I used Steve for my divorce mediation as well as for my will.
Steve is regarded by most as the best matrimonial mediator in Rockland County. He guided us through a complicated mediation process quickly. He was mindful of what was fair and reasonable. He advocated for both my ex-wife and for me. He routinely reminded us that this would be difficult but that the benefits or mediation were worth the effort.

I got charged with aggravated harassment, 2nd degree comm/alarm. I decided to hire this lawyer as a risk, and he was VERY forth coming with my case with honesty, integrity, and dignity. He was very honest about the outcome of the case although he doesn't promise anything, but can lessen the charge to a much lower degree.
I went to court and this fantastic was able to lower the charge from Misdemeanor Class A to ACD (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal); I gladly took it and I was overjoyed!!! No fines, community service, and/or prison time! FANTASTIC LAWYER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DISABLED PEOPLE!!!!!

Ray Dague helped me when I was falsely accused as the aggressor in a street fight. He literally saved me from even going to court and got my case dropped at the grand jury level. I was a kid and I was scared. He have me comfort and treated me like family. To this day I cherish this man and would trust him with my life. When I see him I treat him as a dear friend, as he is. I owe him more than he could ever have charged me, which was very reasonable.
He's mature, caring, slow to speak and quick to listen and has a very calming presence and he is a family man. Quite frankly the man inspired me when I was younger and still does. He obviously has my full recommendations with out any regard. He's as good an attorney as they come and equal in character.

I was lost, confused and being taken advantage of during my divorce procedure. I am a person that does not see malice in anyone so I trusted my wife as she hired a lawyer of her choice, who I also knew, to help us complete our divorce in a nice fashion. Unfortunately point blank I was served the papers and came to a realization that I was being taken advantage of. I did not care about material things, up front I had let my wife have more that she was entitled to. The trust I had placed in her and her lawyer suddenly came to an end. I consulted a few lawyer but I could not convince myself on hiring any of them. As I was about to give in the dishonest requests made by my wife’s lawyer I ran into Mr. Warren Welch ad on a Google’s page. I called his office, made an appointment and met in person with him. Right off the bath I liked him a lot. I felt so comfortable to pay him the retainer and have him guide me through the whole process. Mr. Welch was very nice and always answered all my questions. I hired a few attorneys in my day for different issues. I have to be honest. I was never 100% satisfied with any of them. It seemed to me like I was just another client to that firm. There is no enjoyable pleasant court case, and Robin gave me so much support during this divorce that everything went smoothly till the end. Robin was by far the most incredible lawyer I've ever dealt with. She was kind, thoughtful, and so comprehensive in her practice.
