I met Benjamin back when I was an adolescent aspiring to be an attorney and he was my younger brother’s basketball coach. Ben’s family and mines would travel along side each other as our boys played travel basketball. We all bonded over meals and shared hotels. Ben supported my dreams and even let me tag along on his cases to experience the real deal. Who would know a decade later I’d need him to defend me, I was at the wrong place and wrong time. I ended in jail , and with 5 felony charges for a crime I did not commit. I was told I would get 3 years in prison and i was having a very hard time in jail that I ended up on suicide watch . Ben moved immediately, I was out of jail in 6 days because he vouched for me. He is a honorable man and to have him as an attorney would be in your best interest. He moves efficiently and effortlessly , I give him 5 stars and I HIGHLY recommend!!

Ben is phenomenal. He is someone you want on your side. He handled my divorce and custody case. He was straightforward, attentive and listened to my concerns, responsive when I sent him questions, and helped me develop several strategies to ensure my best interests were being represented. He isn’t afraid to fight on your behalf and do what needs to be done to stand up for his clients. He was able to get me everything I wanted (full custody) and even things I didn’t know I needed and wanted (a situation where I would be financially secure). I suffered domestic violence, I had to leave the house with my son with only the clothes on my back and our lives saved and go to a Safety & Change shelter, I have documented and video evidence of all the violence suffered by me and my son, I have video of my husband's betrayal with another woman. I sought help from the Legal Aid Society because I am undergoing pre-cancer treatment. The Legal Aid Society said they could help me and they did. I was referred to the law firm de Moya & Assoc PC I arrived at the office scared of everything because domestic violence is very difficult, we suffer a lot, we lose our dignity, faith and many other things and we also run out of money. What I heard from de Moya & Assoc PC was; I have to accept my husband's lawyer's conditions because the duration of the marriage was short, 2 years in January 2024. How many years would I have to suffer this violence to be entitled to my personal belongings under US law? I am writing this rant to share with others who experience domestic violence in my case at de Moya & Assoc PC it made it clear that I am not entitled to anything because the domestic violence I suffered was for a short period, HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO SUFFER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TO HAVE ANY RIGHTS? so I don't even have the right to my personal goals, I took what was placed outside the house, just a few things, de Moya & Assoc PC said that I have to accept the lawyer's conditions My husband, if I don't do everything, I will have a big problem with the Judge and I will have to pay my husband's lawyer a small fortune.

With a month to go to my wedding, I found myself with a lengthy pre-nup from my fiancé. As a lawyer, I thought I could handle negotiating it on my own, but I simply didn't have the time to study up on a whole new area of law -- or the distance from the situation to evaluate it dispassionately. Rhonda came recommended by a colleague, and I could not be happier that I found her. She really helped me understand the agreement and the background law it was altering so I could assess what was worth fighting about, and what was just weird. As we went through the back and forth, she gave me the information I needed and lots of language options to consider, and also gave me room to say, for a key part of the agreement, that I didn't think any of the language quite worked so we could figure out how to draft something that was specific to my needs and goals. In the end, I'm happy with the final document that we signed, and I know we would not have gotten there without having Rhonda's excellent counsel on my side. I've already referred her to another friend who is dealing with a messy divorce and she's been a terrific help to him already. To sum it up: hire Rhonda!!

I am extremely grateful & appreciative for Seelig Law Offices, LLC.
I am suffering severe pain & unable to return to work after experiencing a work related accident. Unsuccessful pain management treatment & multiple surgeries continued to keep me from returning. I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. Hiring Lisa as my attorney was the second best decision I made in my divorce...after the decision to get divorced. I had initial consultations with 3 attorneys - all came well recommended and were professional. But only Lisa struck me as immediately "getting" the issues with my ex, and she had a specific plan for how to address those issues. She's now represented me for almost 5 years in this matter - through settlement negotiation, trial, and lots of complicated ups and downs in between. At first I was very worried that there was no hope for my case or situation. But without fail John has been there every step of the way with me easing my anxiety and reassuring me that he’ll get the best outcome. Jean represented me during my divorce proceedings for a little over a year until an agreement was made.
