We were ticketed on the Taconic on our way north, and the town court was much too far away to contest the ticket in person.
After research, we chose Jonathan Katz to represent us in town court. Jonathan's office explained the process clearly, and communicated promptly. The ticket was reduced from a 4 point unjust result to a 0 point non-moving violation (improper parking), and we paid the fine by website the same day. Excellent result.

I had an excellent experience with Daniel Kron. From our very first phone conversation he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand. My case was what I perceived to be a difficult, high conflict case in regard to visitation and custody. It was a very tumultuous time for me and Daniel always took the time, generously I might add, to explain things thoroughly and to discuss strategy. From the beginning, Daniel was straightforward, concise, transparent and knowledgeable. We often discussed various options at length along with his recommendations and personal advice as to how he thought we should proceed. I felt as if we were working together, with his professional guidance. I found this to be invaluable as it allowed me to strategize with him. I trusted him implicitly.

I could not recommend Ms. Browde more strongly to represent you in your legal matters. I had a situation where I had to be divorced and it came without warning. After being yanked around by a previous attorney I consulted AVVO who recommended Ms Browde. Florian stepped into the middle of my case after my previous lawyer had made a mess of things. He then proceeded to do in less than two months what the last lawyer had failed to do In the previous 5 months!! He brought my children home where they belonged! He is by far the most professional lawyer I've met thus far at the same time he is able to connect with you on a personal level that will put you at ease. After our motor vehicle incident with our son and having it out of county, we did not know who to call. I have many trusted law enforcement partners in the the surrounding counties so I reached out to three of them and all three said, "call Angelo Rose". One of these contacts even said "you absolutely need to call Angelo Rose". We are glad we did. Angelo met with us in his office to quickly ease our anxiety about what might/could happen and in the end, Angelo was very close to spot on with what did happen. Angelo knows the law and what turned out to be equally important, Angelo knows the DA's to work with and his advice along the way has been right on point. We actually liked him so much that we are going to use him as our attorney for various legal documents and hopefully, we never do but if we need a lawyer, we would say our lawyer is Angelo Rose on the spot.

I hired Angela after I was served papers for a modification of child and spousal support from a previous divorce case. Going through my initial divorce case was a very difficult time in my life and the lawyer I hired for that case didn't help make me feel any better. After what I experienced with my first lawyer I knew I needed to make sure I found the right lawyer this time and I was blessed to find Angela. Maria saved me! After several other lawyers hacked up my case, took advantage of my resources & left me extremely vulnerable, she came in & cleaned things up! Rather quickly too! She helped me keep primary custody of my children after YEARS of litigation. She told me hard things I didn’t want to hear but helped me understand the reasons why. She even helped me learn to STOP CRYING so much, lol. Who knew lawyers were therapists too, haha. Justin took over in the middle of my very messy years long divorce. I wish I had had him from the beginning as my lawyer. He was very professional and able to be firm and direct. Will has been my saving grace. I went through numerous attorneys and have gotten nowhere settling with my ex in family court. Will is educated, fierce, honest, makes himself available for you, and really cares. He has become more than an attorney to me and I consider him a friend. He has always done what is in my child and my best interest. He really makes you feel good and that he totally has your back and is on your wide 1220 percent. He has a lot of connections in the court room and court system as well which is really helpful. I fired Emanuel to represent me in a circus of a divorce and custody case. The case spanned two counties as my estranged spouse had just disappeared and attempted to file for spousal support after being out of mine and the kids' lives for years. Emanuel was able to consolidate all of the case matters to one county and have them heard under one judge for a legal decision on all of the various aspects including the spousal support, child custody, and division of assets. We were able to first locate my estranged spouse and Emanuel was very tactful in his approach and able to get my former spouse served.
There were multiple sessions for this case as the estranged spouse was not meeting the bare minimum court requirements or putting any sort of effort forward toward a resolution. Emanuel dealt with frequent last-minute rescheduling of court dates which spawned from constant requests from my former spouse. In the end she lost it a bit and cursed out the entire court and all involved, but Emanuel was able to brush it off and and use the outbursts to our advantage.
After multiple warning mail and email messages from the court my former spouse still chose to keep showing up late or postpone the proceedings and finally ended up defaulting on the case. I was able to retain my full custody of both children and all of the marital assets. He was able to strategically play the long chess game and let my estranged spouse move herself into her own checkmate status.
During the proceedings this was all obviously new to me so he was able to answer my endless stream of questions as well as explain any legal jargon which I didn't understand with ease. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much from myself and both of my children!

First and foremost, the Magnell Office is a cut above the rest. They were not only cordial and attentive but displayed a strong sense of trust, integrity, and reliability when taking on my case. Back in 2020, I got a speeding ticket for driving a 53 in a 30. As an out-of-state driver, I was unaware of New York's point system. Not to mention the fact that this was my first-time offense. Long story short, I would have gotten 6 pts; however, the Magnell Office brought it down to 0 pts and a fine for littering on the highway. I highly recommend this law firm. I was referred to Dana from my business attorney regarding my recent divorce - we met for approx 1 hour to go over what I was dealing with- she was professional,understanding and very knowledgeable - we outlined our strategy and we followed it. Even with the pandemic the total time the divorce took was approx 6 months.. She was attentive to all information sent yo us from the other attorney. She has a nice way about her but she can be a " bull dog" if it was required - from what I have heard from other attorneys she is well respected in the in her field . I could not have had a better attorney for my divorce case. He wasn’t my first attorney for the divorce . Many times things were falling apart with my original council, who had poor ethics and bled so much of my finances running me in the ground with little done. Elliot Green helped our family immensely. Unfortunately, our family suffered when my daughters' mother behaved erratically, threw the children out of her home, and no longer could properly care for them. There's no words to Express how thankful I am for what he did for me and my husband. It's been over 8 months since my husband was released from ice custody. My then fiance was taken by ice custody on April of 2018 he had DUI's. We had a lawyer who was recommended to us who which didn't put any effort to get him out. That lawyer went for a straight voluntary departure. We weren't happy with that so we then met Nestor Diaz who I felt put his heart to our case.
