but such disrespectful service is not worth it. I hope you guys have better luck. 🍀

So disappointed!
Mace Had my son take a plea agreement and told him there was a good chance he would get probation. He gave him false Hope. During the sentence, Mace just sat there and did not say a word! Plea deal stipulated the DA would not recommend charges, and the Judge would set the punishment. At the very beginning, the DA broke the agreement. He stopped mid-sentence to say maybe Mace would object and ask if they both could step up to the Judge Podium. Mace looked confused and stood mid-court room staring at the judge for direction! He was shooed back to his table where he sat and didn’t say a word! Some of the things said were not accurate, That Mace did not correct. It was as if he didn’t have a clue as to what was going on! My son did not get probation as Mace was insinuating he would get. He was given the Max! I feel a public defender would have done a better job or at the least my son would have gotten the same results! That would have been 10K saved or at the very least given to the victim's Family!!

If I could give him no stars I would. He told my son to accept he was guilty when he is not. Suppose no no jail time, then the day of the hearing, Mace said nothing, no argument, nothing just let the judge sentence him, to Prison.

You won't find a more effective and dependable firm to go above and beyond their call of duty so to speak in representing you.
Things happen in SIN CITY.. it's world famous for bending rules here... this firm was highly recommended to me in 2016 by another defense team in California to give me the best chance to try my case with never even meeting me in person.
Since I lived out of state, they handled every single appearance for me and at one point I forgot to tell them my new contract info and they still defended my case for over a year!
Small things have come up since then and they are my go to right away.. and recently I was wrongfully accused on something serious that most would have thought was no way to win.
The MASTER MACE himself followed through to the end and it's been 15 months and it was just dismissed.
It took maybe 7 years before I finally met MACE in person this past 4 months. I feel like we have been good friends for ages.
In addition, a close partner needed a serious defense on something here that was very severe and MACE team recommended two other attorneys outside of their firm.
#1 didn't answer
#2 answered right away and my partner experienced phenomenal results. There was no commission or anything back to that recommendation.
