Claire has represented me for several years in numerous cases that have gone through family court. There is no one I would rather have in my corner. She is kind, supportive and understanding of the emotions involved in family court cases (children, support and visitation). But once we are in court she is absolutely ferocious and within minutes you will thank God she is on your side. Her entire team, including Carrie, are amazing. They made me feel like family from day one and that was very reassuring. I can't recommend them enough.

I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. I thought I could handle my divorce amicably by myself, but my ex husband’s family attorney (who hates me) hired the most expensive and viscous divorce lawyers in New York to make the divorce as contentious as possible for me.
My situation didn’t improve until a dear family friend recommended Rona to me. She immediately assuaged all of my concerns and fought hard for me and I ended up with a better settlement in the process.
Rona made the best of a bad situation and I will recommend her to everyone. She’s also a very nice person.

I choose Gail to help me with a visitation petition. I first spoke with her on the phone and she was so empathetic to my situation and fully understood everything I was going through. Some of the most worst moments happen when we need to retain a lawyer. I searched for months and talked to so many attorneys before I decided on Dimitri. I first asked Dimitri, "What type of dirt do we need to dig up for my case?" Dimitri responded: "I am sorry, I don't play those games. If thereis something there, then we will fight and show; but I am not in the business for creating anything." I was inspired by his ethics. I spent the next 6 years back and forth with my crazy situation - several new cases along the way. In each instance, Dimitri not only delivered but he was there to coach and guide me through the many layers of family court and custody battle. Ultimately, after years of fighting; I now have 60% custody of my daughter with all decisions allowed to me so ordered by the courts. Thank you Dimitri!!!!!

I highly recommend Tim Sardone for your real estate transactions! We were warned that the schedule to complete our home purchase was very optimistic and that it would be difficult for the title work to be finished in this time frame. Tim not only made sure it was on time…it was early. He kept us informed throughout the process and quickly answered all of our questions. And when we sold our old house, he again kept us informed and made sure the sale closed on time. And we were never searching for answers because he anticipated our questions. I am giving Mr. Willman a five star rating if I could give more I would. My self personally has not had Mr. Willman but I know someone who has! And this certainly individual gave Mr. Willman a run for his money. If you know you know. I have always learned it's never a good idea to work against your attorney... But more less let them guide you through your case. And not call the shots that will not work out in your favor.. My hat comes off to Mr. Willman he stood his ground and no matter what maintained perfessional through it all. He worked so hard for this individual and did everything he could possibly could do. I had as wonderful of an experience as one can have going through the divorce process with Nick as my attorney. I had switched a year into my case with no movement. Nick was able to come in and quickly catch up. He skillfully navigated a high conflict divorce and helped in protecting both myself and the children. He acted quickly, was very communicative, caring and was always was thinking out of the box. He is honest and made me feel safe and always had my best interest in mind.
