I began my divorce proceedings with a different attorney that wasn't right for me or my case. Ann was referred to me by a friend of a friend who Ann represented in a divorce. From the initial phone call, I felt like I was in good hands and she would be the person to get me through this terribly tough time. Ann was never too busy for me. She made me feel like I was her main priority on every phone call or meeting. When we showed up to court I felt like I had an armor shield. My court case was help in IDV court because of the domestic violence that I experienced so initially I would walk in feeling scared and vulnerable. Ann was my strength - I walked a little taller with her by my side. She put an end to the games that my ex was trying to play with me. She knew how to deal with him and it was empowering to witness. I don't know how I would have gotten through this time without her. She's a force to reckoned with!

I used him in 2010. He helped me. He didn't judge me or make me feel like I was the worst person for getting in trouble. He even helped me a few years later when I tried to get a job and at the end of my training they tried to tell me I couldn't get the job because of what I went through. He called them and I was able to get the job. He is the best and I will recommend him every time.

Serge truly has an extreme attention to details that no other attorney was able to see. He is very logical, he provides an honest and realistic assessment of the situation and he's genuine and honest.
When I had a problem and was in a panic mode, I consulted with Serge, among other attorneys, but didn't end up working with him which ended up being a huge mistake. Now, reflecting on my experience, after consulting and working with many attorneys, I've realized that Serge was the most professional and knowledgeable of all. Serge Kolmykov is one of the elite patent attorneys in the country. His initial advice was right on point and cost me nothing. My business was targeted by one of the patent trolls which essentially wanted to extort money out of me with imminent threat of litigation. Knowing nothing about patent law, I contacted Serge and was expecting to spend a large sum of money to get rid of this nuisance. Serge asked for some preliminary details and immediately put together an aggressive strategy based on his findings. His engineering degree came in handy as he was able to sift through the vague allegations and developed a number of non-infringement and invalidity defenses. After some aggressive negotiating, I walked away paying nothing. Great result, great person to deal with! I am also thinking of filing for some patents myself so he will be doing it for me as well.

I hired Nick in the fall of 2018 to represent me in a property dispute and we were able to get the case dismissed. Nick proved to be everything an advocate and lawyer should be, but so often isn't. My expectations with any lawyer are measured in smarts, preparedness, responsiveness and a personalized, case specific approach and Nick went above and beyond all categories. I also very much appreciated his not running up costs and/or making billable hours the priority as has been my experience with other lawyers in the past. A real dynamo who made herself available to me 24/7. I cannot imagine an attorney being more responsive and more caring. And in the end, I got the results I wanted both financially and with my children. I also recommended her to my sister-in-law who had different issues (getting an order of protection, etc) and in this instance, the judge knew and respected Ms. Rosenblum and my sister-in-law was as happy as I was. I have recommended her to several friends. And her fees are very reasonable as well.

I had a divorce lawyer who was an idiot. After I let him go my cuz' told me to go see Lawyer John. I went and he told me to bring my papers. After the day I gave him all my papers Lawyer John knew my case. He is a GREAT divorce lawyer and a GREAT person.
My case was a long one but Lawyer John did not forget anything about my case. If I called him he either got right on the phone or called me back.
When my divorce was done we had to go back since my ex was not paying what he was supposed to. Lawyer John was right there for me. I couldn't have done it without him.

I was very scared and confused but took the time to interview a few attorneys. As soon as I met Nina I felt that I had found a great attorney that I could rely on. Just from the consultation I thought that Nina was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. Just as important to me was that I could tell that Nina truly cared about her clients. The real proof came when we had a conference with my husband, his attorney, me and Nina. Before that conference, my husband was very angry and told me that his attorney told him that this would be a drag out fight. Nina out performed my husband’s lawyer during the conference. During the conference Nina even impressed my husband! She did her homework: she had all of the information regarding our finances and presented the reasons and law for the offer she had put together. She was so confident and convincing that after the conference, my husband questioned the advice his attorney gave him and we ended up settling on terms which were very good for me and our kids. Our agreement was fair to everyone and neither I nor my husband spent a ton of money. I highly recommend Nina. She gives on target, practical advice and got my divorce done quickly.

Marcos represented myself and roommates in a dispute with our previous landlord regarding the refund of our security deposit. The landlord was combative and neglectful on any issues in the apartment, and ultimately tried to withhold half of our security deposit without providing any justification. Marcos kept us well informed throughout every step of the process, and was very responsive on any inquiries we had. He dealt with our overly aggressive landlord in a way that was both professional and protective of our interests, and he ultimately recouped 90% of the security deposit funds that were withheld from us. Susan is an excellent attorney. She handled my divorce case and preserved my dignity while getting me a fabulous settlement. We got to the brink of trial (as Susan predicted) before my ex folded and disclosed the assets he had hidden.
She is a scary litigator. I'm glad she was .on my side. She hung in there, despite bad rulings from the judge. She was always ethical, professional, carried herself with poise and professional, and I'm glad I didn't have another lawyer. I've recommended her to my friends, and no one's sorry they used her.

she is a no nonsense, practical and extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. She gave me advise on the spur of the top of her head, she was familiar with case law and rattled of several specific situations. We had been to another big name big priced hot shot attorney that was recommended to us for this matter. They really answered nothing in our first consult, it took three separate meetings to establish a plan. I was using Ms. Zawisny (through a recommendation) as a second opinion because I was told of her expertise. Well let me tell you, what she expalined more in the initial consultation than the other lawyers did in 3 meetings. I was refer to Ms Puleo from a different lawyer.
When I talk to Ms Puleo on the phone she understood and hear me.
She took my case. I did everything she requested of me.
She kept an eye on the court date.
The court date change and she was on top of it and notified me. I change my plan to the new date. - I read of nightmare when lawyers don't know if the court date change - it was not the case with me.
The case got dismiss ( yes you read correctly)
I still pay child support voluntarily. I believe a child should be taking care of with a fair amount.
If the child mother decide to take me to family court again, I will hire Ms Puleo again.

I needed a lawyer for my divorce, and a few years later to file a custody suit. I found Ms Weaderhorn very compassionate and caring about the situation I was in and the stresses I was feeling. She always responded promptly to my emails or questions, and with answers that indicated to me that she had really listened, thought about and considered her response. She guidede me through the sticky processes I mentioned above with professionalism and savvy. However, Ms Weaderhorn also would listen to my suggestions for alternate plans or solutions and was open to working with me even if it was a different direction than she had suggested. I liked the fact that Ms Weaderhorn was willing and able to go to bat for me, toe to toe with opposing attorneys, and in the courtroom. I always felt confident that she was doing all she could to protect my interests. Jeffrey Berke saved my life. I have been trying to get divorced for i would say about five years or so. It was originally uncontested and believe it or not, the referee assigned to the case was the one making it contested. He even threatened to take my son from me. Unfortunately for me I have had my share of experiences of attorneys. I can say from personal experience there is nothing worse than an attorney who lacks compassion and understanding. Even the smartest legal minds come up short if they don't have the ability to connect with their client. Finding yourself with a ton of questions combined with your attorney never being available, leaves you feeling alone an unsure. Bianca is the EXACT opposite of all of that. She was always there when I needed her. She was there to answer questions, research, write and represent. She has a true love and respect for the law and of equal importance to her is making sure her clients know they matter. She is extremely intelligent, patient, professional, fair and honest. This makes her a person you not only want, but must have by your side. Other attorneys respect her and as equally important, so do the Judges. Bianca was a lighthouse in the darkness. I am a father of 2 boys and was never able to meet my second son for 2 and a half years ... because of her ,and where all other attorneys failed, we are now United and that is just one small piece of the puzzle ....due to her knowledge of the law and compassionate nature, which is a surprise to find within such a complex legal case.
