During what was undoubtedly the most unsettling and difficult time in my life, Nathan did a phenomenal job representing me as a father, and ultimately winning my case for primary-custody of my child. What a blessing it was working with Ms. Karen McGuire! I went through an extremely difficult divorce involving children. It was heartbreaking trying to navigate shielding them from a narcissistic abusive partner. Needless to say, Karen was always there for whatever the children or I needed. Including placing my partner in jail when necessary!

When you hire Shari, you get Shari! Her clients are very important to her and she puts the time in to make sure clients are informed and protected. She is well known and respected in the judicial system where she will guide you through trial and settlement. Definitely consider meeting with her!

Scott is excellent. This was my first time purchasing real estate, and Scott’s guidance and professionalism helped to make it a positive experience. He was diligent in looking out for my best interest, and protecting me from any potential risk. We were able to leverage language Scott included in the contract to get a significant credit after the property was inspected.
If you’ve never worked with an attorney before, it can be a little intimidating to know where to start, what qualities to look for. I would say, someone who has a lot of experience, is smart and knows the law — but also someone that’s great at communication, can be a good guide, listen and understand what you’re trying to accomplish. Scott has all those qualities, and in addition, he cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest real estate attorney.

What can I say? I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Weinrieb. He is an incredible Attorney. He is caring, compassionate, and truly cares about his clients.
I came to Mr. Weinrieb with an extremely difficult situation. My previous lawyer quit before trial and I presented him with my case/situation on very short notice. One where 9 other Attorneys said nothing was possible and laughed at the situation. When I first met him and told him this he snickered and said he will work to the best of his ability, and he absolutely did. He went above and beyond for my case. And proved large attorney firms wrong.
His response rate was fast and he was informative and very honest. When he said he was on something he stuck to his word and got things done fast.
Mr. Weinriebs rates are also absolutely incredible and extremely fair for custody proceedings. He was literally the QB and made every play with my sons best interests in mind. Thats what you want in a lawyer.

Mr. Kassman is a great attorney backed by an incredible staff who work really hard. We had a horrible tenant that had to be evicted in Suffolk County and Mr. Kassman laid out a plan and executed on it flawlessly. He took dozens of phone calls, and so did his staff from us and reassured us throughout the entire process. We are really grateful. Looking forward to using him for other needs that we have because he’s full service. We got the eviction and we got our lives back and we owe it all to Mr. Kassman and has a great team. My wife informed me of her desire to get a divorce in early June 2023. I was presented with the initial communication from my wife’s attorney on June 21, 2023. I met with Barrett Mack, of Mack and associates for an initial consultation . As it turns out this was the best decision I could have made in this situation.
Barret, and his associate attorney; Katie Pompey, and Sarah Keefer; a paralegal, made up the team that handled my case.
They worked tirelessly on the case, keeping in constant communication with my wife’s attorney. They also kept me constantly updated on the status of negotiating.
Everyone in the office is pleasant, professional, dedicated, and incredibly supportive. Together they made a very difficult experience bearable.
They worked together seamlessly to get the best outcome for me and my children.
On march 14, 2024 a final marital separation and settlement agreement was signed. I have 50/50 joint legal custody of my children and all other differences have been settled in a more than satisfactory way.

I hired Heidi in 2020 based off of a recommendation and referral from a good friend. As a woman I feel comfortable with Heidi from the start because it's always easier to discuss domestic problems with someone you can relate to. My ex was working cash jobs so consistently thought it was hard to prove income yet Heidi was able to impute income at a higher degree than what I figure any other attorney would have been able to obtain. I consulted Ms. Stuart for post nuptial issues that are unrelenting. She gave me her full time and attention and read over my documents, allowed me to ask any questions, gave full opinions based on the law, and provided helpful insight. My journey was a very long one to say the least. However, working with Rakesh allowed me time to see the light at the end of my darkest tunnel. I’ll plea the 5th with the details but imagine doing a 5k run towards the trooper fund and loosing over 14lbs of weight in the process. It was the most expensive workout plan ever lol (I can find the humor at my own expense now that it’s over). The odds were not in my favor at the start line but with Rakesh’s support I was able to finish the race breathing freely. He advised me in the right direction, remained blunt with the facts, and reassured me to the end. To my disbelief he was able to work out every one of my “multiple misunderstandings” and if it wasn’t for his credible knowledge of the law and court processes, this may not have been otherwise possible. My biggest mistake with my divorce was in using a mediator at first and not engaging Laura completely and fully from the beginning. When custody and other issues came up, Laura was able to help me achieve pretty much every goal I set out to accomplish. My case and custody faced some non-standard issues and Laura did extra research to help me understand how this would affect my case and what was actionable and what was not. From the first day I met Mr. Schmitt he was very welcoming and concerned for me and my situation. My father passed away and I took in my siblings which he had custody of so we can all stay together. Gabriella was so amazing! From the initial consultation she was friendly, understanding and honest. She explained the process, addressed the what-ifs and discussed options. Her fee was reasonable and fair. She worked around my schedule and was always available for communication.
