I hired Mr. Asterita to handle all of the legal aspects of my mother's estate upon her passing. I have found him to be reliable, thorough, timely, assessable, fair with his fees and reasonable in his approach to the issues. This is the 2d time I hired Aniella for a Family Court case. She hand-held me throughout the scary family court process. She explained the law to me and what was happening in court. Where do I begin? I spent 10 years battling a child custody matter with another Law firm and wasted several thousands of dollars. I hired Michael Meth back in January and we have been to court twice and each time I saw results. Michael has done for me in just a couple of months what the other law firm couldn't accomplish in 10 years. If only I had hired Michael from the beginning. Live and learn. I highly recommend Michael and I know you will be truly satisfied with the results. When you hire Michael Meth you get Michael Meth.

Mr. Meth and his team have represented me in criminal defense on multiple occasions, which admittedly does not say a lot for my character... I'm a young, stubborn and foolish man; blinded by my own arrogance and alcoholism and abhorrent decision making, I found myself making the same mistakes over and over again. Anyone who has been involved in the criminal justice system, whether you're the defense attorney, the DA, a judge or the defendant, you know that presiding judges do NOT look favorably upon repeat offenders. I first hired Meth law in 2014. From start to finish Mr. Meth, who always conducted himself professionally and respectfully to me, was able to navigate my case to a favorable disposition. In hindsight, what I respect the most about Mr. Meth's representation was that he did not just focus on the best outcome for me, right from the start he strongly encouraged and directed me to treatment for alcoholism during the case and even for after the case. Had i listened there is a good chance that the story would end right there, but alas, as i aforementioned I was stubborn and stupid. The following year I hired Meth Law again for a related, but not the exact same charge. Again Mr. Meth was able to get me a very favorable disposition. Seeing the behavioral pattern, he reminded and encouraged me to seek help and follow through instead of just half-assed participation and going through the motions. Again I didn't listen. Finally, in a particularly egregious and flagrant repeat of the original offense, I once again found myself in serious trouble (like the arraignment judge sets 5 figure bail on you kind if trouble) and in need of Meth Law's service. After barely affording the bail to get myself out of jail I found myself significantly short on the retainer fee to hire Meth Law. Understand the financial ruin I was in from posting bail and seeing my desperation and ability to make payments, Mr. Meth was very, very, reasonable and fair to let me pay half down and payments on the remaining balance while representing me from square 1. Instead of being entirely grateful, admittedly, at times i was a NIGHTMARE client to deal with. Between the fear over my future and my alcoholism, I was at times argumentative, combative and belligerent with the very people who were there to help and represent me. From reading applicable law sections, several applicable cases and case citations I led myself to believe that I knew more than I did and constantly argued with my representation, which as practicing attorneys, extremely intelligent men and women and law school graduates, had to have been woefully annoying. I acted childish and selfish, like I was the only client they had to worry about when it obviously was not the case. In spite of all of that... in spite of lashing out while having nobody to blame but myself... I was given a stern reminder of the way things were and why, all the while being treated respectfully without condescension and the utmost professionalism. I finally listened to Mr. Meth's advice and he guided me to excellent professional help for my alcoholism. I am going on 2 years sober to this day, I wish I listened sooner. I wound up having to do some time, and I deserved it. If it wasn't for Meth Law I would've had to do way more and would've come out of the correctional system irreparably broken and directionless like so many others. In spite of making many awful and stupid mistakes, I was given one last chance to get things right and make something of myself before I became a washed up, old loser... and I have Meth Law to thank for that. The retainer fees were always fair, Mr. Meth and his staff: Evan, Bianca, Tara, Christina were all fantastic extremely professional and courteous. They always responded to my inquiries immediately or ASAP and despite my immaturities, I was always treated with respect. I cant say enough good about this firm, I recommend them 100% Thank you Meth Law for your help and representation!

Stuck in a hotel with my two children after being ordered by judge to not leave the state to go back to our home in FL Michael Picked up my call at 7 am on Saturday Morning. From that moment on I shut up and listened (for the most part) and he has been by my side over the past year and half fighting for my rights and my children's best interest. Michael in a matter of days had his team on my case and corrected the wrong that was done by the Judge and my previous attorney and sent us home where we belonged. At my first court appearance with Michael with in seconds of him standing up and fighting for us I knew all I had to do was sit back and let him work. He is beyond intelligent, very quick on his feet and has no fear of fighting for his clients be it with opposing counsel or a judge. He is truly and advocate for his clients. Michael and his team are second to none. We have been in the lower court (family/supreme) and the higher court (Appellate division) and he has continued to prevail on every level even in the face of some heavy adversity within the courts. The difficulty of a Custody issues can be stressfull...but Ms. Venzon was the answer to all of my legal needs. If you want a PIT-BULL of a lawyer fighting for you, then you hire Ms. Venzon. I have only the most positive things to say about my experience with Melissa Studin Young as my lawyer. From start to finish Melissa showed compassion, confidence and capability. I felt like she truly had my back, my children's best interests at heart, and knew how to get the job done. I learned of Mr. Kusnetz services after my divorces was finalized but I wish I had Mr. Kusnetz from day one. His firm has been tremendous in helping me with some of the things I didn’t original consider when my uncontested divorce was done by another firm. He has helped me with all of my post-divorce issues such as visitation with my son and my child support obligations. He is a true partner who has been there for me providing solid advice every step of the way. Phil Kusnetz is an attorney like no other. From the moment I calls his office, I knew this was the attorney for me. My case was dismissed years ago on the issue of grounds. Upon the development and construction of a new, rather large condominium development just outside of New York City, I, acting as a supervisor for the owner, had numerous responsibilities including overseeing the general contractor and subcontractors alike. When we ran into severe roofing issues, water infiltration from various points of the building, in addition to HVAC issues, we were looking at substantial repair costs as well as time delays and ongoing assessments that needed to ultimately be charged to the individual owners. Mr. Galligan stepped into the ongoing litigation, which at that point involved scores of contractor defendants when reviews and analysis leading to final apportionments of blame were necessary, and tough negotiations needed to obtain the best result for the individual owners given the circumstances. Mr. Galligan delivered. Mr. Galligan's expertise in these types of real estate matters, together with his professionalism, incredible availability and demeanor with rather contentious and, at times, downright nasty, individuals surprised me because I always thought either lawyers fight to the end running up legal fees or end up working together to try and get a reasonable "settlement" for all parties, on both sides. Mr. Galligan did indeed obtain such a reasonable settlement, but he always fought vigorously for our side, and our side only, without ever losing his composure. I greatly admired that about it. I highly recommend Mr. Galligan as an experienced real estate attorney, knowing full well about his other substantial accomplishments in other fields of the law even though my experience was limited to this matter. With all this said, I have no doubt that he would deliver the same attributes and ultimate success he did for us.

Mrs Rivera is a great lawyer and was very supportive through my very bitter and at times nasty custody battle. Mrs. Rivera is very professional, intelligent, sharp, and attentive to you and your needs. Also levelheaded lol what I didn’t have at times. She won my custody battle case but it wasn’t over my daughter father put in an appeal. I was angry and wanted to done with this but she fought harder and guess what she won the appeal too . Yup she great you will not be disappointed in her work for you .

Just when I thought I lost all hope Mr Coppage was assigned to my custody battle case for my son. I’ve been going against my sons mother for almost 5 years in court trying to get custody over my son who’s been under my care Mr Coppage looked at me and said be honest with me and I’ll be honest with you do everything I tell you to do and the way that you are suppose to do it and well let the judicial system handle the rest. With his assurance and dedication to my case which he place major work into I came out on top winning and being granted the custodial guardian over my son. I don’t know how to thank him enough as my son is safe, happy and well taken care of by me but none of this would of happen if Mr Coppage didn’t step in. I first met with Raunak when someone else was representing me in my divorce. By the end of my consultation with him, it was clear that Raunak is a breed apart from other attorneys. Anyone who has had to go to family court knows just how stressful it is. A big part of the stress is worrying whether your attorney will really help you achieve a favorable outcome. Another concern is wondering, "Will my attorney make my case a priority, or will I be just be another client that he/she can barely keep track of?" All these concerns vanished after I started working with Raunak Kothari. At every step of the way, Raunak put me at ease with his knowledge and attentiveness. Thanks to his experience, he was able to point out so many considerations that had never occurred to me. Apart from making me feel like a priority, Raunak ran circles around opposing counsel. Larry was recommended to me by an accountant to help with a divorce filing. My experience with him was seamless and wonderful: he is compassionate, professional and talked me through the whole process. The process of filing took much longer than anticipated (although not his doing, it was the county clerk's holdup), but I was able to email with Larry regularly and he would check on the status for me. Inna resolved a yearlong nightmare in just 2 weeks. A neighbor was smoking marijuana day and night, disturbing peace of residents of at least 3 floors of our building. I met Norah Hart in the waiting room after a court appearance. I’m trying to divorce my impossible wife. Norah got more done in four court appearances than my first attorney did in five years. A couple of months ago, I received a speeding ticket in Upstate NY for doing 96 in 55 which could've led to a possible license suspension. Right away, I hired Zachary to take my case and all I could do was hope for the best outcome. Zachary made sure to stay in to contact with me updating me whenever something new happened regarding the case. I'm pleased to say that he did way better than I expected and worked out a deal to a no-points parking ticket with a reasonable fine. I was beyond grateful and I would highly recommend him!!

Zach has helped me significantly throughout my cases. Everything from tickets to general defense, he excels at what he does and has provided the best defense that I could ask for. A couple years ago I managed to get charged with 2 DUI's. Despite catching the charges pretty much back to back, he got me to walk on both of them. In addition to this, Zach was also very helpful in ensuring that I got the minimum fine for all of my tickets. 10/10 Would Recommend!

Scott Cannon's professionalism, compassion, experience, empathy and strategic protocol truly defines that of a first-class attorney. Family Court had been a difficult and emotionally draining experience for the past 3 years, until I met Scott. I met with several lawyers before Scott. As soon as I walked into the office I felt welcome. His staff is very professional. Once Scott stared asking me about my situation, I could hear compassion in his voice. I knew right away he was the right choice. His experience was obvious. Scott was very educated on the effects of Domestic Violence. He even cared about my well being. We had to met often due to my ex causing issues with my children. Mr. Leininger has been there for me when ever I needed him. I remember calling and speaking with him at the very last minute for my first court appearance and he made me meet him at his office the very next morning and drove me to court with him. Over the time of all aspects of my separation and divorce, Mr Leininger was always right there for me to answer any and all questions I may have had. He was always prompt to court and always prepared for my case. He would even call me and see how I was doing "off the record" and over time I considered him a friend and not just my attorney.
