I spoke to Valerie about my prenup yesterday and was impressed with her knowledge and practical yet heartfelt approach. She was brilliant and gave me clarity and ideas on how best to move forward while being kind and empathetic rather than cold and purely business-like. I learned that sadly she cannot represent me as my boyfriend drafted the prenup under NJ law and she is licensed in NY so my search continues, but if this wasn’t the case then I would have been honored for her to take on my case, feel like she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of women and protects her clients from all angles. Wish we could have worked together and will recommend her to my NY friends.

I highly recommend Mrs. Tocci and her team. She did an excellent job, meticulous about keeping me well informed of critical dates and helped me in sorting out and assembling the necessary data needed for my case. It was a complicated divorce between assets, family trust and a very emotional custody negotiation but at every turn she and her team were professional, accommodating, efficient, trustworthy, and not intimidated by any situation that came up. I could not be happier with the final outcome.

Valerie, and Michael Stutman, represented myself in a nearly three year divorce (from a seven year marriage). She is passive, doesn't know case law, gives false promises and allows 'the other side' to push her around at every turn. She isn't organized, lets things wait until the last minute. And as a result of what I deem to be pure negligence, has potentially landed me in a situation where I may go to jail on contempt charges. Avoid at all costs. This is a very nice woman. However, she is unfit to represent as a litigator if you are looking for a fair settlement/juedgment.

I hired her because I was desperate. I should've interviewed more lawyers. She was average and seems to not be willing to fight a hard case, but would rather settle. For the amount she asked for her retainer and hourly fees, I expected her to fight for me instead of giving in to my ex's demands. Divorce is hard enough so you'd like to feel protected, not as though you're holding the umbrella?

Most useless group of "lawyers" you can put together. Long story short...didn't receive the full money I was legally owed because Matthew Latterner and his "team" were too lazy to follow up. Once the case had been settled I tried emailing, phone calling and texting to get updates on my payment. I must have reached out a combined amount of 30+ times, all of which were ignored.

It's a big place with a lot of very nice and helpful people I've been going there for a few months during an eviction proceeding I highly recommend this I'm and it's easy to find don't take the one train though the two and the three get you there much faster...

If you value your money and custody of your child Edward isn't your man. This guy took 3,000 of my money up front even though he was a in network lawyer for the legal insurance I had at the time, and provided no service. He's awesome at wasting your time and making empty promises though. Edward never notified me of a court date and couldn't give me the chance or right to fight for custody of my child. Now like others have said he won't return emails or calls. Total coward! A real lawyer would try to squeeze more money out of you and at least tell you there's a upcoming court date. If you read this and still want to hire this guy, do yourself a favor and just go flush your cash down the toilet.

I hired him for an divorce Paid him and got no kind of service at all he didn’t file correct paperwork for my case and I had to find out that I had an missed court date after contacting him to ask what was going on I was told that I would have to pay another 500 for him to help with case when asked what did the other money pay for because you he didn’t draw up anything for divorce once I bought this to his attention I haven’t heard from him since

There aren't enough words in the English Language to express how grateful I am to have had Borrelli and Associates P.L.L.C represent me on my employment matter. This was my first time needing an employment attorney. In this particular instance, I needed an employment attorney to follow up on a very difficult matter that warranted an extremely experienced firm that handled employment law. Mr. Michael Borrelli, who is the Managing Attorney/Member of the firm assisted me on my case. He responded to each and every question I had and always gave me step by step updates on his communication with the other party. Although very difficult, Mr. Borrelli was able to settle the case in less than 90 days. Howard Felcher, Esq. came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. It was a pleasure working with him and his staff. I sought legal representation for my divorce after an unusual situation in which I had to switch attorneys. Howard did an outstanding job reviewing, researching, and basically saving my case after missteps by my previous attorney. We were on the verge of going to trial but through his dedication, attention to detail, persistence, and critical thinking we avoided trial and had a favorable outcome. Divorces are always emotional and he was very calming considering everything and this was due to his availability, regular updates, and overall genuine warmheartedness.

Awful lawyer. Handled my divorce and made a mess. Cost me lots of money and settled case just to be sure he was paid. Never made sure I was protected and never offered me competent counsel. Disgraceful. I only hope Karma bites him back one day.

I was recommended to Howard by my Accountant. And after interviewing 3 additional lawyers I chose Howard without hesitation. On my first call to his office I left a message and within 30 minutes he returned my phone call. This kind of personal attention continued throughout my divorce. More then just a great legal mind he possesses great common sense (a truly rare commodity these days) At all times he made sure to never let my divorce become personal. All decisions were made objectively, Always with my best interest at the center of those decisions. He was more then fair with me on his timed billed and did not (as we say) nickel and dime me. I don’t recommend this lawyer ! Went into this office over a month ago for a consult, two weeks past I didn’t hear anything back from him reached out on several occasions to have the paralegal say i’ll call you back. The communication with this firm is definitely non-professional. I don’t recommend them especially if time is a factor. MR Bernard to this day has not reached out at all to discuss my case. The paralegal she can’t keep up with her own lie’s this is why she’s a paralegal and not an attorney.

They did not pick up your call. They will send you confirmation email and such, but they will ghost you if your case is not suitable for them. I received no respond from them after I described my case. Do not recommended as a law firm.

The worst experience with an attorney ever!! Gave us false advice - and then backed out on his words, even though 2 other people, including another attorney, were present on the conversation. We all heard the same thing. Because of his bad advise we lost a buyer, and took bunch of unnecessary actions. All in all, because of him we lost 70k. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I am astonished at the reviews based on Ms. Cooper's billing practices as I found her firm's bills to be exemplary! Her bills are thorough, fair and much more detailed than my previous attorney's. Aside from that, Ms. Cooper's legal acumen is superb. She navigated me through an incredibly complicated divorce and custody agreement and went absolutely above and beyond what I might ever have expected. She is a realist, with a global and long term view and a very human side. She is a sophisticated, fair-minded fighter. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will continue to use her firm for all of my legal needs.

Stephanie R. Cooper represented me in a family law case. I ended this attorney- client-relationship due to the fact that I was repeatedly double billed and none of the short-term goals we had discussed were achieved after Stephanie had gone 40 percent over our retainer agreement. Additionally, keeping discussed deadlines was an issue. I did not like the way she communicated with me when I brought my unhappiness about the above mentioned points to her attention. Therefore, I cannot recommend this lawyer!

Unfortunately, my divorce was extremely high conflict. I wanted to settle, but my ex did not, and he hired a very sneaky, contentious, fight-to-the-death attorney. I wanted an attorney would would take the high ground. Naomi was everything I wanted and more: she is calm, articulate, has excellent judgement, and -unlike other attorneys I have known- always took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all my questions --and always returned my phone calls! Naomi was supportive, understanding, and very present (not multi-tasking all the time the way other lawyers seem to do). I worked closely with Naomi for 2.5 years and, in spite of my ex's need for vengeance, she managed to help me get a settlement result I am very happy with. I cannot speak highly enough of Naomi; She is an absolute star, both personally and professionally.

Judy was an excellent attorney at handling my divorce. She listened to what I wanted out of the settlement and explained why some of it would work and some would not. She protected my financial interests without gold-digging and did not attempt to ramp up the negotiations. She returned emails on the weekends and vacation time and her support staff was professional and friendly.

I found out about Atty. Shannon through my family members, and he specializes in immigration law. He helped my relatives successfully change their legal status, and he's very experienced in his field. He conducts himself professionally, and from my personal experience, his fees are reasonable and make sense. Unlike my previous lawyer, he genuinely cares about his clients and keeps them informed throughout the process. Thanks to his expertise, I smoothly went from obtaining a work permit to getting my permanent green card without any issues. He didn’t do my husband’s immigration process the right way and now he has to wait 10 years to come back... He lied to us saying he was going to appeals and he asked me for a bunch of letters and he didn’t even appeal.... He just wanted his money. He knew it since the beginning and he lied to us... Last time I went to his office he didn’t even know what happened with my husband.... Shame on him....

Michael handled my divorce in 1985. It took NINE years for me to get my divorce. Granted my ex was seriously emotionally disturbed but NINE years? At times I was in extreme peril as were my two small children. This fact did not seem to weigh on Michael's mind as anything serious or urgent.

When no other lawyer would give me the right time of day. Michael did! When eveyone else turned me away Michael did not! He speaks honestly, and I think he is a great Attorney. I have a very old case that another Attorney completly dropped the ball on, and after 10 years Michael was able to have my very old case that was dismissed in 2000, restored in 2010. I will forever be greatful to this man.

Reid Murdoch explained everything about my case very clearly and made sure i understood every aspect. He was able to get a misdemeanor dismissed for me and explained to the judge that a warrant I had was issued incorrectly. Reid cares alot about his clients and will do everything in his power to fight for them. He had me sign the retainer, pay almost $7000 and disappeared. He did not show up in court saying I still had to sign a form. I never received said form and he stopped answering altogether. I cannot believe he would do this to families in need of help.

Absolutely do not use andrew park pc services AT ALL! yes you see them on billboard advertisements, however I believe this firm is selfish for only the money and doesn’t care for minor car accident cases. Also Juliana Serrat, the negotiations rep is obnoxiously inconsiderate. Trust, lawyer up with a different firm you have a greater success with another firm thank you.

Reviews say that they have a lot of staff but I have experienced a lot of lack of communication. I call lots of times & get no answer, I leave voicemails & no one calls back. I email them & no one replies. How are you supposed to communicate anything about your case, questions or concerns if no contacts you back!

He proved to me to be one of those lawyer that will clock on your pocket as many hours as possible and stretch it as much as possible but not a great conclusion to my case. After 2 and a half of taking my money we finally arrived to the day of the trial. He kept me for almost an hour asking me questions and when it was the turn for him to ask to the my opponent, he only asked 2 irrelevant questions. Even after months of talk and strategy he just went up there and did nothing for me. It even looked to me that he took money from the other side to get the case thrown out. The judge dismiss the case on the ground that the presentation of his paper saying that they were to loose and not specific to make a case. He proved to be inexperience, a very soft legal fighter and a coward. If you are already working with him think about changing him straight away.

Peter represented me in a separate/custody dispute. Excellent lawyer. Knows the law well and has superb judgment on how to litigate in family court. He is a busy lawyer and will not do a lot of hand holding and sometimes will not call back for a few days but is always well prepared and on the ball when it counts. I am also a litigator but in Federal Court so I speak with a deep understanding of litigation.

He did a horrible job on my divorce settlement. My ex is now a multi milllionaire and my settlement was nothing near what I should have gotten..His financial investigation of my ex was non-existent so my ex was able to get away with tremendous fraud. I was naive and want to sue him for malpractice but the statue of limitation has run out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!! HE ALSO OVERCHARGES FOR THE LITTLE WORK HE DOES!!
