I'm a single father with sole custody and sole physical custody of my daughter. Peter's hard work and dedication to the case made that possible. Through the long and lengthy court proceeding, Peter was very informative and was on top of the case. The case was on going for 13 months with 26 days of trial. Peter worked very hard for me as I'm absolutely sure he does for all his clients. Not only is he an attorney he has a heart. If you are looking for a dedicated and very knowledgeable attorney, Peter is the guy for any case. Not only was he my attorney but he was like a friend through it all. He fights hard for your rights and listens to everything you say. I can't find, nor will there ever be any words that I can say to thank peter for what he has worked so hard on. Catherine was phenomenal. I came to her feeling completely defeated and hopeless. My former attorney was a nightmare. Unprepared, unwilling to listen, and completely took advantage of me are only a few of the adjectives I could use to describe him.
Catherine immediately heard my case and was confident. She listened and acknowledged my concerns. She even asked for my feedback with things. She took what was one of the worst times in my life and completely guided me through it. She promised me she would get this resolved and in my favor quickly. Needless to say, she came totally prepared for meditation and defended me against my ex husband and his counsel. She would not budge on our demands. She had proof to validate all our points. Catherine was referred to me by a friend and even though she was 45 min from me, I was so glad to have her and worth every minute and penny. (Which was beyond reasonable too.) I just bought my 1st house and needed a real estate attorney. I knew next to nothing about the process of what it takes to actually close on a house, but Catherine answered all of my 100 questions I had and was good at explaining it. She is beyond professional and knowledgeable, very sweet, but also doesn’t mess around and fights hard, which you don’t usually find all 4 of these qualities together. Never once did I ever even have a problem reaching her, (try that with another attorney!), and her paralegal, Sharon, is awesome as well! She also knew most of the answers to my questions and kept me in the loop every single step of the way. Catherine totally had my back when it came to the contract, putting in what was needed to benefit me and also explaining it [again] each step of the way. Honestly, I can’t thank her enough, but would refer her to anybody needing an attorney for real estate, family law or matrimonial. I will 100% use her again!!

Catherine Dominici is a shark. She goes over and beyond for her clients. When there is a problem, she does not back down or waiver. It does not matter how long she has to battle; she gets it done. Catherine was my attorney in a child custody battle. Sadly, my ex was in no position to be a parent to my 3 children. It was a very unsafe and unhealthy environment for them. Long story short, Catherine got the job done. I have sole custody of my children without visitation.(which sounds terrible but in this situation anything else would of been unacceptable). She was on my side, well my childrens side 100%. She truly cared for the well being of my children. I have never met an attorney with so much dedication and compassion such as hers. She was always there for us. She was very reasonable with her costs and her office staff was just as amazing as she was. Whenever anyone asks me if I know a lawyer that I can recommend, there is only one and that is Catherine. She is truly one in a million.

Deborah is an amazing lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone who is going through divorce. She did an exceptional job in handling my divorce at a rapid pace. She was very affordable as well. She knew my biggest gripe was to make the divorce be as speedy as possible, while still holding my ground as to what assets should be granted as mine. She granted my wish of a speedy, but efficient divorce, and I am proud to say my divorce took 3 months to be completed from start to finish. I was in Erie county family court. Gary went above and beyond. Gary helped me when noone else would. Gary helped me in a way I don't think anyone else could. He put me at ease. I got upset and asked for a different lawyer because I was afraid and unsure. One of the worst mistakes of my life. I'd bet my life that Gary is honorable intelligent diligent and honest. Mark Paige brought me back from ruin. I was in a serious situation with a divorce stipulation that was violated and I needed serious legal counseling. I tried numerous other legal options but none were developing a plan of action due to the complexity of my situation. I had a marital residency that was in severe financial distress (foreclosure). I had a deep financial crisis with child support that was in arrears over due to a miscalculation from over 8 years ago. Mr Paige set forth a roadmap that started with dealing with one issue at a time. From 2016 till 2023 he along with his team of legal professionals was able to fight the violation of the divorce stipulation. He then was able to challenge the Foreclosure of the marital residence. Have my Arrears recalculated finding an overpayment. Furthermore with the overpayment had my child support terminated due to the alienation that took place. Since I was left to deal with a foreclosure property that was abandoned by the other party Mr Paige was able to facilitate a short sale with a third party. This was the completion of the roadmap that he laid out from day one. To add to the success he was able to have my passport awarded to me which was an issue due to the arrearages that were shown prior to the recalculation.
Mr. Paige Commanded a presence that was of the highest regard due to him always showing the Judge as well as the other parties the utmost respect. He worked hard to make sure he left no stone unturned while preparing for court proceedings. I will always thank him for not turning me away and always giving 110% to me when others would not take my case again due to its complexity. Not only do I recommend him as a great hire but also a great source of knowledge to other lawyers who have clients who may be dealing with similar issues. Mine was super complex but a lawyer like Mark Paige is best suited to succeed in this undertaking.
Prior to me finding the service of Mark S Paige I was stonewalled in many proceedings that I thought I could handle pro-se. It was very frustrating and demoralizing. The day I saw I was moving in the right direction was when I was able to tell a support magistrate that I would like to refrain from any further comments due to me retaining the services of Mark S Paige. At this time the Magistrate said you have made a great decision regarding your retaining of Mr Paige … He is a very good lawyer. Fast forward to today I know this was the best decision I could have made for my life which Mark Paige gave me back. Look no further you have found a Great Lawyer right here.

Firstly, David is available to you at all times. Any questions that we had we could email / Text / Call and if he was busy he would respond within a very short amount of time. He treated my partner and I with the utmost respect and professionalism from the start. He is Prompt, efficient, courteous, and broke things down for us into the most simplistic way. As matter of fact he cared so much about our case that he even took our calls while he was on his honeymoon. To me that says a lot about how much he cares. I was planning my vacations in Europe, when i realized that my daughter's passport expired. Her father was not available to sign consent or for any other contact and the only way to go for me was to file for sole custody. We live in NY, so courts are extremely busy, and it seemed at some point that nothing could be done to speed the process up. Ms. Feldman demonstrated resourcefulness and great knowledge of the system, which resulted in favorable outcomes in less than two months after petition was filed.

I am glad we found Maria Mateo to help us through the process of my Resident visa application and my husbands Citizenship visa application. We both had a hard case that needs a professional help.
