Scott Riordan is one of the most impressive, trustworthy and respectful professionals that I have had the pleasure in meeting. Seeking legal representation for my son was not the way that I desire in meeting remarkable people; however, Scott was a God Sent for a rather bizarre case in which my 17 year old son fell victim to perceived deceptions and falsehoods. Facing a stacked deck in an unyielding and bias court room; Scott was able to expose truths regarding charges placed on my son and turn the prosecution's questionable conducts against them, thus allowing a jury of my son's piers to reach an overwhelming not-guilty verdict for 3 felonies and possibly 20 plus years in prison. Once again; I cannot facilitate enough positive regarding Scott and his associates that also entered our Defense Team; under Scott's guidance. Without going into details of somewhat unique and complicated matrimonial case, Mr. Tehrani not only proved his level of expertise, but also offered emotional and practical support which can be an invaluable benefit in such situations. I hired Rich Toscani to handle my fiancé’s case, who happened to have charged in two separate counties. He knew that I was paying for this on my own as my fiancé wasn’t working and was extremely sympathetic to the situation. He is ALWAYS available to speak to, unlike other attorneys and would always keep me informed. The felonies were dropped and my fiancé’s jail sentence was lowered significantly. Mr. Toscani is very professional and knowledgeable, I highly reccomend him to all of my close ones in need of an attorney. He is always available and responsive and works diligently with concern for the matter, he fights Aggressively for the best outcome and from what I've seen everyone in the court room respects him highly especially the judge, before I hired Mr. Toscani I was destined for doom and jail time but he seriously worked a miracles for me in a short time span. Michael LoFrumento was my attorney throughout my long, contentious divorce and custody battle. My ex-husband is an attorney and an extremely difficult person. Michael handled all matters with composure, patience, and professionalism. We went through forensic evaluations, law guardians, and parent coordinators. I had hired a contactor to do work on my home, and was quoted a fair price. This three day job was then stretched into a 10 day fiasco, with the contractor not showing up for days, and never completing the job. Fortunately, we had only paid this unscrupulous thief a deposit, but we were completely stunned when we learned that a lien had been placed on our home for an amount 3 times the quoted price! We asked around, and Mike LoFrumento was recommended as someone who could fix this nightmare. Fix it he did, and the lien was quickly removed. Mike is the kind of guy who uses his skills and talents to "right" the "wrongs" life will occasionally throw our way. We couldn't have been happier with his professionalism, follow-through and results.

After the passing of my mother Marie, my brother and I were left with assets she did not get a chance to transfer to her 2 sons. Many said it was complicated and will take a while to be allocated. Thankfully, Ms. Bunbury understood our situation and guided us through this complex process and made the deed and account transfers within months without any hiccups. I just finished a very long and complicated divorce. I had to lawyers before Mr. Meruelo handle my case and they could not resolve it in a satisfactory manner. However Mr. Meruelo worked tirelesly to finalize my case, and to do so in a manner that was acceptable to my. I would recomend this lawyer without hesitation. I retained Wendy through a recommendation from a close personal friend. I thought I wanted a "pit bull" but after I hired Wendy I realized, I needed someone that would fight for my rights without destroying my relationship with my soon to be ex-husband and blowing through all of our money. When u go thru really hell time, u need Lawyer who will be carrying, understanding and will feel your situation, u need someone honest regarding to the law and what u can get! Joanna is really kind and very sensitive, which doesn’t happen often around lawyers! I have been with her for my two divorces and each time she got me the best that I could get! Just remember what u wish for it might not be going with the law but she will still make the best deal for u ! Bank was taking my house because I didn't pay my mortgage over 3 years. I had a bad tenant, didn't pay rent over 2 years. I did kick out those tenant. Anyway bank are refusing to do loan modification. Finally I got help from Mr. Bruce Feinstein and I save my house. Thank you Mr. Feinstein.

I came to the office of Schonfeld and Ushan after my adjustment of status case was denied in Maryland and i was place in deportation proceedings,Marylyn assured me we could do a change do a change of venue to New York. i was quite anxious but she always made me feel comfortable and assured. Kyle has a very approachable personality and that’s probably why I initially hired him. I had most of the paperwork and document ready to clear my case for driving without insurance but there was a TON of stuff I had no idea about and I would have been in some solid trouble even though I had everything in order! I used Adam as my attorney when closing on my house. His communication was excellent- he kept us informed at every stage in the process, within a very timely manner. It was my first time buying a house so he made sure to address all my questions and concerns, helped me set up a surveyor, and walked me through the necessary meetings, all with a friendly demeanor to ensure I did not feel like a burden.
