Claire has represented me for several years in numerous cases that have gone through family court. There is no one I would rather have in my corner. She is kind, supportive and understanding of the emotions involved in family court cases (children, support and visitation). But once we are in court she is absolutely ferocious and within minutes you will thank God she is on your side. Her entire team, including Carrie, are amazing. They made me feel like family from day one and that was very reassuring. I can't recommend them enough.

Sarah was an excellent real estate attorney. Sarah was awesome every step of the way with the closing of my new home. She even gave me her cell phone number so she would be available if I needed her during off hours. I felt like I was always number 1 on her case load and all my questions were answered very quickly. She explained very part to the closing process. Even after the closing she stayed on top of my case to make sure I was getting the best service. She made all the necessary phone calls to get my pool escrow. She checked on me after the pool escrow was settled and I will be hiring her again to help with getting my will written out. I felt like family the whole time not just a client.

If you need a QDRO or DRO (for divorce) this is the lawyer you need to use!!! She is the nicest, fairest most decent lawyer I have dealt with and unfortunately I have had experience with three divorce lawyers for one divorce from HELL. She is very competent and knows her stuff. I wish I could have hired her as my first divorce lawyer. Anyway, I was able to have her fix the DRO even though she's in Ithaca and I'm in the Hudson Valley! We did everything over the phone/ email. So don't let distance sway you. If you have a New York State Retirement or 401k and are getting divorced you need to call her. Don't let your divorce lawyer handle the QDRO because they could screw it up like mine did. Use an expert like Carla.

As a male, the decks seem stacked against you within the family law system and it is imperative that your representation is willing to put the added time and effort into the case. After 21 years of divorce from a greedy ex and a corrupted system (judges and layers) I was able to close an ugly chapter of my life with Ms Martinez.
