8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. I contacted debtors to workout a reasonable way to go - no good. Then I came to you. Almost 8 years to the day back from today I had no more debt. Since then, while I have health challenges & can't work, I have found a pretty wonderful way to live. I made it 6 years paying cash only, then started to build credit again, and now my rating is around 700. In 2 years the bankruptcy will be off my credit record & it will go higher. Without your services, I wouldn't have had a chance in hell. Yes, it was definitely a new beginning. I may be 79, but I'm 79 going on 50!

I thought I could handle my divorce amicably by myself, but my ex husband’s family attorney (who hates me) hired the most expensive and viscous divorce lawyers in New York to make the divorce as contentious as possible for me.
My situation didn’t improve until a dear family friend recommended Rona to me. She immediately assuaged all of my concerns and fought hard for me and I ended up with a better settlement in the process.
Rona made the best of a bad situation and I will recommend her to everyone. She’s also a very nice person.

Leta represented me during the 2022-23 process of an uncontested divorce. Even though my ex spouse and I were amicable, it was still a very difficult time as we navigate through the details of children's custody and alimony. I was the spouse who had more to lose from financial sense and Leta listened to my concern and helped me legally navigate a fair outcome. She was always responsive and really took the time to explain the divorce process, and the "why's' behind each statement in the divorce paper as we drafted it. She even gave me tips on how to approach talking to my ex as we negotiate. She took the time to listen and I was really impressed with how empathetic she was. I did not like some of the other lawyers who had personalities to be "out to get my ex". I was trying to move forward amicably but still makes sure my interests were protected. Leta was very upfront about how long a divorce process in NYC due to backlog and estimate that from filing separation to judge decree, it would take 1 year. She was spot on (illustrates her experience and honesty to not sugar coat). Overall she's made the most difficult process in my life bearable. I felt like my outcome was fair/expedient and fairly charged. I also want to compliment her paralegals who were so prompt in all their responses. Anytime I wanted to talk/email I always heard from them in less than 1-2 BD max. I've actually recommended her to another friend of friend who's seeking divorce too.

Mr. Vess Mitev came highly referred from a friend, who is also an attorney, that I trust with my life. I some how got myself in a very bad situation, and was charged with 2 class D felonies. So I asked my friend, what attorney he would recommend. Being that I had never been in any trouble in my entire life, and I didn’t want a criminal record at all; He told me not to play around at all, and to go with the best! He told me from the beginning that he may not be the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for!! After doing a consult with Vess, I decided to pay the piper, putting my trust and confidence in his hands. Right away he told me, if I listen to him, he would get both charges, DISMISSED COMPLETELY! He also told me that my case was delicate, and could take time; But he reassured me, saying that I was in good hands. I was arraigned on 3/16/2024; On 5/22/2024, both Felony charges were REDUCED to Class A Misdemeanor CHARGES! What a relief!! I was NOT going to be a convicted felon!!! But Vess was not done; He told me it was then time to go for Full Dismissal, on both charges. Then on 7/23/2024, I was DISMISSED OF ALL CHARGES! I didn’t plea the charges down to misdemeanors, and/or violations; THEY WERE COMPLETELY DISMISSED!!! Vess is a great guy, and an unbelievable criminal defense attorney! Hopefully I am never in that type of situation again; but god forbid I was, or a friend or family member asked for a criminal defense attorney— Mr. Vess Mitev would be the attorney I would go with, 100 out of 100 times! I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"!
